Water, power, and sewer hookups too low, difficult to hook up. Campsites cramped. Very noisy. Recommend only if desperate.

The facility meets all the KOA expectations. Using a gazebo is restricted due to safety reasons but office provided a brand new umbrella for me which I really appreciated for their approach. I gave 4 stars regardless of the campground. The fifth star went away because of the high noice around which campground can not control. If you have things to do in city center, you can prefer.

We were robbed while staying here and when we asked for a refund to leave early, the manager told us too bad. When we pressed further, we were told that the owner also refused the refund. Very crowded, very loud at night until 1am, and the lots flood when it rains. I would not recommend this KOA to anybody. You'd be better off staying in a Lowes parking lot for the night.

Great location for the Hard Rock Stadium or Casino. Clean and well appointed. Good Clean electrical, water,, and sewer. The only down side is there is no pool. We will stay there again.

This is a very convenient stop on our return from the Keys. We left Key West early but experienced a couple hours delay. We were ready to stop for the day by the time we got here. They were very accommodating. The brick patios are especially nice and furnished with very comfortable patio furniture.

Couldn’t even open awnings because they would hit the next camper.Firepits,cookers very close to campers.We have never camped in the city and now I know why! Not enough room to put our own chairs out.No amenities!

Karen makes our stay worthwhile. We have come back again and again. She has always been accommodating and has a great attitude. Grounds are clean and stocked and we feel secure even though we stay at a tent site. Thank you Karen.

You were not able to give the discount for my points. You did not leave the access code for the WIFI. THE CODT FOR SERVICE SEEMED HIGH.

Site was not well kept. WiFi didn’t work. They placed us by a large trailer that served as dorms for construction workers that worked the night shift. They would come and go around midnight. We complained to management and they said since no one else has complained about it they weren’t going to do anything about it.

We had a nice end spot with a little patio, less than a 10 min uber ride to hard rock guitar casino, Walmart and fast food were within walking distance. And everyone we spoke to was very nice would not hesitate to stay again.

Its a good location thats close to lots of attractions. The staff is very friendly. There isn't anything bad about it, but theres nothing great about it. All of the sites are small, the bathhouse is ok, the little shop is ok. I have no complaints. It was worth the money and what I expected, but the staff was friendlier than expected.

Karen the manager was great. Very helpful. Location is convenient. Close to the Hard Rock. Parking is tight, but it is also a peculiar location in a neighborhood. 4.3 stars because the property is... tired. For a mom-and-pop campground, this is ok. But, for a KOA, which has a certain level of quality expectations, this location needs put on the list for upgrades. Start with the showerhouse.

The staff was very friendly but the grounds are very tired looking and unimpressive. The office and checkin area are in need of a good cleanup. There doesn’t seem to be much pride in ownership. The RV sites are very tight and difficult to maneuver. The biggest issue is the traffic and motorcycle speeding on the roadway in front of your business. Very noisy all night long.

The lady that checked me in was very friendly and helpful, she is the reason for the good rating. But for the other two ladies, that's another story. During the 4 weeks that I was there, no one stayed in the spot next to me and twice I parked there to load or unload something and they immediately told me I could not park in that spot. I understand if I was leaving it there, but I wasn't.

Everything was ok. Only problem wasn't given Wi-Fi password so l couldn't get on the internet. I went to office it was closed. No answer on phone when l called. Seems like office not manned much. I would stay again though. Should be given Wi-Fi password when check-in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the grounds were well kept. Unfortunately, we would not recommend it for a large motorhome.

tv screen broken ,no pool and street super tiny barely our pick up fit there ,my son found medicines left at our cabin means they don't check anything behing guest and very close to main streeet traffic super loud.Not coming back .Same day we arrived ,same night we left property.

Very relaxing! Close to the beach and great food! Campground was very well maintained and no one bothered us. We will be back. :-)

The RV park is not desirable. It lacks amenities such as a pool. They have 4 washer and two were out of order. The neighborhood that the KOA is at, is not the best. The streets are noisy with drag racers and lots of sirens to follow. If you are considering staying here for vacation, you may want to rethink it.

I like KOA‘s but this one is like being in a parking lot. Gravel pads, no trees and very tight spaces. It rained for about two hours one day and flooded the lot. After two more days there were still a lot of water standing.

The girls that work at the Koa we’re extremely helpful My travel trailer was tight in the sight they assigned me were I couldn’t open the slide and not only did she help me try to park the trailer she figured that it wasn’t going to fit and reassigned me another spot which was perfect thanks you

An older KOA but everything worked. Water and sewer had been updated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hollywood KOA was amazing. The staff there was super nice and helpful. Always was a phone call away if we needed anything. The campground was very well maintain and there was also a dog park so that was a plus. I will definitely be coming back. I want to give a special thanks to Karen and Krista. For welcoming us to your campground and making us feel like family �

Horrible facility I couldn’t believe it was a KOA. It’s basically just a rocky lot. They park RVs right in top of each other. There are druggies and homeless people everywhere with no security. Didn’t feel safe and at most the lot should have cost us $30 dollars not $70. Never again and I’ve lost faith in KOA.

Staff was friendly; came back from their lunch hour to check us in. Downside, park is very old. Office is not staffed except after 3pm for check-in. No store, no wifi unless you pay extra, no cable. Site was barely long enough to hold our RV & toad. No park info on handout, except park map. No signage to exit, so had to unhook anyway after turning wrong way to exit.

Again another great stay at the Hollywood Koa. Your staff and guest are super neighborly and it makes me feel like I'm at home even though it's over a thousand miles to my bed. I can not wait to come back down and again for work. I have no reason to find somewhere to stay I already know where I'm staying anytime I have work in Southern Florida. Hollywood Koa!!

This is a great place. Spots were small, but they all have a patio. Staff was great and grounds well maintained. We actually left to go to another KOA in West Palm Beach and we wished we had that we had stayed here longer. Great energy to this place.

From the moment we arrived to departure our stay was excellent. The office crew was so accommodating and helpful. The maintenance, grounds person was there if needed to assist. The sites a bit small on one side but it was no problem. Nice patio with furniture. Quiet and safe and close to everything. Only want might have been a pool but was told one is coming soon all the reason to return. This was our first visit but will not be our last. Thank you for making our trip great.
