Nice heated pool, trees on many of the spots. Fairly close to the highway, so there is some traffic noise. Staff always nice and helpful.

All staff are so kind. We stayed in a cabin during a week of 95 degree heat and it stayed nice and cool inside. Very clean facilities. Loved that they had dvds to rent! Great place!

Very clean. Awesome hosts. Everything perfect as far as the campground. Everything. Only issue is that you can here the highway traffic going by so it’s not a retreat get away if that is what you’re looking for. If you just need a good safe clean place then A+.

This is the nicest place with the nicest people running it! They would bend over backwards if needed, so cheerful and fun. We’ll definitely be back.

Hot Springs KOA is Awesome. The Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The sites are spacious and very well kept. Highly Recommend this park

This was without a doubt the WORST KOA we have ever stayed at with the RUDEST staff! I called to make reservations and specifically asked to share a yard with friends. When we checked in we were not sharing a yard and asked to to switch spots but were rudely told, “Well that’s what you reserved, so you get what you get.” In addition, it was right along a busy interstate with no shade! We are really very sorry you had such a terrible experience - but what you described was not at this campground. I think you may be accidentally reviewing the wrong campground.

Only thing I would suggest is to upgrade you dyers. It was a bit expensive to dry out clothes. Otherwise incredible stay just like 3 years ago. We will return again.

We stayed two nights at a tent site with electric. Water access was very close. Nice trees for shade. Bathhouse very clean. Pool very refreshing on the hot day after our ride through the Black Hills. We were on motorcycles and is easy access for bikes. Would definitely recommend this campground.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Our deluxe cabin had a patio with a grill, which we enjoyed using! This is a nice campground and we hope to come back again.

Only downside was selling us firewood late in the day and then coming around an hour or so later telling us to put it out due to burn ban

It was a wonderful campground. The shower house was always clean and the grounds were really nice. Everyone one was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay, got there later than planned but their office stayed open till 9 most do not. Ordered pizza and beer sat by a fire just what we needed. Had a good layout of campground and had everything we needed.

Camp was crowded but they found a spot for us and we were grateful for that. However, the water leaked, the electric post was on the door side, and the site was small and very uneven. It took a lot of leveling but the KOA guide came up with a lot of 2X10s to help. A few great bikers from Sturgis also helped out. Later walking through the park we noted many spectacularly leveled rigs.

It was great. The campground staff was very helpful when we had an issue with out toyhauler getting a ramp built so we could get our motorcycles loaded back up and get us on the road

We came for the Sturgis rally and appreciated how quiet the campground was. Pete was so friendly, patient, funny and helpful getting our big rig settled in the perfect spot. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off. This is a very clean campground and staff are friendly. The only thing that would make it better is paved versus gravel roads.

Bathroom were clean. Had a nice playground for the kids. Our site was very narrow and we had to setup our chairs behind the camper.

Great staff, very nice and personable !!! Was there for almost 2 weeks in one of the deluxe cabins it was very clean and nice Just as described on the web site. I would highly recommend Thanks for the great accommodations !!!!!

We stayed here back in August for a week while we explored Badlands, Custer, Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Hot Springs and much more. The park is clean with lots of amenities. Pool is heated. Staff is friendly. We had an incident with an unruly neighbor and the owner handled the situation perfectly! We work remotely and had no issues with wifi. Todd and his wife are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The place is clean, easy excess to camping spots and quiet.
