It was the best KOA I have ever stayed in. The staff was wonderful, there was grass everywhere and wonderful animals.

Worst stay ever. Second time there but won’t be back. Noisy, people in site two over from us (#63) were loud and obnoxious. Their dogs barked and whined and the couple insisted on talking loudly all night despite being asked to be quiet by many people around them. Car doors slamming, locks chirping, on and on. Quiet hours need to be enforced. I understand it’s a crowded campground but.....

I love staying at the Gunnison KOA. Friendly staff and beautiful property. It's always very clean and tidy.

No fridge in kabin like other koas, only one plug available and that not by bed, no table and chairs, bench attached to wall by desk but needs to be between beds for night table. Had to use the chair for my cpap, water, and phone. Needed more plugs as needed one just for cpap and charger. NEED LOCK ON LADIES BATHROOM DOOR for peace of mind & safety for guests.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. I really like the farm animals. Jenny the donkey is really a character - very sweet. I have stayed at this KOA several times and always find it to be very relaxing. Nice dog run. Clean and the property is well maintained.

We loved it there. So much to see and do in the area. Being greeted by animals and great people when you get there is such a welcomed thing. Good job everyone!!!!!

Very excellent stay! The personnel is extremely friendly, very well maintained site and very cleaned facilities. Kids loved the animals on site. We will come back again for sure!!

Absolutely beautiful! The owner works very hard on his golf course quality grass which is everywhere! No need for a mat in front of your camper,your bare feet will love it! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and showers were extremely nice. We loved all the animals roaming around. (burros, potbelly pig, sheep and goats) It was so handy to have a dog park there as well.

We really enjoyed the campground. The front desk host was amazing, kind and informative. The animals were adorable to observe, they roamed and people were respectful of their space. Although, for the two nights we stayed there was loud music. It was definitely past quiet hours, the music played until midnight, both nights. Disappointed that fellow KOA members were inconsiderate of others.

I loved the animals I didn’t even realize they were there when I booked. The staff all clearly loves the animals a lot which is great to see.

Loved our stay at the Gunnison KOA everything was perfect, beautiful, fun activities, farm animals such a fun touch. First experience in a KOA, we will be back!

This was our fourth time at the park. We enjoy it and the location to jeep trails. I was disappointed that the check in person did not know how to do reward points (I have over 25,000). The park has a homey feel. The farm animals are fun. I did not like our site as the neighbor pulls in facing us and we had 8 feet of grass space. We will return but not to those sites.

I love this KOA. Staff is incredibly friendly and I really enjoy the animals. It is so relaxing here that we stayed extra nights. We will absolutely be back again!

Excellent location and beautiful grounds. I like having farm animals nearby and hearing donkeys hee-hawing in the morning.

Beautiful clean campground with meticulously maintained grass! The staff are the most friendly and helpful and the donkeys and goats add a unique element of fun, not to mention Wilbur the pot bellied pig! This KOA makes a great basecamp for lots of activities in the area. There is an airport nearby but all the pluses you will find here far outweigh the occasional air traffic noise.

Dusty. They need gravel and to enforce the 5 mph rule posted. Will not stay there again. Will not choose KOA as a first option in travel.

Horrible noise from the airport next door, morning till night non stop! No parking in rear of A Frame cabins due to construction. AFrame cabin beds are right against the sloping wall, a joke!

We were extremely happy with our stay. Your employees were very pleasant snd accommodating. Your facilities were very clean and inviting. We will definitely be making a return visit. The animals were an added enjoyment. Thank you!

I love KOAs, but this one was exceptional - not gonna lie, mainly because there's a petting zoo, and our site was directly across from the lovely and soft donkeys :) But seriously, great location, clean, quiet. A gem!

Unique with the donkeys and goats walking around, but the super nice and even dog friendly… they stay to the perimeter, not in your site. Very friendly staff, big sites, very little airplane noise, not an issue.. two thumbs up!!

This place is just amazing!! Beautiful central location to see the sites in this area of Colorado. Great park with decent spacing between sites, grass (not dirt lot). The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. We've stayed here 2x and never disappointed.
