All about the money. In my 12 KOAs in the past month. Worst yet. I felt like the staff wanted to steal my dog. Everything was about CYA and more money. Nasty looks all around and could not get up early enough to leave.

I really don't understand how this campsite comes to this amount about $100 for one night it's the only toilet building we came across on our vacation that ran out of toilet paper there's no pool it's just a parking space I'd pay $10 here Unfortunately we couldn't do anything else book here because we wanted to go to Miami by bike but this is really far from Miami beach luckily the wifi worked.

We have stayed at multiple KOAs over the last year. I can definitely say that the Hollywood KOA was one of the worst KOAs 5hatvwe have stayed at for the following reasons: - the sites are extremely small. Our neighbor had parked their Truck in our space and it was difficult to get into our space - most of the washers and dryers were broken. We normally stay at a KOA for the laundry facilities

Bathrooms were horrible. 2 toilets and showers for the whole campground. Always someone using it. Showers were gross hot water was not hot barley warm. Camp site was nice and private for tent sites. Only reason this place gets a 2. It's south Florida they don't even have a pool. Location was ok tho right by turnpike. But also in the Getto so beware of drug addicts.

Bathrooms poorLy cleaned, no toilet paper for 2 days, no soap in dispenser. Staff did not seem to be interested in the requests. Sites like a parking lot but tighter. Situated on very buys 4 lane highway, costly per night. Avoid a stay here. It should not carry the KOA brand

Better than the reviews indicated. Very helpful staff help to get you into your site. Each site has a nice brick pad and outdoor furniture. It’s a tight campground in the city. It’s what I expected and more.

This is the worst KOA in the group we have staid with. Nothing to make it a KOA. Not safe, not family friendly, no amenities, nothing to offer other than an overnight gravel parking lot with hookups. Very disappointed as a family of 4 looking to enjoy South FL area. Staff was rude and lazy, unhelpful and way overpriced. Keep looking! Do not book here.

Hard to believe this is a KOA property. Horrible. Numerous problems. Tight sites. NOT big rig friendly!!! Asked for wifi code and they didn't know. Tried 4 times to register but no one at office - called number and got rude response. Parked by attendant in incorrect location and had to move. Located in a rough neighborhood. Will not return

Although the sites could not accommidate our MH + trailer the very helpful staff worked hard to find a place for the trailer. This "neighborhood" campground is tight for big-rigs and is on a busy highway. Convienent to Miami, if you can stand the traffic.

Enjoyed having the cabin, washer and dryer were very helpful, only complaint I had was we went out for a bit, when we returned our assigned parking space had a car in it. Recommendation would be a sign stating those spaces are assigned .Other than that, we were happy with our experience,Happy New Year !

Not at all as it was portrayed online. Very limited sites for larger motorhomes. Unsecured as sites were literally on the sidewalk as ours #23 was. Office had very limited opening hours and the proprietress was abrupt and at times rude. Dog walking area was literally behind the laundry building. Traffic and emergency sirens all night long made sleeping nearly impossible.

Smallest KOA or campground I have ever been too. Spaces are very tight for getting in and out. There is no grass only gravel throughout the site. Nothing for kids to do. Might be ok if you are just passing through but I would not stay for more than night.

Terrible campsite… super tight spaces with poor communication getting into the site. No information about the site getting into the restrooms with a code. No internet and super shady neighborhood. Worst KOA ever.

Facilities really needs to be updated. I wonder how this location has highly rated when I made a reservation. I was so disappointed and wonders how this facility called as KOA.

The sites are very tight, we used a can opener to get our rig in. The front end of our rig was practically on the sidewalk, and we had to park our tow car on the road. Around the back of the campground was a couple multi-unit 5th wheels that looked like subsidized housing. It’s certainly not what we’ve been seeing traveling the country staying at mostly KOA’s. It’s not worthy of being a KO

This KOA is miss represented. It is very small and very tight getting into spots. It is not big rig friendly. The woman who checked us in was very nice. It is in the middle of a small neighborhood. We were in spot 23, right next to the street. There were at least 10 stray cats hanging right there and several raccoons. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, the KOA has no place for pets at all (no grass). It is really back to back rv's with no amenities and the price does not reflect that. If you are going to be near to the casino it will work fine for you but it really is not what you normally find at a KOA. I cannot stress enough how nice the staff was they were wonderful.

