Awesome even during the pandemic! Enjoyed the Deluxe Cabin. Camping there in the Fall was much quieter than a Summer time visit. Great and caring owners!

Stayed for over a month and loved it. I will be back next summer. Wonderful staff very helpful they go above and beyond to help people in the park I watched it happen it was fantastic.

Bathrooms and showers were immaculate. Staff was very friendly. Campsite was picturesque. Hopefully get a chance to stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our time at the Hot Springs KOA. The sites were beautiful and well spaced. Our back in was quite private. The Ponderosa Pines created nice shade. If we're ever in the area again, I'd love to return.

Location location location. We have a BIG rig and with all the hills were looking for a place with big enough spaces, and close enough to Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse to enjoy the twisties in our tow. The pine tree laden campground is protected from high winds which are common in late October. Nice people in charge and good facilities. Woodsy I'd call it. You will like it too. Don't hesitate

Great park and terrific staff. Except for the ever present Boxelder bugs, our stay was perfect. We will be back!

Beautiful campsites set amongst trees. Our campsite had a new cement patio site with a table and chairs and a burning pit. The early fall snow made for an even prettier campfire. We stayed 3 nights while we traveled to all the sites. The hosts were amazing when our camper quit heating, and borrowed us space heaters.

We had a great stay. Late in the season but things were lovely--beautiful up there. Hosts were helpful when we had a heater issue, bathrooms were clean and felt socially distanced. We had a great time and memorable trip.

Exceptionally clean facility including bathrooms. Very efficient staff. So good we complemented them on both while we were there. We would definitely stay there again.

The camp ground is beautiful and easy to park in. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and extremely helpful.

We were only there one night and it was raining. The campground looked really nice and had some cute cabins. And the staff was very nice. I wish we had more time there. I would definitely stay here again.

I would love to come back in nicer weather. The property is nicely treed and very close to local parks and museums. We were just driving through and did not have much time and the winds and cool weather were moving in and putting an end to the warm fall weather. The facilities were very clean, the off leash dog park was appreciated. Helpful staff.

Quick night stop in Hot Springs! No complaints at all - staff was super nice and informative. Great little shop on site and kids loved the playground and mini golf! Thanks for a smooth stay for our first night in our new RV!

This campground is lovely and very well kept. It is in a very convenient location to explore the Black Hills. The owners are very accommodating.

Had a great stay in one of the cabins! The restrooms were clean, location of the facility was convenient, the pizza was tasty, and a gas station close by for supplies. I'd come here every year for some motorbike riding if it weren't 1300 miles from home!

The staff was very nice and helped us get set up. The campground appears to be aging and could use a freshening up. Our site was not very level. It was a good thing we drive a sprinter van RV, so we could find the most level spot. However, because of that our power cord was barely long enough to reach the power pedestal. Okay, but it just needs a face-lift.

KOA always looses 1star because they cram so many campers in but it’s nearing end of season so we had plenty of open space. Friendly staff and lots of pine trees. We would stop again when passing through.

We were very happy with the cabin. Cable worked fine. Missing remote response was very timely. Clean restrooms/showers. It is a very nice KOA.

We really enjoyed staying here. The campsite was lovely and the people were great, going the extra mile to help us out with a couple of hiccups and even dropping off some wood for us when the no-burn edict was briefly lifted during our stay.

Our stay in a camping cabin at the Hot Springs KOA was delightful. The cabin, restroom, and showers were very clean. The campground was quiet and the hosts helpful.

We stayed here back in August for a week while we explored Badlands, Custer, Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Hot Springs and much more. The park is clean with lots of amenities. Pool is heated. Staff is friendly. We had an incident with an unruly neighbor and the owner handled the situation perfectly! We work remotely and had no issues with wifi. Todd and his wife are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The place is clean, easy excess to camping spots and quiet.
