Didn’t love the amenities fee given that there is no playground or pool & the area for amenities is under construction. Maybe should wait to charge the fee until the amenities are actually built. Bathrooms were clean. Quiet campground.

Everything worked well. The only negative was a gaveled pet area; on the other hand there was a lot of nice grace to walk dogs.

I only give it a 4 because I wish it had a pool, but otherwise, it was very nice. We have stayed there the past several years and they are always improving the sites and common areas. We’ll be back!

It’s a very nice park if you need a place to stay in Helena. It would not be a “destination” park. Super clean , level sites. Convenient to Interstate. If passing through, I would definitely stay here again

KOA's in general are becoming just big parking lots. We were in the back of the park which was good but that's also the location of dog park. So we got the constant parade of people walking, showing off their dogs and everything that goes with dogs..if you know what I mean. There's a sign that says the small piece of grass will be watered..our chairs were on the picnic table pad and soaked.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great location to visit the City. Clean and well organized. Plenty of room for our 43 ft Class A Coach.

It was well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were no trees and what grass grows naturally. The laundry room was spotless. The campground was very quiet.

They are very accommodating, the price is very good and they work very hard to improve every time we have stayed there. We were running a little late checking out because of softball games and they said to just stay in touch with them. I would recommend them highly.

We had a great stay in one of the cabins. The facilities are clean, and the staff are friendly. Additionally, they're currently working on adding a great outdoor game area.

Stayed for 9 days. Sites were clean and well kept. Needs an indoor pool or water activity for hot days.

Prior to our arrival, the gentleman that set up our stay was very nice. However when we arrived the woman was not overly friendly. They are working at improving the campground and it shows. My kids were there tent camping and actual tent area in their space was framed with wood and filled with small pebbles and their tent did not fit. No shade. Nice restrooms and showers.

I had planned to work remotely on a day we were staying in Helena KOA but the wifi was out and we ended up leaving early. The camp is a little barren and not very attractive.

WE spent 3 nights at the park and enjoyed it very much. The "staff" was very pleasant and helpful. The restrooms were clean (or cleaned shortly after a mess was created. Dog park was very good. The site was level with sufficient space. Nice views from the park. Enjoyed our time very much.

Looks like the KOA is in the process of several additions and updates. The only reason this park is not a five star is because families with children are limited on amenities. We did not need to use the restrooms so I could not give an opinion on their up keep. The park was clean, easy in and out and the staff was excellent.

Couple of things that need attention are the showers. The shower curtains need to be washed or replaced. The shower stalls need to be scrubbed thoroughly. They are both caked with either soap scum or mineral deposits from the water. The was floor seal on the toilet in the Handicap stall is leaking. There is a discoloration ring on the floor around the toilet and I did see water seeping.

Did not receive the max stars because despite speaking with your wifi provider twice, I was never able to access the internet. You advertised a strong wifi but did not provide it at all.

Very basic campground. Need amenities for kids. Trash dumpsters not located where the map said they would be.

This has to be one of the nicest KOA's I have seen. The place is immaculate! We only stayed one night while heading to Glacier, but couldn't find a better place to stay along the way. No question, this place gets 5 stars!
