It was very nice but small.and eventhough it was in a very populated area it was quiet. It was very clean and tidy. We stayed there because we wanted to visit Miami Beach and it was in a location for that adventure.

Unless you have a pull thru site, campground is too small and tight. No pool or cable, but beautiful patios. Outrageous price for overnight with no amenities! Host/hostess was wonderful and very caring about us and our stay. Was very quiet park even though in the city. Only 30 amp service was available.

Campground is too small with campsites being so small that some campers cannot open their awnings. Only 2 showers for men and 2 for women. Not very clean. Only one sink in bathroom. No cable TV or WIFI. Not a blade of grass since gravel covers the entire lot. campground was remodeled to make campers park at an angle taking away space from the park.

We were told we would be on a gravel site. We weren't even put in the campground. It was more like a road or an alley. We didn't even have a picnic table because the campers behind us on a site had to drive through our so called site. They charged us $65.00 for it. Koa needs to reassess who they let use their name.

Our only problem was having our neighbors slide out all over our pad, can’t even use the barbecue because was less than 12” away from the camper slide out make it a hazardous condition. I walk around and I saw this issue in others site. I wish I can send you pictures that I have. . After we pay full price for a full site the administration only say I’m sorry. I never see this happened before

Tiny sites, very close together, NO amenities, very expensive (especially considering above). Staff was friendly. Campground was clean.

We did not use bath house or laundry. We have a 40 ft 5th wheel and 350 dually. Positives: Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Negatives: very small KOA and extremely tight site. You have to stop on the road and walk into the office to register. This means you are impeding traffic. Our site was directly on this road and not actually “in” the campground. The neighborhood was sketchy.

This campground is nothing more than a tightly spaced parking lot for rv’s....with hookups. The sites are ridiculously closely spaced. The staff gives off the vibe of stern, bothered DMV clerks.

Half men’s dhowers out of service not cleaned everyday. Very small and noisy.

Office staff poor. Sites too tight to use. No pool, dog area, WiFi, cable. After we got parked and set up in the spot all the paperwork indicated the park came by and said we had to move because we should have known they had written down the wrong number. They had helped us park in the “wrong” place.

1 big mud puddle, not a safe part of town, no pool, no hot tub, nothing to do but sleep, double norm price, no Wi-Fi. GREAT individual stone patios at ea site with lamplight, clean grill & new wrought iron picnic table, 4 chairs. Laundry room filled with water due to rain, small showers. They had put a site between ea site since web pic taken. Nice staff.

Bad neighborhood. Trash everywhere when walking on neighborhood streets. Did not feel safe there. No amenities at campsite nor things to do within walking distance. Employees were extremely nice; the only good part of the stay.

Wanted so badly to like this park...It’s cute and intimate, but just not up to the standards we’re accustomed to with KOA. Check-in was botched; one of the two showers was broken the entire stay and is wasting SO much water; Two of four laundry machines were broken. Paid for a a site with hookups that had no hookups. After three days we were happy to move on.

Don’t be fooled by the very tight entrance. Our site was very roomy. Bricked patio. Fully furnished patio. Enjoyed coming back to our site after each days excursion. Much more space than our site At Disney’s campground.

Highest rate I paid total $95.00 per night with poorest facilities like not clean shower room, no other facility like swimming to suit $95.00. How they have joined with KOA? KOA needed a review this one for KOA members.

We have been staying at this location for several years and always make our reservation a year in advance. somehow our reservation from last year was not correct and the dates were off by a week. The manager was ever so helpful in getting us a spot for our stay. he was so accommodating and kind. we will definitely make our reservation before we leave and get the right dates this time. thanks

Not very happy was guaranteed months prior to booking there was WiFi so I reserved for 3 months unfortunately I have no WiFi connection at my site and was told it would be resolved! One month later I still have no WiFi I will not recommend this camp ground to anyone! Unfortunately I had to put down a deposit on all 3 moths and I’m pretty much forced to stay here till end of March

Please fix the glitch in ur stupid system that not charge me for a extra day in feb because your system can’t recognize it has 28 days. Also after 6 months you are not supposed to pay taxes in Florida. The only nice thing is the customer service from the young lady who tried to help me understand

We hooked the deluxe patio, but it isnt worht the money. Tiny spots, close to a big road, no free Wi-Fi. Small restrooms, only 2 showers and 2 toilets for the ladys, but reasonable clean. No check in before 15u, or you have to pay extra even if the spot is empty. Friendly staff.

A small campground in a congested area, busy highway that the traffic never stopped. I am surprised that its a KOA. No trees, chunks of crushed concete to walk on. The sites are tiny . Do not go, stay at Walmart around the block

By far the WORST KAO I’ve ever stayed at. There are basically no frills here at all.No pool,no playground,no mining,no bounce house, no game room, just the $100 price. the store didn’t have half the goods a KOA always has. I waited for 20 minutes for someone check me in, office was locked. Also you are literally on top of the RVs there.It should be called RV Parking Space,definitely NO KAO h

We found the park immaculately clean and the staff not only helpful but truly friendly. We have already booked for next year for double the time. Wish there was room for a pool!!�

Me and my husband rented a k.o.a Camp site 50 bucks daily all tho be told too leave due to they found something anyone at that camp could of did what i was shocked,hurt, that i was being acused etc. At the end the employee said his sister it's a recovering addict still struggling etc. You can do it get sober just remember own up to yours ok and young man get help you know who as you say living the

I apologize you did not appreciate the manner in which it was handled, we thought all was understood when you left. You were very understanding when at one point you were even admitting whom had brought in the illegal substances to our facility. Unfortunately, all KOA's have a drug free policy and we were trying to protect our guests.

Joey & Kate (the Campground Managers) were great to work with and they were a huge help during our stay. The campground is very tight on space, does not have a pool but centrally located for most everything you would want to do in the South Florida area.

The worst camping I have ever been. Very small campgrounds, nothing but rocks. No trees, plants or grass. Nothing for the kids.

The staff members were outstanding. No matter what the time, they were there to help. Spots are really small and so are the roads.

We liked the location but the small size of the park was a problem because the spaces are too small and it's too hard to get in and out. No place to.park the cars and trucks. We felt packed in like sardines.

This is a great place. Spots were small, but they all have a patio. Staff was great and grounds well maintained. We actually left to go to another KOA in West Palm Beach and we wished we had that we had stayed here longer. Great energy to this place.

From the moment we arrived to departure our stay was excellent. The office crew was so accommodating and helpful. The maintenance, grounds person was there if needed to assist. The sites a bit small on one side but it was no problem. Nice patio with furniture. Quiet and safe and close to everything. Only want might have been a pool but was told one is coming soon all the reason to return. This was our first visit but will not be our last. Thank you for making our trip great.
