The campground is incredibly cramped. Cars are parked partially in the small road making turns with a truck, let alone a truck towing a camper, very difficult. The staff is uninformed and apparently can't work a computer. I was told the spot I reserved online is basically ignored and I was just given whatever spot was available because they don't look at the online information.

Small, clean and neat campground. Attendant nice and changed friends traveling with us site so we could be together. Each site has very nice patio, furniture and portable fire pit. Location in a neighborhood near busy street. Good stopover when traveling. Expensive.

Beautiful location. Patio furniture is a def bonus Not big RV friendly. Very narrow roadways. Check in and out times are absolute. Overall a nice stay

Damaged my RV trying to get into park due to lack of communication before arriving. trucks parked along entrance to office making it almost impossible to pass. RV spot was near street where a homeless person was living in a van. Had our kids in bed with my wife while i slept on the couch with a loaded 9mm. Take your name off this place. KOA St Augustine Beach and KOA Starke were awesome on my trip

Very tight location, wifi was not working and expected to pay if it did. Bathrooms were small. Very loud next to major roadway.

All of the KOA staff were friendly and very helpful. Facility was clean but a little more "compact" than what we would normally choose. Very close to Florida State Road 7 so road noise at night and early morning was sometimes an issue. All in all though, we had a great stay.

Estuve 2 días solamente de los 10 días que tenía programado.El 2° día mi sitio estaba ocupado por otro cliente, era tarde 11PM y no había nadie para asistirme, como yo había pagado por adelantado me conecte igual por que mi señora no quiso que me fuera ya que estaba cansada. A la mañana me atendió una señora Carmen muy bien.No logro que el intruso se fuera. Mi dinero perdido y cancele

Only stayed one night before flying back to germany. Clean site and friendly people, good located for visiting downtown Miami. But noisy because of surrounding streets, what's normal in a big cities campground...

Husband was there on business so we stayed 3 months. Bathrooms clean, patios are excellent, grounds kept maintained and the staff (Karen) is fantastic. She is on top of everything, works after hours making sure new arrivals are set up, frequently checks the needs of tenants. A great asset to the the campground. Maintenance worker is always taking care of the area, etc. Other campers were great too

The sites are very tight. However, the assistance provided by staff parking the trailer was helpful. The stay was up to our expectations.

it has been are worst campsite ever in 25 years of camping. koa hollywood it is just a parking lot. no space between RV. access road to the site lot is scaring to hit other RV. too narrow. we had a orange cone too avoid to be hit during our journey. toilet and shower were discusting and unfonctionnal most of it. the worst we paid 85$ per day for 5 days !!!! a lost of money didn't worth it.

Not anything you would expect in a KOA. Extremely small sites, little or no green grass, if their was a pool it was hidden. Are we that desperate for Franchises that you would let any campground in? And to boot. 85 per night. 3 per night for our 8lb dog and 20 bucks to check in early even though nobody was on our site. Being close to hard rock does not give you a license to steal.

Very clean and sites small but beautiful paver patios and table with 4 chairs. Coffee table with 2 additional chairs. Staff went out of there way for us.

Sorry but you should mention that this campground is located inner city and so close to the road that you hear cars running and honking all the night long... It's not what we imagine when we plan to camp in family with the tent... Sites are very small and the campground not secured at all (no gate or fences).

So much noise from near highways... the campground has no park for children, no pool, no restaurant, no ... well there is nothing except for RV squeezed in every possible way. Seriously, in 2020 it’s a disaster..

AT $85 PER NIGHT I EXPECTED SOMETHING NICE.SILLY ME FELT VERY UNSAFE, THE BATHROOM AND SHOWER ENTRANCE DOORS DO NOT LOCK. DON'T EVEN HAVE A LOCK ON THE SHOWER DOOR. NO TOILET PAPER FILTHY BATHROOMS VERY LOUD WITH ROAD NOISE. RESERVED FOR 6 NIGHTS LEFT AFTER 4 BECAUSE I FELT LIKE I WAS GOING TO GET ROBED GOING TO THE BATHROOM AT 3 AM AND THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS ********DON'T STAY HERE***** RIPOF

A very nice and clean park To stay. A little small and tight spaces but still a nice place. The staff was very friendly.

The people are saints and do their very best. For the price, the space is a farce. No cable, no WiFi, a gravel yard with not one blade of grass and RVs packed in like sardines. We blew off our last day and headed home.

Some improvent areas: 1) The front desk staff was not able to help us in getting the wifi connection set-up. 2) Once set-up it appeared to very unstable (connection was lost many times). 3) Also, the front desk staff couldn't give information on how best to go to downtown Miami by public transport.

Staff was nice, location is not so great (didn't feel safe) and very small compared to other KOAs I've been to. Won't be going there again while visiting Hollywood or Miami

1st Star for the service/ first encounter great smile and service 2nd Star for the location and easiness to travel by bus to and from the beach instead of using our RV 3rd Star for the cleanliness of the facilities and the lot itself with patio, chairs and grill. The stars lost are about the noise...very noisy and close to the street and the other RVs. Not a great spot to relax nor with kids..

Restrooms aren't clean at all and certainly not cleaned every day. The site is right beside a highway, so very noisy. No pool nor activity.

The campground was great for what we needed. Entrance was very tight for large rigs, you should remove the large rocks that are to the right to give some "wiggle room". The sites were tight but doable. The pavers, tables etc were very nice, we enjoyed them. You might possibly consider placing a fence at back end of camp to block the unsightly vehicles and homeless man living across the street.

Le site se trouve loin des activités principales. Les terrains sont petits et tassés. La propreté des toilettes laissent à désirer. De plus, 1 douche sur 2 qui fonctionnent. Camping pas très invitant, Assurément je n'y retournerai pas.

It was just an overnight. This campground offers few amenities and is expensive at $70+ a night plus a pet fee. Only advantage is it’s convenient to get too off highway. For my fellow big rigs plan to arrive and go past park entrance (on left) and go down street to rotary and then approach park entrance on right. Easier to get into this way. Detach car on street before attempting entry. JMHO

If your goal is to be in the middle of everything this is the best campground. Nice staff. Clean bathrooms

This is a great place. Spots were small, but they all have a patio. Staff was great and grounds well maintained. We actually left to go to another KOA in West Palm Beach and we wished we had that we had stayed here longer. Great energy to this place.

From the moment we arrived to departure our stay was excellent. The office crew was so accommodating and helpful. The maintenance, grounds person was there if needed to assist. The sites a bit small on one side but it was no problem. Nice patio with furniture. Quiet and safe and close to everything. Only want might have been a pool but was told one is coming soon all the reason to return. This was our first visit but will not be our last. Thank you for making our trip great.
