The folks there are friendly and efficient. There are massive improvements being made: bathrooms remodeled, new yurts, playground, and dog run. The sites are easy access and mostly pull through. Power is great...very hot but no outages.

No discount for military.. This is the first KOA that did not acknowledge military. Spendy spaces. They are improving the park to have many other attractions but it is a work in progress. Staff was great - no problem there.

This campground became our immediate backup when the heat advisory struck during our visit to Montana. We were lucky that they had an opening for 2 nights, or else we would've been in the state park with no electric! The campground was, laundry facility was large and in working order. Our 2 little kids enjoyed the playground at the school next door.

The grounds and Cabin were beautiful and clean, staff was pleseant, and the bath house was clean. My biggest thank you is to the staff for mailing me the retainer I forgot!

Easy on/off location. Site level. Appear to be a newer KOA. The main issue is the “dust” the roads are unpaved therefore passing vehicle stir up a lot of dust.

Stayed at Helena KOA North for 5 nights, a very solid park. The staff were very courteous and professional with a quick check in process. The park is convenient to the highway but being a couple of miles off, no road noise. The park is small and the sites are a little close but was able to extend slides and awning with no problems and the sites are generally level with small grass areas between.

Great service. Things were as represented online. Convenient extra services except for the bathrooms which were a bit of a walk from the cabin. Bathroom/shower facilities were very nice.

campground and staff nice. Only issue was threat to "fine" tenants if they didnt pick up after pets. While I understand the issue, places with lots of signs saying dont do this and dont do that are less than welcoming.

We stayed in a cabin. Upon check in we were informed that the bathrooms were "under repair". This meant there were only 2 toilets open, not near the cabins. Seeing as there were only 2 open for the whole campground, this meant they were heavily used and there was almost always a line waiting. The toilets were disgusting. The diarrhea coated toilets were nasty - please consider cleaning more often!

We had a “tent site” which was basically a parking slot (1 of only 4 tent sites available!) and directly next to the “Rec area” that was loose dirt. The bathrooms and showers nearest to us were both closed. It was clear this KOA is for those with RVs. We were in shock that the charge for this tent site spot was $53!!

We enjoyed the quiet, clean, peaceful campgrounds and clean showers/restrooms. The latter are the prime reasons for choosing our RV campsites. We plan to return in the future.

Sites are wide, long and quite level. We travel with our dog so really enjoyed the grassy area at each site by the picnic table. There are 2 nice large dog parks. There is a rather odd layout where your freshwater hookup is right next to you neighbors picnic table, I mean like touching the searing area. We would stay there again when in the area

The park was very clean and offered good pet facilities. Their WIFI was weak and they didn't offer cable TV.

Management personable and professional. Immaculate restrooms. All RV spots are full hookups. Some cabins and yurts available. Level pull-thru sites.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are immaculate and the WiFi is amazing. Only downside is the dust—some raised by the dragging of the roads. Easy access from the freeway.

It was a last minute decision to find a spot here on our way back from a river trip. The staff was very helpful, and the restrooms and sites were very clean and well tended. It is a quiet location, and the store is well stocked for anything you might need. It is super-convenient to Helena, as well as services such as gas stations and restaurants.

The campground was nice, but the price for a tiny cabin with uncomfortable beds, blankets or pillows, no bathroom or even sink was way too much. Especially considering it was a bit of a walk to the bathrooms

Two nights in a very nice, level pull through site. Very nice Kamp K9. Would certainly stay here again.

This has to be one of the nicest KOA's I have seen. The place is immaculate! We only stayed one night while heading to Glacier, but couldn't find a better place to stay along the way. No question, this place gets 5 stars!
