We did not expect what we saw or experienced. This was a city park, unlike what we have experienced in other KOA around the country.

My stay was booked last minute on my way to the Florida Keys. But I was pleasantly surprised with the service I got from KOA Hollywood agent Sonia! From my last minute reservation to departure, Sonia made me feel welcome and she took great great pride in making my stay as perfect as possible and answering all questions. Thank you KOA. I caught a man peeping at me in the bushes n he was confronted by my husband and the guy was threatening us n drunk and wanted to fight. My son was so scared he was crying in the tent. It was an aweful experience!!!! The staff didn’t do a thing about it and the campground was filthy with trash everywhere. Locks on bathroom were not working. All staff was very kind and efficient. The site was clean and spacious with a charging hut nearby. Loved the location, we had a great time. Lots of activities!

I was going to stay six days, but strangers were walking through my camp the first night and I was frightened. I reported it at the front desk as I cancelled the rest of the trip, fearing I might be harmed. They shrugged me off. I really think my money should be returned, but they refused. Bathrooms were horrible. 2 toilets and showers for the whole campground. Always someone using it. Showers were gross hot water was not hot barley warm. Camp site was nice and private for tent sites. Only reason this place gets a 2. It's south Florida they don't even have a pool. Location was ok tho right by turnpike. But also in the Getto so beware of drug addicts.

Facilities really needs to be updated. I wonder how this location has highly rated when I made a reservation. I was so disappointed and wonders how this facility called as KOA.

staff was amazing and super helpful. I have not stayed at a KOA that I was unable to park my car directly next to my tent area so that threw me off a bit, but certainly was not anyone's fault. The KOA is small but was well cleaned and maintained and def had all it needed for me. I was pleased with my warm welcome and area.

The Campground was essentially a parking lot next to a busy road. The 2 tent sites were cordoned off by bushes and flanked by the “kabins”. Which looked like an old motel not typical cute little KOA cabins. It was pretty awful. If you have an RV and are only passing through the maybe. Definitely not a place to tent camp.

The workers never give you privacy, they have huge coconuts that fall from the palm tree, i was sitting at the picnic table when one huge fell and hit me in the head. Dog poop all over my campsite when we checked in, A couple was fighting the whole entire time so we left the 2nd evening early when i was supposed to obviously stay. Just wasted my money.

Karen makes our stay worthwhile. We have come back again and again. She has always been accommodating and has a great attitude. Grounds are clean and stocked and we feel secure even though we stay at a tent site. Thank you Karen.

Its a good location thats close to lots of attractions. The staff is very friendly. There isn't anything bad about it, but theres nothing great about it. All of the sites are small, the bathhouse is ok, the little shop is ok. I have no complaints. It was worth the money and what I expected, but the staff was friendlier than expected.

Everything was ok. Only problem wasn't given Wi-Fi password so l couldn't get on the internet. I went to office it was closed. No answer on phone when l called. Seems like office not manned much. I would stay again though. Should be given Wi-Fi password when check-in.

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked this. If it had not been so late after a day of driving we would have left and found a hotel. It is a parking lot in a bad neighborhood. Extremely loud traffic all night, endless police activity. Homeless camps across the street and the KOA is not fenced. The bathrooms are terrible and there was no way we were going to use those showers. Very poor.

I think it might be a homeless shelter. If you like random people walking through your site and people arguing all night it's a great place to stay. Bathrooms doors locks are broken so anyone can go in. The pet area is about 4' X 4'. I think we would have been better off sleeping in the Walmart parking lot.

It was nice. The camp site is only missing some trees to offer shade for the tent sites. Very important because after 8 am it becomes to hot. Have a nice day.

Amazing campground. I used a tent and the grounds were impeccable, but with three major roads nearby (including the turnpike) there was so much road noise and persistent sirens all through the night.

We loved the cute little tent site! The layout was perfect and it had a privacy hedge around it! Very nice! The staff was friendly and helpful. The park was clean, and close to everything you need. The only negatives, were the difficulty of getting our tent spikes in the ground, it was very rocky below the surface, and the weather did not allow for us to really enjoy the site.

