This was the nicest and most beautiful KO campground I’ve stayed in. The grass is extremely well-maintained, the plots are level, the hosts are super friendly, they have adorable animals roaming about, and, the most rare perk of all, the wifi was actually fast and had fantastic range! Would come to Gunnison just to stay here again.

This park is beautiful. You can tell the host take pride in keeping it clean. The host and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They work daily on the upkeep. All sites are very accessible and spacious. Location of town is just a mile or two. Excellent area for backpacking, walking, bicycles, motorcycles, and 4 wheeling. We will be back and will recommend this park to friends and family

Really nice place. Nice to have trees throughout. Loved all the barnyard animals hanging out and greatly appreciated the dog off-leash fenced area. Showers were great too!

It was are first time staying in a KOA. We enjoyed the covenince of electric water and sewer, It is a very lovely place, with animals to pet and games to play and fishing pond. My grandson had a great time. We loved it and will stay again, they have cabins for rent to thought that we would try one of those next time we go to see our family in Gunnison.

We really had the best time !! ALL of you are professional, up beat, kind, helpful, and thankful that the owner took time out to talk with us and laugh with us. We will come back to that spot! Going to miss goats, sheep, donkeys, and the pot betty pig! �ϋ��ϋ��. Tracy & Sheila

A friend of mine and I stayed just for one night. It was a bit noisy as there is an airport across the road and you could here traffic passing by frequently. They lack in amenities but looks as though they are expanding so maybe there will be a place to get a cup of coffee in the morning in the future.

Wonderful staff. We loved having the animals to visit and love on. My daughter says this is the best KOA ever! We plan on staying here again

Great stay even without sewer. . .grounds and facilities constantly being managed. . .the roaming animals were great as were the donkeys in their arena. . .used the washer/dryer for a quick load and the mens/ladies facilities were spotless. . .head grounds keeper was always available for a question and suggestion. . .had a great time parking next to some old friends we had arranged to meet there.

We enjoyed our stay very much from the welcoming, friendly staff, to the clean restrooms, and the grass covered sites. Bonus, nice little gift shop and loved being able to pet the goats and donkeys. Thank you!

Good advice about spot and early morning shade. Quiet. Liked the smoothness and flatness of the lawn. The animals are a sweet added feature.

Our RV site was a back in on the outside loop. Enjoyed the spacious grassy site. All office staff very pleasant. Campground is quiet & just a short drive into town. Laundry area needs to be bigger.

Some sites are great. Our site was a deficient 30A that limited our ability to power our coach. Water pressure is about 38 psi. Perimeter of much of the park is a dumping ground for debris and busted concrete. I'd stay there again if I had an interior site, there are no better RV parks in the area.

Kamping Kottage which worked well for our needs as we were meeting friends who were staying in their RV. Loved the firewood delivery service. Great to be able to sit out and watch the birds at night. Lots of great hikes in the area. Town was an easy drive away.

Very clean campground with great staff. Only couple of "cons": camping spots are very close together so you hear everyone talking around you; need to spread out a bit more. Campground is close to airport so you also hear all that noise. Access to dog park requires is not very convenient.

Nice size lot , stayed there so we could see some sites west of Gunnison. Only complaints would be not very level site, and the sewer hook up was non threaded so had to use rubber gasket which is way less secure then a threaded hook up.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restroom and shower facilities. Good laundry room. Some sites are a little too sunny during the hot summer afternoons. Those sites that are oriented east/west make it difficult to use RV awnings to create shade.

Friendly staff, nice grounds in spite of the ongoing expansion, interesting collection of critters roaming the camp, great wifi, only real objection was the lack of water pressure and privacy in the showers. Would stay there again.

I love KOAs, but this one was exceptional - not gonna lie, mainly because there's a petting zoo, and our site was directly across from the lovely and soft donkeys :) But seriously, great location, clean, quiet. A gem!

Unique with the donkeys and goats walking around, but the super nice and even dog friendly… they stay to the perimeter, not in your site. Very friendly staff, big sites, very little airplane noise, not an issue.. two thumbs up!!

This place is just amazing!! Beautiful central location to see the sites in this area of Colorado. Great park with decent spacing between sites, grass (not dirt lot). The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. We've stayed here 2x and never disappointed.
