Everyone and everything was great. Except the door lock and outdoor light did not work. Other than that, all was fine!!

We loved this place! The cabin was exactly as described and perfect for a quick overnight. We loved that there were animals on site. Staff was amazing! Bathrooms were so clean. Definitely would stay here again just to see Jenny, Grandma, and Grandpa (the donkeys), and the cute pig!

Was at Kabin 6. Very minimal the kabins must have been an afterthought for the KOA. LOTS of river rock and away from everything else in the KOA. Good stay for 3 nights.

Stayed in the backpackers cabin #2. It worked for what we needed, the provided fan was a little rattly but worked. Showers and toilets were clean (kinda wished the showers didn't have such huge gaps in the partitions. I would come back with the family it is a great location.

Beautiful, quiet location with a great view of the stars at night! The Cabins are so quaint and the workers are friendly!

Limit 7 day in camping cabins per season, unfriendly, inflexible, smells like a barnyard, too high price for A Frame shelter was $32 up the price to $47. Per night.

The cabin and camping cabin we stayed in were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful answering all questions. The landscaping and water drainage issues around the rest rooms wasn’t very pleasing to the eye. My friends and I stayed in your cabins however I thought the tent camping sites were very close to each and people had no privacy . Doubtful I will stay here again unless issues I have are corrected.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The campground is beautiful with lots of shade, a pond, stream. The cabins are well-known maintained. Love the goats, donkeys. Very pleasant stay.

We booked a cabin same day and it was extremely easy to book. The campground was nice and quiet. The bathrooms were clean. Will definitely be staying at another KOA in the future

Thanks so much for running into town to pick up a fan for my cabin! This is my second stay and the staff if so friendly and accommodating! Bath house is clean and accessible. Highly recommend staying here for a different experience for an overnight stay.

Overall an okay KOA. They have taken out the largest pond (so no more floating boat rentals, we were looking forward to that) so instead our cabin overlooked a dirt field. Lots of mosquitos. Guy said they spray, don't think so! Bathrooms could be cleaner. Lots of areas in the bathroom need maintenance. Looks like where they took the pond out is going to be designated MORE RV spaces. YUCK.

I really like the grass everywhere. Very pleasant! We were in Cabin 4 where it was nice and quiet but not too far from our friends in other sites.

My Aframe accommodation was unique and would have been ok except; it was very hot with no fan, it looked like they were filling in a pond which left pooled stagnant water. I was eaten alive by mosquitoes. I couldn’t be outside and it was too hot to be inside. The bathroom had nice tiling but there was water damage to the ceiling around a fan. Neither fan worked and there was no air conditioning

We come to this location a couple of times a year and it never disappoints! The owners and staff are amazing. The grounds are impeccable. We absolutely love coming to Gunnison KOA!!

The KOA is nice and the grass is especially nice. Our cabin was clean, but located in a very awkward area, the front of which was being worked for future sites (so not attractive), and the back had barns for pigs and shetland ponies. This would have been ok if the barns had been well maintained. There was also an abandoned car, a broken picnic table and other broken equipment.

Staff is awesome! Buildings and grounds need some upgrades - stuff is looking old and run down - bathrooms picnic tables, main bldg. Location is great.

I really enjoyed my little A-Frame Kamping Kabin. I'll be back a couple of more times in July as I will be hiking along the Colorado Trail and the Crested Butte to Aspen hike. The employees were very helpful, the animals were a positive addition. I enjoyed sitting in the sun at my back door with a great view of sky and trees.

Parking area in front of cabin was flooded, we were standing in water when packing to leave. Bathrooms are in need of repair, ceiling falling in, pipe leak at men's urinal and seal around one toilet bad. Bathrooms and showers closed for cleaning from 10 am until 1pm (check out is 11am and check in is 2pm). Staff was indifferent when I presented these concerns to them. I would like a refund.

The kabin was run down. Screen door didn't fit. The ground near the kabin and the wood "ramp" was saturated. Spiders in the corners. No a/c . Dishwasher area was grungy

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of shade and grass for camping. The cleanest facilities by far of any KOA I've stayed at.

WE and our grandchildren enjoyed the animals. My husband and I stayed in Cabin 3, very comfortable. Our adult children and their children were in their RV. The folks who work in the store are kind and helpful. We like all the green grass too - good for playing.

We were excited by the photo's but disappointed by the reality. The pond was being filled in. There was an old yellow sink just sitting out in our view. The "game room" was a joke. Truly the place felt as though it had changed owners and had been left neglected in the mean time. The Kottage we stayed in was wonderful thank goodness. The place needs some love for sure.

I reserved a camping cabin. It was supposed to have both electricity and water. The water wasn’t working due to a broken pipe. I should have been informed if this prior to my stay- I wasn’t even told when I checked in. I should have been given a discount on my stay given no water avail at site. The KOA also allowed people to camp in a dirt lot right next to the cabins, thereby limiting privacy

I love KOAs, but this one was exceptional - not gonna lie, mainly because there's a petting zoo, and our site was directly across from the lovely and soft donkeys :) But seriously, great location, clean, quiet. A gem!

Unique with the donkeys and goats walking around, but the super nice and even dog friendly… they stay to the perimeter, not in your site. Very friendly staff, big sites, very little airplane noise, not an issue.. two thumbs up!!

This place is just amazing!! Beautiful central location to see the sites in this area of Colorado. Great park with decent spacing between sites, grass (not dirt lot). The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. We've stayed here 2x and never disappointed.
