Very nice staff. Clean and you could tell the staff cares about the place. They were doing some updates so a little noisy, but easy to work around. They need a playground for our grandchildren, hopefully with the updates it is coming.

Folks who run this place are amazing! Friendly and work with you to make sure your stay is pleasant. Convenient to freeway, but far enough there is no noise! Would have given a "5" but the sprinklers shot water halfway up the coach - hubby not happy.

Nice place and super nice camp hosts, stayed in our 5th wheel. We will stay again if in the area.

Campground is in good condition. Was my fault for not checking on things for the kids to do, but there is no park, no pool, absolutely nothing for the kids to do. Don’t have enough room to write review on the horrible service from the front desk, manager and owner of this campground. Absolutely ridiculous some of the things that came out of their mouths. Hope they go bankrupt and someon else buy

This is a new KOA and a work in progress. Not many amenities as of now, but nice sites and facilities. Easy access and nice level sites.

This is a new KOA acquisition. I am full time RV. I was going to stay only a week and continue on to Glacier National Forest, but found Helena perfect for resource replenishment and some minor repairs and upgrades. Staff went out of their way to accommodate and make me comfortable, without moving me. They seem excited about being part of KOA. P.S. The Wi-Fi is great.

Everything about the campground is Great. The owners and manager are great. Facilities are great. Access is great. Patios and grass area are a great feature. The only constructive feedback is on one of the full time people. The black guy that walks the two large dogs almost terrorizes the campground. Multiple other dog walkers commented they experienced the same as I did. Very scary at times

The management team and staff were polite, hardworking and helpful. The bathrooms and laundry were clean. The park itself is new to KOA and lacks amenities, but management has plans to improve that.

Stay was fine. I wasn't looking to stay at a KOA, but found out you bought the place I was going to. When I first started camping 35 years ago I always stayed at a KOA because they were a nice campgrounds, well kept and most very affordable. Today KOA is one of the most expensive campgrounds to stay at. Forget affordability. It is almost cheaper to stay at a Hotel. But you have invested a lot o

While still lacking some amenities they are in the process of getting them. Kandi, Mike and Stan are gracious hosts and staff and super to work with. Whenever we find ourselves going back to Helena we will stay there for sure.

I was given a bad attitude when I told the manger I would be staying one week for sure and possibly two weeks. I made this clear when I made the reservation and it wasn't a problem then. I won't be back.

Too expensive for what u get for koa. There is no pool or kid area, pet area not fenced off. Should consider dedicated washer/dryer for pet bedding to accommodate pet owners instead of nasty signs. Also escort vehicles to assigned space to ensure they park correctly instead of knocking on doors to tell them not to park on grass. Work smarter and make it a good customer experience!

Too expensive for literally backing into a gravel spot that is used as a storage area. A Greek food truck was stored next to us. Bathroom and laundry were adequate.

Stayed 3 nights. Campground very clean and neat. KOA staff very friendly and helpful. No real extra amenities, but the campground recently changed owners, and change takes time. Other campers were for the most part courteous, and it was very quiet at night. Also very easy to find, not in the middle of town as some KOAs are.

Great, welcoming staff. Excellent facilities including big spaces, easy access, clean bathhouse and very nice office/store. Close to shopping, activities and the capitol. Overall a very nice park.

We enjoyed our stay. The campground and facilities are very neat and clean. The only negative thing we experienced was that the hot water in the shower ran out - had to take a cold shower. We will still come back.

The fully serviced sites are long and beautiful; each one has a patio and maybe a tree. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The internet is the best we have ever encountered at an RV park and this is VERY important to us. The entry road and access roads are gravel and get a little muddy when it rains, but overall this is a fine park.

Showers were clean but no private dressing area. Went to check in and the gentleman behind the counter told us that check-in wasn't until 3. When we went back, found out check-in was actually at 1. Was quite unhappy after we had reservation and had to tow the RV and could not go some places we wanted to because of parking.

This has to be one of the nicest KOA's I have seen. The place is immaculate! We only stayed one night while heading to Glacier, but couldn't find a better place to stay along the way. No question, this place gets 5 stars!
