Well the site was right on a heavily traveled street. The KOA was in a very urban area and the noise level at times was very disheartening. Loud and would wake us up in the evening. Also, the sites don't all have room for the trailer and the vehicle. But no one told us we couldn't park in the, what we thought were spots for us, parking spots. And then we were blocked from parking.

A day before our arrival date Sonya form the Hollywood KOA called to make sure we were on our way and the estimated time of arrival and suggested that we call the KOA when we are five minutes away so that some body could be at the entrance to guide us to our place. This KOA is conveniently located off of rout 441. The sites are well furnished and place is neat and clean. Highly recommended.

The park is small but nice. Parking for our truck was a mess. Since our site could not accomodate our vehicle we had to park in the "P" parking spots which was very disorganized. Management kept asking us to move to different spots. Frustrating! Other then the parking and the loud street next to us we did enjoy our stay.

the management and staff were very friendly and helpful. we had help getting in and out of the space. The facility does well in spite of being in the heart of a city without a lot of natural setting.

This was the first time I have taken my camper out and decided to stay local. Everyone was so nice! Definitely a nice KOA and it's near everything. #urbancamping

Although the people there are very nice, it doesn’t make up for the crappy location, cramped parking spaces, and lack of amenities. I couldn’t wait for that nine days to be up and it was like wishing my life away.

Location is great. Staff was nice. But this is just a conveniently located parking lot with full hookups.

I was expecting a KOA quality campground this is not it. The sites are super small, and you pay for a patio that you can't even use (neighboring RV slides took up half of my patio). This property is poorly run, the staff are unhelpful, the laundry machines don't work and the proximity to the beach is not close enough to justify the price. I will go somewhere else next time.

10 for the people that work here. They are so helpful and kind. 2 for the property itself - shoehorned in every which way - neighbor slide outs took up 30% of my space (my 8 feet) - could not open my awning in the Florida sun. 3 of the 4 washer dryer combos were not working. Owners seem to be maximizing g profits at the expense of the camper - there are better places to camp. Do not recommend.

We reserved a spot almost a year in advance for a month. When we got there they didn’t have a spot for us so the pit us in the one nighters spot on the sidewalk. Left after 14 days. No refunds are given. So they charged someone else for a spot that was already paid for. The laundry room had out of order on every washer and dryer. This is not a real KOA. Beware.

Horrible location, don't plan on getting any sleep if you stay on a Friday night, loud campers, racing cars and motorcycles (on the main road nearby) police sirens etc.. Sites are extremely tight and the place needs one huge makeover!

Chose because it was noted that they had a pull-thru available and I didn't wish to unhook the car for our overnight. However, the pull-thru was so short that we still had to unhook the car since it extended into the very narrow driveway. Of the 4 washers and 4 dryers, only 1 washer and 1 dryer were working. And, there were residents who kept walking thru our site, rude. Is this really a KOA?

Try to stay somewhere else if you can. The neighborhood is scary. We didn’t know we had disconnect our trailer until we got there when there were other trailers in the campground.

I had a little disappointed about the space. It was very close to others. We were next to the street and had to park across the sidewalk. It was very noisy with loud cars and loud talking because the next space was about 2 feet from our windows.

Trying to find the positive........nice patio...personnel friendly Too tight! If you're not comfortable and good at backing,dont go here. Very small and narrow. Our slideout actually intruded into our neighbors patio by a foot and we were parked within 3" of ours. The other neighbors sewer box was within 1 ft of our patio/sitting area. This spot served our needs. Did not look at bathrooms, but area appeared clean and there was always someone around picking up. We have a 23 foot 5th wheel and fit nicely. I suggest going to the boardwalk at the beach and also the Jungle Queen and dinner is a must! We would stay again.

Minimum space for site, water everywhere for at least 12 hours after a simple rainstorm, no management to be found from 4-6pm, 3/4 of laundry area was out of order and standing water across entire floor. Shower areas are extremely old and worn. Added sites without electric that share services with your site. Actually my 30amp service was dead and I used the neighbors.

Very small tight spaces. All laundry machines were broken down and they had no idea when they would be fixed. Tight parking we actually had a large pile of dirt that restricted our parking. Staff told me I had to move my truck. Police sirens and it sounded like gun shots during the night. I didn’t feel safe there. Always people walking around in park all hours of the night

While the staff tries it’s best, it’s hard to put lipstick on a pig. This KOA is a gravel lot in a run down residential neighborhood. There is no security, no entrance fences, no ice & our lot was on the edge of a back road sidewalk and the main lot flooded that night when it rained. Having two vagrants walk through our site that night did not impress. One night was enough. Not going back .

All four washers and dryer’s were out of order. Cable is spotty at best didn’t work most of the time. The office was never open we left two days early would not go back ever

All about the money. In my 12 KOAs in the past month. Worst yet. I felt like the staff wanted to steal my dog. Everything was about CYA and more money. Nasty looks all around and could not get up early enough to leave.

I really don't understand how this campsite comes to this amount about $100 for one night it's the only toilet building we came across on our vacation that ran out of toilet paper there's no pool it's just a parking space I'd pay $10 here Unfortunately we couldn't do anything else book here because we wanted to go to Miami by bike but this is really far from Miami beach luckily the wifi worked.

We have stayed at multiple KOAs over the last year. I can definitely say that the Hollywood KOA was one of the worst KOAs 5hatvwe have stayed at for the following reasons: - the sites are extremely small. Our neighbor had parked their Truck in our space and it was difficult to get into our space - most of the washers and dryers were broken. We normally stay at a KOA for the laundry facilities

Bathrooms poorLy cleaned, no toilet paper for 2 days, no soap in dispenser. Staff did not seem to be interested in the requests. Sites like a parking lot but tighter. Situated on very buys 4 lane highway, costly per night. Avoid a stay here. It should not carry the KOA brand

Better than the reviews indicated. Very helpful staff help to get you into your site. Each site has a nice brick pad and outdoor furniture. It’s a tight campground in the city. It’s what I expected and more.

This is the worst KOA in the group we have staid with. Nothing to make it a KOA. Not safe, not family friendly, no amenities, nothing to offer other than an overnight gravel parking lot with hookups. Very disappointed as a family of 4 looking to enjoy South FL area. Staff was rude and lazy, unhelpful and way overpriced. Keep looking! Do not book here.

Hard to believe this is a KOA property. Horrible. Numerous problems. Tight sites. NOT big rig friendly!!! Asked for wifi code and they didn't know. Tried 4 times to register but no one at office - called number and got rude response. Parked by attendant in incorrect location and had to move. Located in a rough neighborhood. Will not return

Although the sites could not accommidate our MH + trailer the very helpful staff worked hard to find a place for the trailer. This "neighborhood" campground is tight for big-rigs and is on a busy highway. Convienent to Miami, if you can stand the traffic.

This is a great place. Spots were small, but they all have a patio. Staff was great and grounds well maintained. We actually left to go to another KOA in West Palm Beach and we wished we had that we had stayed here longer. Great energy to this place.

From the moment we arrived to departure our stay was excellent. The office crew was so accommodating and helpful. The maintenance, grounds person was there if needed to assist. The sites a bit small on one side but it was no problem. Nice patio with furniture. Quiet and safe and close to everything. Only want might have been a pool but was told one is coming soon all the reason to return. This was our first visit but will not be our last. Thank you for making our trip great.
