This is a nice clean park and is in a safe and peaceful area. The park is easy to navigate in large rigs.

We were there a few days. Laundry was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly but the office closed way to early. Of course, everyone blames COVID

We were shocked that all of the camping in the area was full. We got the last power only spot in the KOA. We were pleasantly surprised. It was quiet and restful. Our dog loved the K-9 academy area. It was so clean and well thought out to have it divided into two areas.

Nice clean campground. Camp sites are a little close at East backins if you have slides or awnings but still decent. Overall a very nice campground.

Visit to family was fun. We appreciated the KOA letting us have family members visit our site for dinner. Very quiet. Staff was helpful and accommodating in helping us be able to stay all 3 nights in one spot versus the original reservation of 2 nights in one spot and the 3rd night in a different one.

Quick overnight stay. Site was level and pad concrete. Rained whole time we were there so didn’t get out. Could see a nice double dog yard from our sight.

So I have a small 8ft trailer no hookups nothing .YOU GUYS STUCK ME IN A GRAVEL PARKING LOT !!!!! NO SHADE NO NOTHING!!!!! $55 ONE NIGHT!!! LOUD ALL NIGHT !!!!I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!! VERY ANGRY !!!!! NO OTHER OPTIONS !!!!! THANX FOR NOTHING!!!!!

Nice place to stay in Helena. A few observations. 1. A foul small was apparent in the RV area. Don't know if a sewer leak or if septic tanks need to be cleaned. 2. Sad tent area.

We enjoyed our stay. The area we camped was clean, the restrooms and showers were clean. The people who run the KOA were friendly. The only complaint has to do with people who feel entitled to not have to follow the rules. A traveler pulled in around 11:00pm. They were extremely noisy and let their dog run loose while setting up. They also let their dog loose multiple times the following morning

Staff was very nice & helpful. But there is nothing there...no fire pits, no place to play catch or set up a game, no pool, no playground, no groceries or gift store. Just not what we have come to expect at a KOA.

It was terrible. You stuck us in a gravel overflow lot full of weeds. We regretted what we paid to stay there. There were WAY better options for less. Also, you shouldn’t post pictures of a picturesque site when you plan to put folks in a gravel pit. This was our first experience at a KOA - we won’t be back based on this experience. Also, no one was ever around, no one!

Nice facilities. Laundry clean, worked well. Showers were nice. Everything clean and well maintained. Prefer grass dog parks. Staff friendly and helpful.

Found the park very poorly kept up.lack of staff grounds dirty,grass not cut,dog poop in my space.we planned two nites left after one koa sign should not hang on this campground.

Had a great campsite. Grounds were very nice and well kept. Kandi was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Looking forward to next time!

Very very dissatisfied with promised internet service. Not available. CALLED PROVIDER. Said they would call back. NO CALL. FINALLY after we left someone called with a lame excuse. Lots of internet poles, someone spent lots of money setting up service. Shame. On North Helena Koa. No customer service from park. Boo

Although the weather did not cooperate, the stay was very nice. The campground is fairly new and we can see the wonderful potential of the place once the COVID pandemic passes and they can resume their building of the park. We will be staying here again in the near future.

This is KOA was exceptionally helpful. My family was transitioning from selling and buying a home. I called and they accommodated my family, they were so kind and flexible for us. The facilities are clean and well groomed. Thank you for all your kindness and support for my family!

Very nice people; clean facility and camping areas. This place is great for older folks. There's no recreation within campground and no firepits...so roasting hotdogs or making s'mores is out of the question. Most people staying there had dogs-very well-maintained dog park. Barking dogs was a problem for us in the middle of the night.

Mike and Candi are excellent hosts. The KOA is very clean and well maintained.

This has to be one of the nicest KOA's I have seen. The place is immaculate! We only stayed one night while heading to Glacier, but couldn't find a better place to stay along the way. No question, this place gets 5 stars!
