We only stayed one night but it was very quiet and enjoyable ! The bath house is beautiful and extremely clean ! The grounds are also very nice with level sites . Only two miles off highway 49 and easy to find ! We will return when in this area again !

Beautiful campground, quiet, country setting. Ducks, pond, cute store and the cabins are some of the best we've seen. Very beautifully designed and comfortable beds. The hosts are also very nice and helpful.

Had an ant issue while there. They climbed up the jacks and invaded the trailer. The owner did come and spray stuff outside but it was to late and we had thousands of little ants everywhere. Other than that, the place was great. Had a great time and everyone was really friendly. I would definitely go back.

This was our very first KOA experience and from the minute we checked in (which was after 10:00 PM) everyone of the staff members treated us extremely well. We had to leave our permanent campsite in Bay St. Louis, MS because of Hurricane IDA and we would highly recommend this KOA to anyone coming through Hattiesburg. We will come back for sure and wouldn’t mind trying out one of the cabins nex

Pretty place, and hosts are really helpful and friendly. For me, the sites are too close together, but have brand new pedestals and new surfaces.

Owners wonderful people. Grounds beautifully kept. Upgrades to park great. If you feed the ducks they will be your best friends, they won’t leave your site. They are very outgoing. We will definitely be back.

Just passing thru to gulf shores. Park was really nice. Had tire go bad and couldn't get replacement till later the next day, They let us stay over the required time, so we could wait out the tire shop. Really nice peolple

I loved the family friendly environment. Kayla was so helpful at check-in and my cabin was super clean. This campground has beautiful scenery and wildlife. The campground is peaceful since it is not on the highway but yet close enough to the highway to get into Hattiesburg and Laurel quickly. It is also located close to the Okatoma for kayaking. I will definitely be back!

The location is beautiful. The pool was very clean and inviting too. The owners were very friendly and helped us pick a great spot for our RV. Would absolutely recommend this campground.

We are so happy that there is finally another KOA in Mississippi. This KOA was exactly what we were looking for during our brief stay in Hattiesburg. The grounds were well-maintained, the restrooms and laundry room were immaculate, and the staff was very friendly. Loved that they are pet-friendly too. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The campground is still working on some of the sites but they are nice. We enjoyed walks around the lake and the ducks will visit your site. The dog park is nice and big, the biggest one we have seen yet at a KOA. Your dog actually has room to run, romp and play.

According to my electric safety plug/cord….the electricity at site 59…has “reverse polarity”. Maybe have the electrician take a look? (My microwave would stop working as a result) It did not hamper my AC system though. Nice bathroom….and loved the friendly “ducks” See you next time.

Stayed just one night. Traveling through, headed to Texas. Great service. Nice pullthru, very level, full hookups, did not unhook from the 5th-wheel RV. Very clean, nice dog park. Lots of green space, large flock of ducks. Will stay again whenever near Hattiesburg.

Barry was very welcoming and the whole grounds were very well appointed. Showers and bathrooms were clean and kept up very well. Really enjoyed the duck friends who were very curious and not aggressive. It was nice to just hang out with several ducks who just wanted to chill (though they'd have liked us to have fed them much more). We did give them some over ripe strawberries right before we left.

Great location!! No road noise. Pool temp was perfect. Brand new appliances in laundry. Loved the lake and fishing. Great kids activities. Lots of ducks- they are NOT afraid of humans! Very nice (new!) owners.

The KOA over all look and cleaness was the best we have ever seen. The staff was outstanding, friendly, caring people. Yes we are coming back.

loved the campground, not necessarily our site though. we understand that we was there only one night so we did not get a site with trees, felt like we was parked in the driveway. we would definitely stay here again if we had a site with a tree, staff was very nice!

This was our first time staying at this rv park since it became an Koa. We really enjoyed our stay. Nice pool and play area with ping pong, basketball, corn hole etc. The fishing is great here also. They also have good WiFi throughout the park. We will definitely be back.

Nice quiet park back in the woods with fishing lakes and other attractions. Be sure to take LUX road to enter, and ignore GPS instructions to the contrary.

Brief overnight stay. The facility is gradually improving but it is already very nice. We see it is a good stop on the way across country. There may be more opportunities for it to be more of a destination.

Although this was a one night stay as we traveled through. We were definitely impressed with this KOA. The staff is professional and inviting. The sites are wide and level, great scenery and an overall touch of seclusion. We will most definitely look to return to this KOA and recommended our RVn friends to join us.

Love this place. Stopped twice in last 7 weeks on the way north and on our way back. It is our preferred stay over usually fir a few days. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating

Had an amazing experience at the campground! The staff and everyone there were all very kind and helpful with anything I needed. They have great ponds for fishing, as well as very clean showers and bathrooms. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Stayed here for a few days on a road trip, the cabin was pretty nice, campground was clean and quiet. Owners were friendly and welcoming.

Spent Christmas week at Okatoma River KOA. The campground was great, clean and Marty and his crew were friendly and very welcoming. Would recommend staying there to anyone heading to that area. Just easy to get to Laurel and New Orleans from that spot.