Hard to get in and impossible to get out. Spaces too close and roads not wide enough. States Big Rig Access - NOT. We did get a pull-thru but had to unhook to exit and took 1 1/2 hrs getting out of the campground. AWFUL. OK if staying in a van, but anything else - crammed. Price not worth it. Does not meet KOA standards.

This is the worst KOA we have ever stayed at. Tight spaces, not big rig friendly, horrible neighborhood. Had to walk my dog out of the park to find a place for them to do their business because there was no where in the park. But was scared to take them at night. Moldy furniture chair cushions. There is nothing about this park that was good. I would give it no stars if that was possible

We never received any literature about the rules, map of area, how to access wifi. Only a printed site map of where to park. Our AC kept kicking out during the night. Low voltage, Good thing we haves surge protector. Very disappointed for the rate we paid. I think we need a refund !

staff was amazing and super helpful. I have not stayed at a KOA that I was unable to park my car directly next to my tent area so that threw me off a bit, but certainly was not anyone's fault. The KOA is small but was well cleaned and maintained and def had all it needed for me. I was pleased with my warm welcome and area.

Excellent experience with our stay. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Campground was clean and convenient to various locations. Stayed here as bookends on our way to and from Key West.

If I had purchased a KOA membership and this was my first stay -- I would ask for my money back. Cramped, tiny spots. The place is filthy and run down. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITY. People could walk right in off of the street and into the campsites. They could also walk right into the bathhouses because the locks are not functional. If you have a family with children --- stay away.

The Hollywood KOA had tight RV spaces. The noise from the road was very loud and sleep the first few nights wasn’t good. Eventually, I got use to it. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The Campground was essentially a parking lot next to a busy road. The 2 tent sites were cordoned off by bushes and flanked by the “kabins”. Which looked like an old motel not typical cute little KOA cabins. It was pretty awful. If you have an RV and are only passing through the maybe. Definitely not a place to tent camp.

We’ve been to several different KOA campgrounds over the last year. I strongly suggest you avoid this one. It is the worst KOA we have ever stayed. There is no room to park your car, if you tow one. The front desk clerk told us to park our car on the street. Very disappointing. The width of our site was so narrow that our open left and right slides were at the site line. Avoid this KOA, if you c

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us get into our site. It was very tight. Nice patio at all the campsites.Very close to the beach’s, it’s what we came for. Had a great time there

Old campground in town along busy road. Very sketchy area. Junk yard full of inoperable VW buses, feral cats and raccoons across the road. Office staff not very friendly. We had a patio but most sites did not. Sites very close. Very noisy neighbors behind the park. Will not stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. No issues what so ever with them and they are doing great work! My only issue is the condition of the bathrooms and showers. It is an older building that needs some serious attention. The showers need a 100% remodel. The staff was great, showers were not.

The workers never give you privacy, they have huge coconuts that fall from the palm tree, i was sitting at the picnic table when one huge fell and hit me in the head. Dog poop all over my campsite when we checked in, A couple was fighting the whole entire time so we left the 2nd evening early when i was supposed to obviously stay. Just wasted my money.

This is a great place. Spots were small, but they all have a patio. Staff was great and grounds well maintained. We actually left to go to another KOA in West Palm Beach and we wished we had that we had stayed here longer. Great energy to this place.

From the moment we arrived to departure our stay was excellent. The office crew was so accommodating and helpful. The maintenance, grounds person was there if needed to assist. The sites a bit small on one side but it was no problem. Nice patio with furniture. Quiet and safe and close to everything. Only want might have been a pool but was told one is coming soon all the reason to return. This was our first visit but will not be our last. Thank you for making our trip great.
