Our first ever camping experience. And Kate and Joey were absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful is just the beginning. They are truly an asset to the KOA community. I look forward to our next trip.

We were not happy with our stay because the camp site we got was really small for our 25 feet motorhome, they listed the site as deluxe camp site. The 30amp connection was to the right side when be back in and was not able reach staff helped with extension, The bathrooms were dirty and for whole camp ground they have two showers and two toilets.I would never stay in this campground again.

Very high price for nothing, no pool no game room laundry is okay but broken machines not all being used, no change in change machine to do laundry. Really poor place and small. The only plus is the people are nice, very friendly

Wifi was not free which was disappointing. Staff was very helpful and worked hard to ensure our stay was good.

I'm paying around $1,575 a month for a campsite. Plus WiFi and Cable at $59 and another $100 per extra vehicle. If their going to cost as much a hotel why would you not have a Ice Machine or a Laundry-room that accept credit cards in 2018? Every motel 6 has ice. And U have to get cash/coins out of your bank just to do laundry. Across the busy street that laundry-mat takes cards like everyone else

We had a great time. The park was very clean and the staff was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

Great campground in the city. Sites are level and have lovely patios with table and chairs. Our deluxe site also had grill, fire pit and loveseat. Very clean restrooms, fully tiled. Friendly staff. Easy on and off the Florida turnpike. Will stay again.

We stayed in a 39 ft fifth wheel with a long bed dually . Contrary to many negative reviews, we found there to be no problem maneuvering into the pull thru site we were given, any pull thru site they had, would have been no problem. The tightest turn was the entrance into the park. The park was clean and they do have security cameras throughout. There is an early check in charge. Before 3 p.m.

20 minutes to the ft lauderdale,fl airport....thats the only reason i stayed...my wife had an early flight out...$80 for a small gravel space... and thats after my koa doscount...wifi would'nt accept password......no pool....no playground.....they are working on some cement pavers andpstio tables and chairs but .........

Sites are very clean and the patios are new and clean. The sites are very small. Campgraund entrance is very tight to get into. All and all very nice campgraund.

Personnel were very courteous and friendly, but the location is terrible. Located right alongside of a major roadway. We listened to cars driving by blasting music from their radios and then around midnight the bulldozers showed up to start scraping the roadway and digging a sidewalk. Get earplugs if you go. Internet was pretty much useless and didn't work most of the time so I gave up trying.

The park looks new! Lots of work has been done, brick patios with grill, fire pit and new furniture. The google satelite pic is OLD and does not reflect how nice this park has been upgraded. We Will be back!

Sites were tiny and crowded with no vegetation at all. My small RV was given a corner site with the vehicle right at the edge of the roadway where big rigs had to navigate the turn.Bathroom had no ventilation and shower was very small. Check in time was 3 PM and I arrived about 1 1/2 hours early because I needed to park and go to a wedding - I was charged $20 extra for that early check in.

very small with campsites crowded together. We are 30 foot pulling a 14 foot trailer,the first pull through campsite we were given would just barely have accommodated the motor home, the site we stayed in required that we pull through then back up to turn around so that we could leave the campground. Wifi was a problem,even though I clarified how to use it,was still misled. Would NOT make it right

The parking area for units has been re done and is beick pavers. The electric and water hookup is new. The rest of the facility is run down. Showers were awful. No pool , laundry room was old and I would not use. The manager was nice and helpful. They have upgraded some of this things but need to continue to do so. Locate is not in the best area, but ok.

The only reason why Hollywood gets 2 stars is because the staff is very, very helpful and kind. The campground is in the catalogue described as “a little piece of heaven”. This is the exaggeration of the year. There are busy roads on two sides. The showers/restrooms are as hot and damp as a finish sauna and they are not clean. There are very little shade on the campground. A little wornout.

Lowell was very helpfulwhen we arrived late and also helping us identify cruise ship parking. We appreciated that so many shops were available within an easy walking distance—WalMart , etc. We also enjoyed a small local PUERTO RICAN/COLUMBIAN restaurant/cafe with super food, great drink selection, and the owners helping us select food items. It’s not fancy, but each site was nicely set up.

Sites were too narrow, kept tripping the park breaker, 30 amp. We ran only AC, TV, a couple of lights, toaster, electric kettle. Had shut off a couple of things to make things work. There is nothing wrong with our system as we are on another 30 amp setup, another campground and no problems.

En plein centre-ville ... Très cher pour le peu de services offert ... Pas de cable, wifi pourri ... Passable pour une nuit sans plus.

Not many amenities. Very tight for a big rig to enter. Charged us for checking in early, but offered no discount for checking out early. The early check in charge when the site is vacant may keep us from using KOA very much in the future.

Bad service. We had wrote at our reservation on internet that we travel with Cruise America and have 10%. The person who did our reservation had missed it so we didn`t got it and they sad it was our fault because we didn`t say that when we arrived. They sad that they could`t put the money back to our Mastercard but that is bullshit. No free wi-fi but the campground-map and the booklet said so.

Everyone there was so nice and helpful. It was my first time using my new RV and Karen was so much help! I thank god for her. I would definitely come back again!

Quiet park. Sites are extremely close to one another. Both men & women's bath house were extremely hot 100°+; apparently fan was a heater fan. Shower stall was very small; dressing area was tiny. Bath houses were clean. Staff was friendly.

No shade. Was not allowed to put up a shade tarp. Had to leave the camp to find relief from the sun and heat. No air in the bathrooms. Laundry soap dispensers out of order. Sending machines empty. People having a party and knocking on doors late in to the night. Never again will we stay at this one.

Great compact campground in a great location. Patrick (owner/operator) is awesome and wonderful to work with. We camped and left our RV there while we went on a 7 day cruise. With all of the security cameras, we felt very safe in leaving our RV unattended for a week. Will definitely stay there again.

This is a great place. Spots were small, but they all have a patio. Staff was great and grounds well maintained. We actually left to go to another KOA in West Palm Beach and we wished we had that we had stayed here longer. Great energy to this place.

From the moment we arrived to departure our stay was excellent. The office crew was so accommodating and helpful. The maintenance, grounds person was there if needed to assist. The sites a bit small on one side but it was no problem. Nice patio with furniture. Quiet and safe and close to everything. Only want might have been a pool but was told one is coming soon all the reason to return. This was our first visit but will not be our last. Thank you for making our trip great.
