We have stayed at some of the most premier RV resorts and this is the first one that I have ever been asked to move because our neighbor complained about our dog. She startled her and we apologized and moved our chairs to the other side of the camper. The next day we moved water to the water and at all times was on a lease. We did not move we left and will never go back, nor recommend

We are sorry that we had to ask you to move. We had two different guests report that your dog lunged and snarled at them. We offered you a site away from other campers to allow your dog more space. We must maintain the safety of all of our guests.

LOVED the tranquility! Waking up to the sunrise over the lake and seeing the steam rising was absolutely beautiful. We even had a visitor the morning we left! QUACK, QUACK! The only thing we would have changed is the proximity of the spaces. They were a little snug! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend it to a friend!

The campground itself is beautiful, however it’s is a fairly long drive from the main road. There are no restaurants that deliver, which is fine if you’ve planned for it. The lake is very pretty but there “may be an alligator” in it. They need to find out for sure if there’s an alligator for the safely of campers, their children and pets. Also, the showers are quite far from some of the

We only stayed 1 night on our way from Oklahoma to Florida but wish we could have spent more time here. The park was very pretty and very well kept. The ducks were friendly but not a nuisance. Real friendly people.

We enjoyed the campground. Seems folks living there located on the other side of the lake...guess a sign of the times. Cabin, very nice. A few hooks installed on walls for coats/clothes/other. Kitchen nicely supplied. AC worked well. Shower was good. A bit better mattress is suggested...a bit firmer. Very nice staff. You had a 2x olympic bronze medalist stay the same night we did! VERY COOL!

Entrance road is pretty washed out. Needs some work, beat us up a bit. Otherwise it’s a really cute campground. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Friendly check in. Loved the scenic lake with ducks. Nice KOA. Pool restrooms will need eventual refurbishment to include showers.

Not sure how this KOA got so many glowing reviews. We camp a lot and this KOA doesn’t measure up. It’s new to KOA and work is going on so I’m just evaluating what we saw on our stay. “Gravel” pull thru hasn’t seen new gravel in a very long time. Mosquitoes and flies. Many full time residents. Unleashed dog kept us from taking ours out. Has potential but needs work. Check in staff was

Beautiful place, owners very helpful, we were in a 40’ diesel pusher towing Jeep & road to get there was well signed, narrow, but paved & no overhead tree problems, highly recommend

This was a joy to stay st a truly Big Rig friendly resort. The trees were trimmed well & the roadways were wide allowing easy egress! The staff was friendly & competent.

Road in and out very narrow. Site was very unlevel and some were difficult to get in and out. Too many seasonal sites with junk all around the sites. Only two washers and dryers for entire camp. Always full from seasonals.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. However, your comments about the laundry are inaccurate. Also, we had many evacuees and workers for Hurricane Ida staying at the time you were here and we are happy we were able to accommodate them.

Love the sweat equity Dewayne and Nikki are putting into the place. Great owners. Great pull thrus for overnight. A little off the beaten path but well marked with good signage.

What an awesome Park! The Owner's and staff were wonderful. The grounds, sites and facilities were emasculate. Looking forward to visiting again for a longer stay and a swim in the lovely pool. For those with little ones there is a very nice playground and a kiddy pool. Beautiful lakes to sit at and relax, or fish. No way to describe just how nice this place is. Thank you everyone! Great job!

Stayed one night. Had last pull-thru site. Location was safe, power was good, and facility was well kept. Staff was frienddly andd professional. The setting around the water was unique. Sites were smallish. Our site surface was level and had a recycled asphalt topping. Many residents were there long-term, with large propane tanks, large propane grills, furniture, etc. This was a good journey stop.

Nice facility Only a couple of miles off main highway but you can only go 20 mph down those roads but nice when you got to it. We had 2 40 ft rigs both towing. One of them was not at all level and had difficulty leveling The other one was less unlevel. It was ok. Roomy in between though. Nice dog area as well

First trip here. The new owners have made some great upgrades (based on satellite images and conversations with the owners, as well as, some of the regulars). The pool was a great feature, as was the baseball court, ping pong table, and other games available under the cover pavilion. The sites on the pool side are smaller than the others, but the access made up for it.

The owners and staffs are awesome 5-star rating, I felt at ease and comfortable while I was there, the place is very quiet, relaxing and well keeped. Lots of things to do, wish that the golf course was some what closer. I would like to come back and stay there again this time for months or so

Had an amazing experience at the campground! The staff and everyone there were all very kind and helpful with anything I needed. They have great ponds for fishing, as well as very clean showers and bathrooms. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Stayed here for a few days on a road trip, the cabin was pretty nice, campground was clean and quiet. Owners were friendly and welcoming.

Spent Christmas week at Okatoma River KOA. The campground was great, clean and Marty and his crew were friendly and very welcoming. Would recommend staying there to anyone heading to that area. Just easy to get to Laurel and New Orleans from that spot.
