Your staff, Nancy and the young girl that worked with her ( I can't remember her name) we're outstanding, friendly, helpful with a ton of helpful information. Space is a little tight but the girls helped us get in with no problem.Had a great time.

I’d really like to give this campground a higher rate because the people that run it are so friendly. Having said that this park isn’t much to look at. Gravel sites, fairly level, but very, very tight. Pray for nice neighbors because they will be very close. It worked for a one night stopover.

the campground was very nice and employees very helpful.this was just an overnite stay but we really enjoyed our patio area and would use this campground again.

We were told that we would be charged $65 per night but were actually charged $85 per night. I asked for a refund but was told no. Due to your strict "no refund" policy I felt my only recourse was to keep my mouth shut so we wouldn't be evicted without a refund. Rest assured I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and KOA regarding your questionable business practices.

Campground very tight for motorhome. several long term campers needed to move their vehicles to allow our entry to our spot. camp host awesome for what she had to work with. will never go their again.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but once we arrived that all changed. If your looking for a country/woodsie camping experience this isn't it! It's right in the city. It is tight, but the sights are neat and clean. Very nice patios. Nice laundry facility, and the staff couldn't be nicer! They even had music on Saturday night. Close to Miami. pricey for the amenities!

Very kind and helpful ladies at the reception. Too early on the campground we nevertheless got a site and they did everything for staying us on this very comfortable equipped site for our whole stay. Near to Ford Lauderdale, Miami and Hollywood Beach and great for a run in the morning or bicycling and very close to shopping

We had mechanical troubles and missed our scheduled reservation date, but the KOA folks were nice enough to roll us to a later date when we were able to get there. Outstanding customer service!!!

Man, it was tight getting settled in, but once done it was very pleasant. Good site, near by what we came for. If our travels take us this way again we’ll stop.

Die Tür zu den Toiletten/Duschen ist kaputt, sowie funktionierte leider nur eine von zwei Duschen. Es waren alle sehr freundlich

We would have liked cable so we could watch our nighttime shows. My antenna (a good one) could not pick up the local CBS station. Tough maneuvering around and within the park. My final site was very nice, but the initial site I was scheduled to go on would have been very tight. Staff were excellent.

Everyone very friendly and helpful. Tight spaces to get parked but once you are in, it's a good place to stay. Bathrooms and showers clean. Only problem was only 1 shower working in Men's bathroom.

Small and narrow entry road requiring a very tight 90 degree turn to gain entry. The site itself was no more than concerted lot with an excellent view of a broken down apt building and a pickup truck. The pad was "gravel" at best with significant amounts of mud. I know the location is behind the $85 charge but based on this experience, I would be hard-pressed to stay at a KOA again!

Good price , restrooms clean, site at the level. Super home away from home. Stuff outstandingly helpful, and friendly. Everything is close by, beach 5 miles. I can stay there all year long.Thanks for Karen and everybody who made my stay joyful. Agnes from Ontario Canada

When you pay 85.00 for a spot you expect a quality spot. The drive thru was adequate but not level, there was no cable tv and the wifi was extra. We have paid this much and a lot less at other KOA’s and received these services.

We had a nice, big pull-through site. Office staff was very helpful. Never got the Internet working. Couldn't get past the payment page. McD's was close.

Book by Email for Pull-true received confirmation, arrives at KOA no pull-true available was advise by attendant they left me a message to confirm my length ( which was indicated on the reservation 34' towing a car ). When I check my message there was a message from Koa confirm arrival was at 15:00 and would be a $20 fee if I arrived before never a mentioned about my length !. Very disappointing.

Tiny, cramped sites, NO ammenities, in a very sketchy RESIDENTIAL neighbourhood. No wifi, no security whatsoever, no greenspace, nodog park—not at all what we have come to expect from KOAs. when I asked for even a partial refund to go someplace we could enjoy, they wouldnt even think of it. We will NEVER go back or recommend to anybody. KOA should not want their name affiliated with this park.

Entrance is very tight for big rigs.Sites are very nice but not spacious. Our awning almost touched the neighbor's since he was pulled in the opposite way. Questionable neighborhood too.

Customer service stinks they never follow up on you and WiFi stinks as well promised me WiFi on Jan 1 and now Mar 2 and still they have done nothing to help me I never come back here and not recommend this site to anyone

This is a great place. Spots were small, but they all have a patio. Staff was great and grounds well maintained. We actually left to go to another KOA in West Palm Beach and we wished we had that we had stayed here longer. Great energy to this place.

From the moment we arrived to departure our stay was excellent. The office crew was so accommodating and helpful. The maintenance, grounds person was there if needed to assist. The sites a bit small on one side but it was no problem. Nice patio with furniture. Quiet and safe and close to everything. Only want might have been a pool but was told one is coming soon all the reason to return. This was our first visit but will not be our last. Thank you for making our trip great.
