The campground was great but the neighbors constant barking dogs ruined it. The staff should have enforced their dog policy and kicked those people out.

We had a sick dog, hospitalized and finally euthanized. The staff was extremely helpful in changing our reservations as from day to day we didn’t know what was going to happen.

We had a very nice stay the one improvement would be to have garbage cans in more areas. We'll be coming back again next year. Every worker was very helpful and we like the improvements that have been made.

The staff at this KOA is the best! They always go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are accommodated. The restrooms and laundry are spotless. New playground is great and the WiFi is good. We feel at home in this campground.

As KOAs go, this one was at the lower end. It’s fine for a place to sleep. The sites are level, it’s relatively quiet and clean. However… no playground and no pool. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

The game area with the fire pit was great! The super fast internet allowed me to be able to work while we were camped; much appreciated!

Stopped just for an overnight. I don't know what the park was like before but you can see they are ongoingly fixing it up and it's pretty nice. Sites are level and easy to navigate, there's a few trees here and there for some shade. The laundry facility was clean and in good order also. There are a few long termers on one row, all but one pig sty at the end were kept up neat and junk free.

Ok so this is a bare bones park the service was tremendous, Stan the man great host helped us so much. Walking trail behind park great love prairie dogs!

This KOA was convenient as we were in Helena visiting friends. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the dumpsters were conveniently located and we had reliable electricity. Landscape could use some work as half of our grass was dead and the sprinklers sprayed our car and the gravel driveway. More trees would be nice, too.

Excellent Helena KOA! Clean bathrooms and laundry, excellent long level gravel sites with table and grass yard, friendly helpful staff, quiet area, great wifi and satellite sites. We have stayed here quite often and will always be back! Highly recommended!

No pool, no hot tub. The tent sites are terrible: 6 x 6 wood squares on gravel, each about 2 feet from the next. Office only open from 9 to 7; making it hard to get your morning coffee. Works as an RV park, I guess.

Was no grass and camp sites were clos together. We were parked in the second with the long term renters so they were up talking quite late and we could hear them. Needs updated and a swimming pool

It was nice. But sites are to close together and very little shade. For what you offer price is pretty high. Maybe discounts for military would bring me back.

It was smokey there, so we cut our Helena visit short. The staff were very accommodating and helped us cancel the rest of our reservation without a charge. The facilities were very clean and the park was nice.

This has to be one of the nicest KOA's I have seen. The place is immaculate! We only stayed one night while heading to Glacier, but couldn't find a better place to stay along the way. No question, this place gets 5 stars!
