Great stay, clean campground with nice spot. Lacks typical KOA amenities such as a pool, hot tub or play area but accessible and close to many outdoor activities including lakes and mountains.

It was more or less a place to park and sleep. It didn’t have much space between campers and the worst part is i felt like I was in a trailer park � the information packs for things to do in the area didn’t have many to choose from.

Great experience at this KOA! Sites were large, full hookups were great and the staff was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when in the Helena area. I highly recommend them.

It's one of the best KOAS we have stayed at for the money it is quite. Great spots to park in for bigger campers don't forget the sprinklers thay work good �

Clean park. Would be nice to have a playground. The kids ended up playing with the gravel on the road. There was an enclosed dog area with gravel. There was a man spraying for weeds on the gravel and looks like it killed most of the grass on our site. Only stayed here because we needed to be in Helena for a night. It was close to where we needed to be.

Campground nice, clean and well maintained. Staff friendly. I generally avoid KOAs due to their wifi issues. In this case the wifi was strong but we were only allowed one devices so 3 of our 4 had no KOA service. Wifi is part of "full hookups" but KOA seems to want to restrict the essential service.

Our stay was uneventful, meaning very comfortable and quiet. the location was perfect for visiting Helena sights. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

I stayed at the Helena KOA for 2 months. Clean, well maintained - really a pleasure to stay in such a well run campground. Stan, who did my booking and answered all my questions, is an asset to the park. Always pleasant and made my stay stress free.

First time we have stayed in a KOA Campground and it was absolutely perfect. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The location for or trailer was perfect and the other campers around us were very friendly and helpful on an issue we had with our hot water heater. Staff was also helpful on our hot water issue and went over and above trying to help resolve the problem. We highly recommend Helena.

The accommodations were excellent, the campers, trailers and RVs are to close together, but i can see why the owner does that. The neighbors were fun to visit with. The place was very clean, don’t know why the sprinkler system has to work at night to get lawn furniture all wet for next morning. But grass needs to be watered.. The employees at the Helena Koa were very helpful & friendly. Thank yo

The man who helped me check-in was really really helpful. But I couldn't believe that all my online reservation bought me was my van parked on some gravel. No picnic table no nothing. Thankfully I upgraded to an RV spot. But really basically you were selling a parking lot for $35

Friendly and helpful staff. Flat big spaces with grass and picnic tables. Excellent K9 park 2 large dog runs with pea size gravel withwater and shade. Newly remodeled office with laundromat. We stayed for 4 days then extended for another 4 days. Lots of things to see and do in the area. Great place to stock up of supplies for your travels.

Nice for an overnight stop though not necessarily for a lengthier vacation stay. Amenities for traveling such as laundry, clean bathrooms and an awesome dog park were what we needed. Few options for kids though. Easy access from interstate 15.

We were very disappointed that this campground did not allow campfires. When we arrived I communicated this to the store attendant and he stated that it was listed on the website. I checked again & there was no specific reference to the lack of campfires, it simply did not list fire rings as amenities. We were also surprised that wi-fi was limited to ONE device only & didn't work the first day.

Staff is wonderful, but WiFi is horrible, gave up trying. Site #E1 is very unlevel.

Convenient because we desired hookups...in after closed and out before opened so enjoyed hooking up for a/c but expensive for such a short stay.

Tall mature trees, no grass in pet area, no cable tv, no pool or other amenities, no fire rings. Just a place to park and sleep

We arrived after hours only to find that the circuit breaker for the 50 amp service was inoperative. We called the after hours emergency number, and within minutes a repairman was on the scene and replaced the breaker. Great service! Nice wide spots, good wifi service.

All was good -the location, the folks running the park and the facilities nearby. Our only complaint was how close the sites were to each other but we had lovely neighbors so it was ok!

Our stay was good. My big complaint is that the office employees were not wearing masks! There were big signs on the doors of the office saying that masks had to be worn to enter the establishment.

THE PARK IS NICE BUT THE HOOK UPS ARE POORLY DESIGNED. WATER SHOULD BE NEAR THE POWER AND SEWER. VERY INCONVENIENT

likely they had one spot available for the party. Only issue we were sleeping in tents on gravel.

This has to be one of the nicest KOA's I have seen. The place is immaculate! We only stayed one night while heading to Glacier, but couldn't find a better place to stay along the way. No question, this place gets 5 stars!
