This KOA was a little better than some others that I've stayed at for tenting. Most KOA's cater to RV's and trailers so I usually avoid staying at them because you end up paying $30 for a gravel lot. but this one had some nice grass lots to pitch a tent. My only complaint was that the Wifi didn't work there, so that was kind of disappointing.

Due to Hurricane Irma the phone systems and cable companies were mostly down and overwhelmed during the time you were staying with us.

Well this is just a super-packed campground, not sure I'll ever return there, too tight and no privacy, sites face each other.

Worst KOA I have ever stayed in. RV creamed into small spaces. I had to wait 2 hours to leave the campground. The park had allowed a 5th wheel to park in a spot where the RV took up the complete site on a U shaped street at the inside of the U at the bottom. There was no way to make the corner without hitting the 5th wheel. I had to wait until a unit across from me in the other U street to leave.

We needed a place to park our big rig after Hurricane Irma closed our previously booked campground. They were able to accommodate us, but navigating the tight campground in such a large bus was challenging. The campground had limited amenities and wasn't in the nicest section of town while still charging a lot. But it was very clean and the owner and office staff were super nice and helpful.

The people were nice & the campground clean. The facility itself is an old 1950's "motor court" located right on a major road. 38 sites, packed tight. Not the type of facility that I have ever seen associated with the KOA brand. All of the KOA's I've stayed at in the past were more spacious, off the major roads, had trees, some type of rec center, perhaps a pool, etc. I guess times have changed.

We live in the Florida keys and evacuated to Hollywood KOA to be close to home when Keys reopened. Made a three day reservation and only needed one night. Manager refused to refund the last two nights when we were allowed to go home. They took advantage of hurricane refugees. We will not be using any KOA in the future since this is how they treat hurricane victims

Friendly staff and the bungalow was so nice it was just like home! Would recommend any day over a hotel room!

We stay here every year when we come down for a convention. We love the place. It is clean, quiet, and the staff is very nice. They are always working to improve the place. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The only suggestion I have would be a/c the bathroom (it is S. Florida). It was about 5000 degrees when I tried to take a shower. Will always stay here when in town. Keep up the good work.

Neighborhood is less than desirable; we did not feel safe staying. Could benefit from having a fence and/or gate access completely surrounding campground. Play/activity area noted on map was completely utilized for long term tent camping. Only kids play area was a tetherball pole in the listed pet area. Staff was friendly. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

could not easy enter or exit the campground with large motorhome 44 ft. Hit a lava rock and bent and bay door. no offer of consideration from campground for damage. the entrance is to small and vehicles are allowed to park in driveway. no refunds and you have to make a deposit when making reservations.

In the many years that we have stayed at KOA's I have never experienced such poor quality customer service.When I called in to explain that we are going to be a night registration, I got a gentleman explaining to me with an attitude that they do not do that. I have never been to a KOA that didn't have night registration. That night when we drove in we were greeted by the securityguydrinking beer!

The owner is unprofessional a little child. KOA should be embarrassed. Treated my wife and service dog like trash.

The location is very bad, and for the first time in my camping history someone knocked on my door exactly at 11AM asking us to leave or pay for extra 2 hours stay while most of the campground was empty, bathrooms don't have AC and once you take a shower and get out you will have to go back and take another one, I'm very disappointed that KOA let this happen. By far this was the worst KOA I have be

WE stayed here for 1 night thankfully We stayed here 1 night.IT was awful.This place is a poor excuse for a KOA.So I would recommend to keep going do not stop.

Stopped here for a night after a week in Key West. Charles is by far the nicest host we have met in our year of RV'ing. The KOA is convienent to the beach, shopping and the casino. Thanks again Charles.... we will be back!

This KOA is unique in its size. Apparently it was recently sold and changed into a KOA. The spaces are small and there are a limited amount of them. It isn't BigRig friendly but manageable. Charles was a great help.

Unfriendly people!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This guest was upset over the fact that we would not allow him to tie down his awning on one side to a water spicket and the other, impeding on the next site.

The longer I stayed the more I saw them trying to improve, location is kinda bad off the main road but they are defiantly trying staff always helpful. It's looking up! Would come again

Ratted five stars as the campground was clean and quiet. Great help from the staff pulling in with 40 ft Motorhome towing an mkx. Was a little tight but they made it work for us. Very convenient to the highway. If traveling in a big rig swing as wide as you can get. Very tight with stop sign and palm tree. Park and go to the office if you need help.

Small campground but worked great for us, I wouldn't suggest it for a vacation but it is great for overnight and working in the area.

This is a ridiculously small KOA. No pool or amenities for activities. Good for just an over nighter tho. Friendly staff!

Hollywood is a small but clean and well maintained. And for being right off a main road it's very quiet. The mgr. Charles, was quick, efficient, and took very good care of us. Thank you for a great stay!

I wish I could give this place(not a true KOA) -5 stars. The service is horrible, the people are rude, the location is a step above a garbage dump, the "Manager" back another camper up into my truck and didn't even care, the rate for spaces is ridiculous, there is no parking and the staff doesn't care. Basically, the place is a tiny overcrowded park and the owner Pat doesn't care at all.

C Facility is in town with open access and right on a very busy highway. It was very noisy. The place was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of cats from the neighborhood.

IT was the worst campgrpund we had on our trip. No pool, No playground, noisy, and very unkempt - Not what you expect from a koa.

First time here. For a quick one night stay & rest, it was a good choice although the rate was a bit high. We arrived after the office was closed but Mr. Larry kindly assisted us with set up. I did not use their facilities but overall campsites are well mantained, organized and clean. Thank you!

This is a great place. Spots were small, but they all have a patio. Staff was great and grounds well maintained. We actually left to go to another KOA in West Palm Beach and we wished we had that we had stayed here longer. Great energy to this place.

From the moment we arrived to departure our stay was excellent. The office crew was so accommodating and helpful. The maintenance, grounds person was there if needed to assist. The sites a bit small on one side but it was no problem. Nice patio with furniture. Quiet and safe and close to everything. Only want might have been a pool but was told one is coming soon all the reason to return. This was our first visit but will not be our last. Thank you for making our trip great.
