As the holiday season surrounds us with its warmth and wonder, we at the Hattiesburg-Okatoma River KOA are reflecting on a truly incredible 2024. This year has been filled with laughter, friendship, and unforgettable moments. Thanks to each and every one of you, our guests, we’ve shared so many wonderful experiences, and we can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store!

From the spirited New Year's Eve party that kicked off our year to the festive Christmas in the Park that wrapped it up, this year has been a whirlwind of joy. Let’s take a moment to relive some of the highlights that made 2024 so special:

• Winter Warm-Ups: Guests huddled together to enjoy our Super Bowl party and brought their best recipes to the chili cookoff. Nothing like a bit of friendly competition to spice things up!
• Easter Excitement: Springtime was in full bloom with Easter festivities featuring a lively egg hunt that delighted kids and adults alike.
• Southern Delights: Our fish fry was a summer standout, where the aroma of freshly fried fish drew families together.
• Father's Day Fishing Tournament: Dads reeled in big catches—and even bigger smiles—during this annual tradition.
• Care Camps and Rewards Weekends: We gave back while having fun, supporting kids with cancer and sharing exclusive savings with our valued KOA Rewards members.
• July 4th Spectacular: The fireworks lit up the Mississippi sky, but your laughter and celebrations made it truly shine.
• Spooky Fun: Halloween festivities brought out the best site decorations, costumes, candy, and plenty of spooky thrills on the haunted trail for all ages.
• Thanksgiving Traditions: We shared gratitude and delicious dishes at our Thanksgiving meal, topped off with the great pumpkin roll that’s become a cherished tradition.
• Christmas in the Park: Our year ended with holiday magic as lights twinkled and carols filled the air, reminding us of the joy of community and togetherness.