We absolutely loved the private tent lots with the high hedges all the way around. The lights/electric, water fire pit were standard fare, but having a nice big garbage can with lid and liners was unexpected. The tent lot was clean and we left if that way. The only drawbacks were the neighbors riding motorcycles very loudly around and around the campsite all night long. we got up and out early.

We would not stay. We were going to camp and the site was next to a run down RV with huge dog poop all over ground, empty beer bottles, wood pile, and machete. It was one of only three camp sites and the campground is right next to the highway. We couldn't park our car by the lot either. It was disgusting! We did get a refund, thanks to KOA policy of refunding within an hour of arrival.

Sorry but you should mention that this campground is located inner city and so close to the road that you hear cars running and honking all the night long... It's not what we imagine when we plan to camp in family with the tent... Sites are very small and the campground not secured at all (no gate or fences).

Gross, our camp site was nothing more than a carpark, we literally had a carpark out the front of a campervan, such a scam and there was no internet available unless you wanted to pay a huge additional fee, showers were unclean, lots of noise, just a waste of money, look elsewhere for a place to stay

Great ! Really enjoyed the layout. The facility was very clean, well light, and quiet. Recommend checking and cleaning the community shower stalls every so often. They are a bit dusty.

Me and my husband rented a k.o.a Camp site 50 bucks daily all tho be told too leave due to they found something anyone at that camp could of did what i was shocked,hurt, that i was being acused etc. At the end the employee said his sister it's a recovering addict still struggling etc. You can do it get sober just remember own up to yours ok and young man get help you know who as you say living the

I apologize you did not appreciate the manner in which it was handled, we thought all was understood when you left. You were very understanding when at one point you were even admitting whom had brought in the illegal substances to our facility. Unfortunately, all KOA's have a drug free policy and we were trying to protect our guests.

No shade. Was not allowed to put up a shade tarp. Had to leave the camp to find relief from the sun and heat. No air in the bathrooms. Laundry soap dispensers out of order. Sending machines empty. People having a party and knocking on doors late in to the night. Never again will we stay at this one.

The bathrooms were very hot and cramped. There is not much to do there, especially when in a tent. The improvements are fantastic but are catering for Rvs. McDonalds and Walmart are close by as is a Laundromat. Location is very good. I would like to see a pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. More shade would be nice and an air conditioned room to relax in would be great.

This KOA was a little better than some others that I've stayed at for tenting. Most KOA's cater to RV's and trailers so I usually avoid staying at them because you end up paying $30 for a gravel lot. but this one had some nice grass lots to pitch a tent. My only complaint was that the Wifi didn't work there, so that was kind of disappointing.

Due to Hurricane Irma the phone systems and cable companies were mostly down and overwhelmed during the time you were staying with us.

In the many years that we have stayed at KOA's I have never experienced such poor quality customer service.When I called in to explain that we are going to be a night registration, I got a gentleman explaining to me with an attitude that they do not do that. I have never been to a KOA that didn't have night registration. That night when we drove in we were greeted by the securityguydrinking beer!

Music played late into the night. No one on site to which to complain. Happy that laundry facilities were functioning, but the detergent sales machine was out of detergent & we needed it.

Had a fabulous spring break stay with my friends at a KOA tent site. The campground overall is pretty compact but it was beautifully maintained & I felt like we had enough privacy.

This is a great place. Spots were small, but they all have a patio. Staff was great and grounds well maintained. We actually left to go to another KOA in West Palm Beach and we wished we had that we had stayed here longer. Great energy to this place.

From the moment we arrived to departure our stay was excellent. The office crew was so accommodating and helpful. The maintenance, grounds person was there if needed to assist. The sites a bit small on one side but it was no problem. Nice patio with furniture. Quiet and safe and close to everything. Only want might have been a pool but was told one is coming soon all the reason to return. This was our first visit but will not be our last. Thank you for making our trip great.
