Super friendly staff. Very quiet grounds. Tent lots are well-shaded and spacious. Loved seeing that everything was wheelchair accessible. Dishwashing area was a little precarious and hotel and trucking traffic and lights right next door was a little bothersome but we will stay here again, especially over the KOA down the road in Marion where we had a terrible experience. Great stopover!

The campsite was clean, the property itself was well taken care of. The pool was small, but nice. The staff were all nice. Prices were pretty good and the bathrooms were always clean. The location was close to Spirit Lake which was good for us, but if you are looking to be more "off the beaten path" this would not be for you. Recommended more for RVs than tents, but still loved it

Place was nice. Overcrowded but nice. I did love all the things to do and activities and ammenities. There needs to be more bathrooms available though. And cleaned more often. Our cabin had a broken window latch and garbage on the floor and outside all over.

We had a nice relaxing mini vacation! The only thing that would have made it better….would have a little less flies! They were herendez!

Was a great stop on our way home! Very clean, and nice staff. Also liked that there was recycling available! The tent sites were great, one of the best sites we've had with KOA on our trip.

KOA was nice, friendly staff. Very accommodating to us due to rain storm. Staff allowed us use of pavilion as we were tenters and the storm was fierce.

The campground is very well kept, especially clean bathrooms, which is a major plus. The tent site we had, however, was not ideal. Being right next to and across from RV's on two sides is not pleasant for tenting, and there was no barbecue grill at this tent site. (Ask for one of the better sites, they have plenty.) There is a lot of road noise here, which is expected next to the interstate.

We only camped for 1 night but all 3 in our party were Super Impressed. New owners make ya feel right at home. Showers & bathrooms very clean, as were the pool area and grounds.

After a week and a half on the road this was my last night of camping, and it was far and away the best. Excellent, friendly hosts and a beautiful facility. Clean and very well kept. Great showers! Many little details that showed how much they care about this site. I rarely give five stars; they deserve six! John B.

We arrived a little after the office closed, but David didn’t hesitate to help us get checked in. When we realized that storms were likely to arrive overnight, he offered us a cabin, since we had only reserved a tent site. This was perfect because by 4am the storm started and got progressively worse while we packed up the next morning. We were really grateful for Dave’s generosity. Beautiful s

The couple who run this site are wonderful! We only stayed for one night and arrived pretty close to dusk. They went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable, and provided their number and located their home on the map. Facilities were very clean and well stocked (plenty of toilet paper and paper towels)! We would absolutely recommend this site.

Stayed in my tent for two nights the owners are fantastic would recommend the small I KOA to all thank you very much. And good luck on your new playground for the kids nice touch.

Very warm and welcoming. Harry and Michelle went above and beyond, first experience camping at KOA. Immaculate grounds and shower house. Storm during night and I moved from my tent to car; got a text to make sure I was ok. Will definitely be staying here again!!!

I had a wonderful time! My hosts were so kind and helpful, which was so very much appreciated as I was forced to extend my stay a bit due to circumstances beyond my control. I would recommend anyone traveling through that area stop at the Jackson, KOA!

Our first stay here was a beautiful shady tent site and every aspect of the experience was perfect! On our way back through we stayed again and had the opposite experience. Horrible tent site in the blazing sun, rude girl at the desk, rotted picnic table. Wouldn't risk staying here again!

The tent site was large enough for our three 2-man tents and well shaded. The kids enjoyed the pool.

The Bathrooms were very clean as well as the park itself. I was staying in a tent and was overlooking a parking lot for trucks. Some of the trucks idled the entire night. The property was very nice. I would recommend this park to all campers except tenters!

This KOA was by far one of the best I’ve stayed at. Linda, Frank and G2 were unbelievably accommodating. The atmosphere was so nice. Everyone that stayed there was friendly. There was a wine tasting, karaoke and Gina activities for everyone. It was so clean, and welcoming. I will stay there every time I’m in the area. LOVED IT

Stayed in a tent and site was well maintained, they had a jump house available for the kids. Pool was cool but not to cold. We were told they had hayrides that weekend but we never saw or heard anything about it. Karaoke as well (loud but not blasting) had a forecast of rain and were told about it promptly before we bunkered down for the night

We stayed in jackson one. Night but would definitely stay again. They staff was friendly and helpful the faculties clean and the pool was refreshing. It was quiet there and there were fun activites going on.

Very well maintained facility. The owner was friendly and even invited me to a Texas Hold-em Poker Game. The quiet neighbors resulted in a restful nights sleep.

Very cute campground..Very well maintained,and the owners Harry & Michelle are absolutely amazing. Lots of activities for kids and the adults.. All around a great place to enjoy while on your camping trip.

We just got back home after staying two nights there and what a great experience it was! The new owners Michelle and Harry are awesome. They have done many improvements with more in the works. Great location and very quiet. Be sure you stop by for a night or longer!
