After-Hours Check-In & No-Show Policy

Our registration desk is open to serve guests until 6pm. When guests arrive after hours, a registration packet will be taped to the front door. The packet will have your name and site number written on it and will a site map outlining how to get to your assigned site.  Please make every effort to arrived before dark, but especially prior to quite hours which starts at 10pm, so as not to disturb other guests. Once we confirm your arrival, you will automatically be checked in and any remaining balance will be charged to your credit card on file.  However, please come to the store if there are any changes needing to be made to your stay (eg. number of guests, length of stay, need for additional car tags, etc.) the following morning.  It is your responsibility to inform us if you are unable to be here on your day of arrival. Unless prior arrangements have been made in advance, reservations for guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date will be automatically canceled as a “No-Show” at noon the following day and the entire deposit will be forfeited.* Please also note that we are in the Eastern time zone.

Visitor Policy

Visitors of registered guests are welcome but are NOT covered by your site registration. In addition to our facilities and amenities, we invest thousands of dollars annually to maintain and improve our beautiful, wooded nature trail and landscaping. Unlike a public park, taxpayer dollars do not subsidize our property, and our trees, flowers and landscaping do not take care of themselves. Additionally, we work hard to create a peaceful environment that does not get overcrowded with outside people who are not registered guests and their vehicles, which is subject to the two-car limit per site. Therefore, even if all your visitors are doing is sitting at your site, they still need to stop at the office, pay the Visitor fee, and receive a pass. Cost is $5/day per vehicle. After registering in the office, visitors are then welcome to enjoy all the park amenities until 9:30 pm. Visitors wishing to stay the night must inform the office before the front desk closes. Parking is limited on sites, and Visitors may be required to park in the Camp Store parking lot area and display a Visitor car tag. Guests who are found to be hosting visitors who have not registered may be subject to a fine or ejection.

Quiet Hours

Quiet time is 10PM-8AM
Please be respectfully to everyone around you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made via phone call (not email). Different accommodations require different cancellation times. See the following for exact requirements. Camping Cabins- 3 pm, 14 days/2 weeks cancellation notice is required
RV & Tent Sites- 3 pm, 7 days/1 week cancellation notice is required. We are confident that these timelines provide some of the most flexible cancellations across the leisure and travel industries. Therefore, due to the strong demand for our outdoor hospitality experience from guests, please be aware that this policy will be enforced on a consistent basis without exception.
Refunds
When canceling, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee unless you have KOA Rewards at the VIP level.
If you have a lock on your site (you chose a specific site & paid $20), you will not receive a refund for that fee.
Sites will not be held past 12:00 pm (noon) on the day following your scheduled arrival, and the reservation will be automatically canceled unless prior arrangements have been made.
There will be no refunds for missed nights due to missing check-in window/times and leaving earlier/staying fewer days than booked.
Inclement Weather
We fully understand that inclement weather is not ideal for camping, but unfortunately, the weather is not in our control. As a result, we won't take credit for the sunshine, nor the blame for rain. When reservations are made, guests must understand that they are agreeing to our cancellation policies for their camping plans. While we cannot guarantee the weather will be perfect for your stay (although we certainly hope it will), WE GUARANTEE that once your camping reservations are made, we ensure that a camping experience with us is available only for you, and as such, we turn away all other prospective guests from that point forward. As a business, we also incur an expense to process reservations via your credit card payment. Therefore, even in instances of inclement weather, refunds of reservation deposits will be made consistent with our cancellation policies.
