We only stayed one night as we were driving back to Wisconsin from South Dakota. It was a great night and would recommend you. Nice off the I 90.

Nice campground with very clean restrooms and pool. Nice staff. The gentleman that brought us our wood is amazing and is willing to go out of his way and help with just about anything. If the new owners can keep him they will not be disappointed. The only negative issue we had was our row had a sewer block so we all paid for full hookups and no discount or reimbursement when that happened.

Clean cabins and bathroom's! Pool was also excellent! All the employees were super friendly! Alf was amazing and very helpful! Frank (owner) was very nice and had many great visits with him!

Clean facilities, helpful staff, and fun stuff to do. My daughter was obsessed with the pool. Definitely would stay again!

We are traveling from Florida to Washington state, and so far our stay at Jackson, MN has been the best and most fun so far. Thznk you to all the staff that made us feel like family

All the staff are very friendly and nice. And all the sites Were nicely kept , large and wooded . The bathrooms spotless and a decent temperature . The only negative is there’s only one bathroom location . Nice !

Bathrooms are closed from 11-1. Seems like a long time to be closed. Took a COLD shower! Playground and mini golf could definitely use an update. Pool was awesome but not much else to do there.

This was our first time at Thai KOA and WOW were we impressed! All of the spaces were super roomy, nice grass, and clean! The staff was very friendly as well! We also really loved how much they “patrolled”. We felt safe at all times. We are already planning our trip back. This is definitely a top notch KOA!

We came in late and were escorted by the fantastic staff to our site. Excellent tent site. They even offered to help me set up.

We came in late they had the info ready for us in the night box, set up for the night,nice clean restrooms wish we could have stayed longer looks like a great place for families nice looking pool. Very friendly and helpful on the phone

Showers and bathrooms very clean, as is the pool. The campground staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the double cabin and loved it. If you have multiple items to plug in bring a power strip as there is only 1 outlet in the main room. Also the TV turns off when you turn the light switch off for the night. Otherwise, very cozy.

when we got to Jackson KOA the paperwork was in order, the park restrooms office were all clean. Workers polite. Quiet, peaceful no problems. Thank you

Location good for an overnight, as were the long PT sites. However, really did not appreciate the seasonals cutting through our site heading back and forth to the pool or pavilion, even doing so while I was standing right there. Nor did we appreciate the loud laughter and conversations going on until midnight. Basic camper etiquette was lacking and for that reason we would not choose to return.

We were promised to be able to move to another site after the 4th of July weekend. We had a fridge problem which ended up being the electrical at the KOA. When scheduled a week stay after the first night and the fridge issue. We asked about moving. When we asked the staff said they were full up and unaware of the promise and had to wait for the owner who forgot his cell phone. More......

Very nice owners and staff, such clean campground and bathrooms. Great pool and even had an ice cream truck and entertainment on Saturday evening . Decent prices for camping only con that I hD was the WiFi service could be better. Enjoyed our stay at the Jackson KOA

Very cute campground..Very well maintained,and the owners Harry & Michelle are absolutely amazing. Lots of activities for kids and the adults.. All around a great place to enjoy while on your camping trip.

We just got back home after staying two nights there and what a great experience it was! The new owners Michelle and Harry are awesome. They have done many improvements with more in the works. Great location and very quiet. Be sure you stop by for a night or longer!
