General Campground Information

Early arrivals will be charged a $20 Fee.  

If you arrive after hours, you can find your site map in our Late Arrivals Box near the entrance. 

ALL guests and visitors checking in during office hours, will be escorted to their site.
ALL guests MUST have a car tag (including visitors)

Check Out Time:

Late Departures will be charged a $20 Fee and must be approved by the front desk.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet Hours are 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
  • This is a dark park. Please turn off bright exterior lights after quiet hours. Enjoy the stars!

  • 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Daily

Laundry Room:
  • 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Daily
  • Friendly tip: Be sure to start your last load of clothes by 6:30PM so they finish by 8:00 PM!

Bear Safety

  • No food, drinks, oils, or scented items left outside.
  • Clean grills and store them in closed containers when not in use.
  • Use bear-proof dumpsters every evening and close lids tightly.
  • Keep indoor areas clean if windows are open.

Site Policy & Vehicles

  • Unhook tow vehicles before entering your site. The attendant will show you where to do this.
  • Trailers and extra vehicles must be parked in the designated overflow area.
  • If you need to change sites, please check with the office. A staff member will escort you.
  • No parking on the grass at your site. Please park only on the gravel area. Parking on the grass can damage buried water lines that are not designed to support vehicle weight and can damage the grass for future guests.
  • No political flags

Smoking & Vaping

  • Our campground is a smoke-free community.
  • Smoking/vaping ONLY permitted in designated area between RV Park & Camp Store found on your map. Dispose of waste properly.
  • No Smoking or Vaping in community areas or within 25ft of doors.
  • Be Aware & Courteous of others downwind.

Fires & Firewood

  • Propane, charcoal and compressed log fires are allowed only when fire bans are not in effect.
  • Real wood fires are not permitted.
  • Fire pits are available for free upon request.
  • Compressed logs are sold in the laundromat.

Restroom Rules

Restrooms/Showers:
  • Closed daily from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM for cleaning.
  • Door code changes on Fridays (check your site map or ask the office).
  • No smoking or animals (except service animals) allowed in shower areas.


Bathroom sink use: 
  • NO dishes
  • NO clothes
  • NO washing or dyeing hair.

Pet Policy

  • Must be leashed in campground and never left outside unattended!
  • Clean up after pets!! Bags are available at our KampK9 or for purchase in Office.
  • Do NOT let your dogs wander into others' campsites.
  • Proof of vaccinations must be available upon request.

ATVs, Motorcycles & Trail Access

  • ALL motorized vehicles are subject to speed limit & licensing rules while driving in the campground.
  • To access nearby trails, carefully cross Hwy 20 and follow the trails.
  • Maps and GPS are HIGHLY recommended.

Hookups & Generators

  • Pedestals include 20/30/50 Amp outlets. Use only one outlet at a time.
  • Generators allowed 7:00 AM – 10:30 PM in Dry Camp area only.
  • Additional charge for EV Charging.

Site Maintenance

  • No mats or rugs on the grass! The grass turns yellow within one day of having a mat down. Please help us keep the grass green!
  • Tents are allowed on the gravel at your site, in front of or behind your RV, NOT on the grass
  • Please keep your site tidy and free of trash and pet waste.
  • Mowing and watering may occur during your stay. Thank you for your patience.

Campground Regulations

  • No walking through other guests' sites.
  • No fireworks at any time.
  • No soliciting.
  • Smokingunauthorized fires, and unsafe behavior may result in removal.
  • All Idaho StateFremont County, and Island Park laws apply.
  • This is private property. Guests may be asked to leave for disruptive behavior or violation of rules.

Storage Terms & Conditions
Please note the following important terms regarding equipment storage at Island Park KOA Holiday:
  • Storage is at your own risk. Island Park KOA Holiday is not responsible for damage, theft, or weather-related loss.
  • Stored equipment must be properly registered and insured.
  • The storage area is for storage only. Sleeping in or occupying your equipment while in storage is strictly prohibited.
  • Please keep your site neat and remove your equipment by the end of your storage period unless otherwise arranged.
  • Abandoned or unpaid-for equipment may be removed or impounded in accordance with Idaho law.

By using our storage area, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:
 RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
Cancellation Details:
• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Campground Photography

Island Park KOA Holiday does take pictures/videos of events on the campground of our campers and activities. Staying at Island Park KOA Holiday gives the campground permission to use pictures of adults and children taken in a photograph, digital image, videotape, motion picture, and/or testimonial. Staying at Island Park KOA Holiday releases its agents or employees, as well as any and all users and exhibitors of said pictures, from any and all claims, demands, accounting, and causes for which the aforesaid videotape, testimonial, motion picture, digital image, or photograph likeness may be used pursuant to this Consent and General Release.

It is also the camper's understanding that they will receive no compensation for their likeness or testimonial.
