Nice facilities. Laundry clean, worked well. Showers were nice. Everything clean and well maintained. Prefer grass dog parks. Staff friendly and helpful.

Found the park very poorly kept up.lack of staff grounds dirty,grass not cut,dog poop in my space.we planned two nites left after one koa sign should not hang on this campground.

Had a great campsite. Grounds were very nice and well kept. Kandi was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Looking forward to next time!

Very very dissatisfied with promised internet service. Not available. CALLED PROVIDER. Said they would call back. NO CALL. FINALLY after we left someone called with a lame excuse. Lots of internet poles, someone spent lots of money setting up service. Shame. On North Helena Koa. No customer service from park. Boo

Although the weather did not cooperate, the stay was very nice. The campground is fairly new and we can see the wonderful potential of the place once the COVID pandemic passes and they can resume their building of the park. We will be staying here again in the near future.

This is KOA was exceptionally helpful. My family was transitioning from selling and buying a home. I called and they accommodated my family, they were so kind and flexible for us. The facilities are clean and well groomed. Thank you for all your kindness and support for my family!

Very nice people; clean facility and camping areas. This place is great for older folks. There's no recreation within campground and no firepits...so roasting hotdogs or making s'mores is out of the question. Most people staying there had dogs-very well-maintained dog park. Barking dogs was a problem for us in the middle of the night.

Spent 2 nights at Helena KOA. It was a convenient and clean RV park with cordial staff. We stop here every year as we travel to and from Mexico. Thank you for your hospitality!

Although Helena is surrounded by beautiful river and lake side camping, the city itself is lacking places for the traveler passing through for an overnight or weekend.We have stayed at many KOA's between our home in Montana and Oregon. In comparison, this one is lacking the visuals and amenities of the others. This one is a recent purchase and it has potential. We'll be back to watch it grow.

Just a one night stop over on our return to Canada. It was April 22nd, and water was not turned on yet. It was also during the covid 19 virus, so everything was shutdown. Was able to fill with water at the office. For everything we used, it was very good.

Someone there to greet us as soon as we arrived. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 crisis they had not been able to have their water supply tested, so no water at sites. Fortunately we had water, so it wasn't an issue. Nice park!

Large pull through sites you have room to stay hitched, or parked in front of your RV. Hosts were as friendly as you can get during this covid 19 time. Very easy to find and get around the park, a well built park lay out is easy to navigate, not tricky maneuvers here. A place a few blocks away to fuel up and get groceries. I do recommend to all

Managers were very competent and very pleasant people. The park was operating with reduced amenities because spring had not yet arrived. The price however was similar to other parks along our route that were fully operational. The huge negative is the wifi which is limited to one device at very slow speeds. More speed or more devices would have more than doubled the cost of our stay.

It was just an overnight stop. Would be nice if wifi was for more than one device. Also no cable. It is,convenient for us in our trip home. We did not use any of the facilities.

We were treated like royalty by Rebecca Davis & her workmate(did not get her name), when we arrived at your park, without a reservation I must say, also! Rebecca made sure that we were quickly looked after & given a site. We are Canadians & because of the Covid-19 crisis, had been called home.

Office is open 2 hours a day (winter). We went to get propane from the office and was told we had to bring it right at 8am or they don’t have time to get everything else done. We work and can’t accommodate them so we just went elsewhere to get it filled. No water hookup allowed even with heat tape, etc. They have an entire row of conditioned lines but those are only for “long term” left w

This park has always been one of our favourites. However we were disappointed to find how high the rates have jumped; $10 more than similar campgrounds along I-15.

Overnight stay only. We called ahead knowing it would be after hours arrival. The phone yielded a message to use the website which I did, registered (paid, noting late arrival) which was confirmed by email from KOA yet when we arrived there was no info for us - we were not one of the three posted notes so just arbitrarily took an empty site.

This has to be one of the nicest KOA's I have seen. The place is immaculate! We only stayed one night while heading to Glacier, but couldn't find a better place to stay along the way. No question, this place gets 5 stars!
