Great campground and staff. Great high speed wi-fi. Lots of space between camp sites. Also great fishing in the area.

Beautiful small park. Quiet. Staff is absolutely amazing. They are constantly watering in any site not occupied. Animals greet you as though they were dogs….3 donkeys in their big pen as you enter, goats that are pets and even a potbellied pig. Non of them leave the office area, but are so cute. Day trip to Crested Butte…wonderful. We will definitely be back. Karolyn & Dennis Graf

Very welcoming and charming. The staff were helpful and friendly and the facilities were very clean. Fun fact: you can purchase a small bag of carrots to feed the donkeys on site. Wonderful stay and we will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town.

Very clean KOA, friendly and helpful staff. Like the animals that roam the campground. lots of site space and beautiful green grass that is well maintained. This is one of the best well kept KOA's that I have stayed at. Coming back again to relax and enjoy the area. Dave & Dilma

Small but very nice campground! Lots to do in the Gunnison/Crested Butte area. We have stayed there twice and enjoy the grassy sites. Some sites have double hooks so you may find you are running long electrical and water lines. We are already booked for next year.

I have already recommended this KOA and area to friends after a great Labor Day weekend. This was our first KOA and the staff made the experience easy and were incredibly friendly to myself and anyone else who stopped by. Great sites, (kid loved being barefoot in the grass), clean facilities and the animals on site were a real treat Don't think twice, great experience.

Wonderful campground. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location with well kept grounds. Daughter loved the animals, especially the donkeys. She played with them constantly. Will absolutely stay there again when back in Gunnison.

Beautiful park with large grassy sites. Well kept with constant maintenance. The staff is more than helpful and very friendly. Centrally located to the town of Gunnison and other recreation areas. Would definitely come back again!

It would be better if the KOA wasn't close to an airport but if you like getting wakened up at 6 am on your vacation then it the place to stay

All the staff were friendly and helpful. I really like the farm animals. Jenny the donkey is really a character - very sweet. I have stayed at this KOA several times and always find it to be very relaxing. Nice dog run. Clean and the property is well maintained.

Absolutely beautiful! The owner works very hard on his golf course quality grass which is everywhere! No need for a mat in front of your camper,your bare feet will love it! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and showers were extremely nice. We loved all the animals roaming around. (burros, potbelly pig, sheep and goats) It was so handy to have a dog park there as well.

This was our fourth time at the park. We enjoy it and the location to jeep trails. I was disappointed that the check in person did not know how to do reward points (I have over 25,000). The park has a homey feel. The farm animals are fun. I did not like our site as the neighbor pulls in facing us and we had 8 feet of grass space. We will return but not to those sites.

Excellent location and beautiful grounds. I like having farm animals nearby and hearing donkeys hee-hawing in the morning.

Beautiful clean campground with meticulously maintained grass! The staff are the most friendly and helpful and the donkeys and goats add a unique element of fun, not to mention Wilbur the pot bellied pig! This KOA makes a great basecamp for lots of activities in the area. There is an airport nearby but all the pluses you will find here far outweigh the occasional air traffic noise.

Dusty. They need gravel and to enforce the 5 mph rule posted. Will not stay there again. Will not choose KOA as a first option in travel.

This was the nicest and most beautiful KO campground I’ve stayed in. The grass is extremely well-maintained, the plots are level, the hosts are super friendly, they have adorable animals roaming about, and, the most rare perk of all, the wifi was actually fast and had fantastic range! Would come to Gunnison just to stay here again.

I love KOAs, but this one was exceptional - not gonna lie, mainly because there's a petting zoo, and our site was directly across from the lovely and soft donkeys :) But seriously, great location, clean, quiet. A gem!

Unique with the donkeys and goats walking around, but the super nice and even dog friendly… they stay to the perimeter, not in your site. Very friendly staff, big sites, very little airplane noise, not an issue.. two thumbs up!!

This place is just amazing!! Beautiful central location to see the sites in this area of Colorado. Great park with decent spacing between sites, grass (not dirt lot). The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. We've stayed here 2x and never disappointed.
