Young man assisted us in finding tire store since we blew a tire. It was Bett oil co. They helped us right away and close to campground. The campground was clean and nice also.

This campground is well kept and relaxing after a long day of driving. The facilities were clean and grounds well kept. The bathrooms were the cleanest campground bathrooms I have seen. It’s great for passing through but if we stayed longer, it would be good to have more activities for kids.

A very pleasant KOA. The grounds are well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While located close to I-90, the location is relatively quiet. Fuel is located close by. Would stay at this location again.

One of the best KOA’s we ever stayed in! the people were very helpful and friendly! The site was big enough for our 42 ft RV without unhooking the car. The sites were level and plenty of room between your neighbor. It’s a easy on and of the highway. I would definitely come here again.

The most impressive item of our stay was that the facilty owners personally escorted us to our site and introduced us to the campground.

The Jackson KOA is a lovely, treed campground with level sites and nice amenities. We were in for only an overnight stay, so we essentially just ate, slept and walked the dog, but we enjoyed the setting very much. The staff is competent and friendly. We will definitely stay again if we are back that way.

Place was nice. Overcrowded but nice. I did love all the things to do and activities and ammenities. There needs to be more bathrooms available though. And cleaned more often. Our cabin had a broken window latch and garbage on the floor and outside all over.

Just stayed overnight. No issues, didn't use any of the amenities cause it was just an overnight stop but the place seemed nice from what I could tell. A little dusty from the dirt roads though.

We had a nice relaxing mini vacation! The only thing that would have made it better….would have a little less flies! They were herendez!

During our stay we felt safe and cared for. Seems as though we had everything we needed for our weekend getaway in Jackson.

Nice clean KOA for an overnight or two stay. Easy off and on to I90. Would definitely stay again if traveling that way.

We were only stopping through, but the camping sight was very level and the hookups were convenient to our connections. Very clean and well laid out. We will come again!

Nice place convient place to rest for the night. The "quiet time partol" around 10pm was very appreciated after 10 hours on the road.

It was very nice. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was very nice. We had a great time and are even considering having our camper on a extended stay site there in the future.

New owners have done great improvements!! Was very nice to have ac and additional fans in the cabins, we stayed very comfortable. Bathrooms were super clean, pool was nice. Owners were very sweet to the kids!! The office closed early but they still let our boys play the mini golf. Thanks!

Nice park, grass, trees & spots not too tight. There are permanent spots but the owners keep everything well maintained & we don't always see that in other parks. Employees very helpful and friendly.

Greeted warmly by the owner on check in and escorted to our site. We enjoyed the amenities - pool, dog park. Facilities were very clean. The owners checked on us during our stay to make sure we had all we needed. We really felt that they cared about their guests.

Was a great stop on our way home! Very clean, and nice staff. Also liked that there was recycling available! The tent sites were great, one of the best sites we've had with KOA on our trip.

This is a great park and would stay there again. We were only there 1 night, but would have loved to stay longer. The owners are so nice and friendly and really make you feel welcome. Every campground could take lessons from them. Our site was spacious and very level. We didn’t have to disconnect. The campground was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

We were fortunate enough to have availability going and coming on our road trip. We were very pleased with the resources available and cleanliness and many stars on friendliness of the staff and owners of this KOA. We are extremely grateful of how welcome you made us feel. Could really tell the difference from our stay a few years ago; great upgrades, looks like a new park. Staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. The only issue was with our size rig, (39' fifth wheel), the dump site turn was a bit tight. We'll just make sure we ask for full hookups next time.

I can honestly say this KOA was the cleanest KOA we have ever stayed at. The owner was very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Clean and shady. Had a DJ in the pavilion on Saturday night and people seemed to enjoy coming in 70s dress.

Very clean and quiet....but the best part of this KOA is the hosts! They are friendly and really care about their visitors. Had a malfunction on our tent-trailer as we arrived...they found a repair service that was also friendly to get us fixed up and set for the night. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Campground was very clean and well maintained. Restrooms were very clean and maintained. Spiderwebs hanging from corners in out cabin. Store closed earlier than most places..7 PM. TV was frozen all the time. Nothing came in. Light had to be on for TV to be on. Owners are very friendly. Thought the female employee that checked us in was rude. All in all a nice place.

Nice setup. Easy parking. Great location. A little expensive. Should be more like $40 or 45 per night. It was 52 ish.

This was a one night stopover on a road trip. The owners met us at the front asking how our day was as they knew we were stressed from traveling in terrible weather. They offered to reopen the camp store for our 3 rigs so we could grab anything we needed and escorted us to our sites. Great campground with plenty of open space to play. Definitely recommend. Owners very kind.

Very cute campground..Very well maintained,and the owners Harry & Michelle are absolutely amazing. Lots of activities for kids and the adults.. All around a great place to enjoy while on your camping trip.

We just got back home after staying two nights there and what a great experience it was! The new owners Michelle and Harry are awesome. They have done many improvements with more in the works. Great location and very quiet. Be sure you stop by for a night or longer!
