Some of the nicest people workers, Owners and travelers alike, quit and clean, love all the Duck, Geese and the fishing was great.We will be stopping everytime we pass thru Hattiesburg

Overnight stop while traveling. Driving coach on Lux Rd & into campground kind of unsettling they're so narrow. Only 3-4 places on Lux Rd two large vehicles can safely pass. Campground staff was great, very helpful & friendly. Campground very pretty, trees all around, small pond with fishinf. Would stay here again whenever traveling thru area.

The check in guy was very informative. Gave us a lot of information. The ducks greeted us as we were setting up. We used the bath house to take showers. Looks like they were newly tiled. Water was hot. I didn't use, but I stepped I to the laundry room. Looked liked new washer/dryer. Was told $2 to wash $2 to dry. Quiet area. Would diffently return.

The improvements to the campground are wonderful. Parking spots are freshly leveled and graveled! Very nice KOA!

NEEDS Lots of work, especially around the Cabin Area Sewer System. We stayed in LOT #3, right adjacent to the cabins. One or More of the cabins has a STRONG SMELL of RAW Sewage. So bad it was actually drawn into our RV! There needs to be something done about this!

We take pride in a clean campground and urge guests to report problems during their stay rather than after check out. We have investigated the area and found no sewage issues. No complaints prior to, during, or after your stay have been made from guests in the cabins or adjacent sites.

Overnight-but such good communication, personal service and a kind staff made it very pleasant. Quiet and out of the way. It’s off the main road for those wanting “the camp” experience.

We only stayed here one night but it was really nice! My little boy especially loved all the ducks and geese!! Definitely recommend!

We stayed one night so we didnt get to use the amenities. The roads are in need of repairs.. lots of pot holes and rough areas.

I only stayed 1 night, beautiful, quite, great time with the ducks and geese. Very NICE people and great activity. I would HAVE loved to stay longer.

This is an Older Park that has been changed into a KOA. Some upgrades are in progress and others need to be done! The BIG PULL THRU on Site #1 was excellent and made for an easy escape when we left. Unfortunately, we had to drive all the way around the lake to get back to our site, as the Turn around by the office is impossible for Large RV's like ours.

Nice, clean campground, and very friendly gentleman at the front desk. There are some electrical problems on the row of hookups we were on. We were in Campsite 16, and my circuit tester showed the panel with an open ground. We had stayed at a site two spaces down from this one previously, and the circuit tester showed a reverse polarity. On that occasion, the condenser on my A/C wouldn't work.

The campground is off the main road a little bit but when you arrive, it is well worth it. Really nice backins surrounding small lake. Sites were close together but had plenty of room behind next to the water. Friendly staff, well kept up campground. Only negative was you could hear the road noise from the highway otherwise it was a peaceful stay. We will stay again when in the area.

Our family could not have enjoyed our stay more! The staff is fantastic, the grounds are well maintained and the overall experience is 10+. Our boys stayed busy fishing in the multiple lake/ponds and the playgrounds, while we enjoyed walks around the campground, taking in the rustic nature. The sites are newly renovated the bathrooms are super clean and well maintained. GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds were clean and well kept. The laundry room and bedrooms were amazing. There were activities for all ages during our 10 day stay. Even our pups enjoy the dog run area. We will be back!!

The driveway seemed a little sketchy, especially at night when we arrived. Park host was very friendly and helpful. Spot was super large and made parking my rig a breeze. Dog park was great. Much easier to navigate in the daylight when we left. I would stay there again.

Beautiful site right on the water. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a little too cold to fish, but the view out my window was wonderful and relaxing. Each site has a fire pit and we took advantage of that. Only negative is the narrow, winding road to get back to the campgrounds, but they try to address that by making it one way in and a separate road to go out.

We picked this campground b/c of location to trailheads on Longleaf Trace. We were so pleased with this campground. Excellent walking, great manager, beautiful location. It is the best private campground we’ve ever stayed at!

Just an overnight stay. Directions to KOA and lack of signage made finding it difficult for those southbound on I-59. Nice lake. Our site was on the row of sites backing to the lake near the entrance. Sites were narrow and close together. Not sure I would stay a week here but was clean and pleasant enough for an overnight stay. Kamp K-9 was nice and was good size.

Absolutely beautiful place. Only stayed one night. Will go back again when it's warmer. Was 30° the morning we left. Super friendly staff.

Had an amazing experience at the campground! The staff and everyone there were all very kind and helpful with anything I needed. They have great ponds for fishing, as well as very clean showers and bathrooms. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Stayed here for a few days on a road trip, the cabin was pretty nice, campground was clean and quiet. Owners were friendly and welcoming.

Spent Christmas week at Okatoma River KOA. The campground was great, clean and Marty and his crew were friendly and very welcoming. Would recommend staying there to anyone heading to that area. Just easy to get to Laurel and New Orleans from that spot.
