We very much enjoyed our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, the facilities were clean, accessible, and very nice! Absolutely enjoyed our very short stay!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I had some trouble unhitching my trailer and I asked for help. Harry was right there in a jiffy and assisted me. Very nice facility, easy to get in and out of. I would stay there again.

Harry and Michelle are amazing! They made us feel at home for the 3 weeks we stayed while Jeep was getting fixed. I can't say enough about their hospitality and overall genuineness. The amenities are top notch and kept spotless. I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Really nice, clean facility. Lots to do. Restrooms and shower clean. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate and assist everyone. Harry and Michelle were really helpful and pleasant. We would stay there again.

KOA was nice, friendly staff. Very accommodating to us due to rain storm. Staff allowed us use of pavilion as we were tenters and the storm was fierce.

The campground is very well kept, especially clean bathrooms, which is a major plus. The tent site we had, however, was not ideal. Being right next to and across from RV's on two sides is not pleasant for tenting, and there was no barbecue grill at this tent site. (Ask for one of the better sites, they have plenty.) There is a lot of road noise here, which is expected next to the interstate.

We arrived late in the evening but were greeted by owner and he even grabbed a bag of ice for me. Nice site on edge of campground.

We only camped for 1 night but all 3 in our party were Super Impressed. New owners make ya feel right at home. Showers & bathrooms very clean, as were the pool area and grounds.

The playground was definitely lack luster. I loved the tie dye project they had but while the pool was clean one day the next day it was pretty gross.

To say we had a great time would be a huge understatement. We have never had as much fun at a campground as we did here, between the pancake breakfast, karaoke and conversation with the staff/owners. We cannot wait to go back at least once more this season. Thank you Harry and Michelle Dave & Jennifer Gustafson

This campground was amazing. The owners are so helpful and friendly. I have never seen cleaner restrooms and showers. I will stay here again.

After a week and a half on the road this was my last night of camping, and it was far and away the best. Excellent, friendly hosts and a beautiful facility. Clean and very well kept. Great showers! Many little details that showed how much they care about this site. I rarely give five stars; they deserve six! John B.

The campground is very nice, well kept. Large level sites for big rigs. Strong WIFI. The staff is very nice and went above and beyond to help with a problem. I high recommend this campground.

We stayed here on as an overnight stop on the way to and from Mt. Rushmore. The campground was clean and staff was very friendly. Other campers seemed courteous of others and the campground was quiet. We have a 33ft travel trailer and it was easy to get into and out of our spot.

Bit of an unlikely location, but extremely welcoming owner and staff. Basic but nice amenities. A work in process, and I look forward to staying here again.

Only one word to describe Our stay at the Jackson KOA, AWESOME. Couldn't have been more perfect. The owners, Harry & Michelle, were the BEST. They really make the difference between Okay and PERFECT. They live on the grounds and make there selves available. We have stayed at a LOT of campgrounds, none as nice and as caring as Jackson KOA with Harry & Michelle. None better..... AWESOME STAY..

Big Rig friendly, roomy sites, well manicured, great staff. Touchstone for every other KOA. We will be back again. This was our 2nd visit to Jackson KOA.

Very cute campground..Very well maintained,and the owners Harry & Michelle are absolutely amazing. Lots of activities for kids and the adults.. All around a great place to enjoy while on your camping trip.

We just got back home after staying two nights there and what a great experience it was! The new owners Michelle and Harry are awesome. They have done many improvements with more in the works. Great location and very quiet. Be sure you stop by for a night or longer!
