The owners were wonderful, kind and welcoming. The spaces were tidy and level. Dog park needs a little tlc, but it’s a good space to let the dogs run. Only complaint is that we were parked right with several long term campers, and would have felt more comfortable with some space, since there were several open spots.

Very convenient, well marked, good directions, efficient. Facilities were very good. We were greatly impressed at the wonderful treatment of all the families and the inclusion of us thru-travelers in the Halloween festivities. Lots of fun!

We only stayed one night, but everything was wonderful. I checked out the bathrooms, which were spotless and well appointed. We were invited to a karaoke party in the pavilion to celebrate the end of the season. We were too tired to go, but we enjoyed listening to the music from our site. You would never know that the owners have only been here for 7 weeks! Everything was great!

Owners were super pleasant and got us a good site. Everything was convenient. Bathrooms and Showers were very clean and that is greatly appreciated. Would use again if traveling that direction. We just did an overnight on the way home to Wisconsin.

Very friendly staff I understand they were new owners and I think the place looked wonderful and they were so friendly and very caring about our stay in fact they came around to our campgrounds to give us a heads up on a storm that we might get that night and they had karaoke in the evening it was a very lively place I would go back again

Congratulations Michelle and Harry on your 1st month anniversary of owning Jackson KOA! You have made our 2 stays at your campground a pleasure. A sincere thank you to Harry and Alf for their assistance in solving our propane tank issue. We know we definitely will recommend your KOA to our camping friends and family. We stayed here for a pit stop on our cross country journey! The park and sites are very nice, and clean. The best thing about this park is the owners! They are amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be. We will definitely stay again when in the area!!

Very clean toilet/shower facility! Adds to comfort level. Owners are wonderful, open minded & ambitious. Available games are so fun! They even gave us the connection to their friend that made their cornhole game boards. Friendly quiet & spacious campground even as the lots filled up. Hook ups plenty convenient. Located close to interstate but traffic noise was low...no bother for us.

stayed here on way out from st paul to ogallala nebraska and also on way home. New owners doing a great job. Place quiet, peaceful and exceptionally clean. Owners obviously committed to guests having a great experience at the campground. we sure did.

The new owners were very friendly and helpful. This KOA was half way to our South Dakota destination and worked out perfectly. Quick and easy to check in, get to our spot and park for the night. Site was packed gravel and so level, I did not have to use any ramps to level the camper. The pull through site was perfect for a quick departure the next day. Thanks Jackson KOA !

Fairly level sites, well maintained. Longer pull through sites have only morning shade from the prior row as there are no trees here. All machines in laundry are new but high efficiency so too small for two thick towels. Probably should have water filters with activated carbon.

Campground was clean and well maintained. No issues with hookups. Staff was friendly and greeted us even though we arrived after hours. We’d stay there again.

Beautiful, well maintained, large sites and wonderful, very accommodating owners. Will go out of their way to help you with anything. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time for sure. We'll definitely be back.

We were there for two days. One of the nicer KOAs we stayed at. Level ground, easy hookups. The new owners were very helpful and friendly. We used the laundry and restrooms, both very clean.

This was our favorite of the four KOA's places we stayed at. Although, all of them were wonderful this place offered a welcoming charm. The staff were happy and cared about their customers. They made you feel like their place was your home away from home. The place was clean and well kept. This will be our stop when we travel out west.

This was our 3rd stay here in Jackson. Great campground. Easy in easy out. We travel in a 40 ft MH with a tow. Sites are spacious neat and clean. Park is under new owners...they are very kind easy going and made our experience just that much more enjoyable. Will be staying here more as we pick up our traveling pace.

Very cute campground..Very well maintained,and the owners Harry & Michelle are absolutely amazing. Lots of activities for kids and the adults.. All around a great place to enjoy while on your camping trip.

We just got back home after staying two nights there and what a great experience it was! The new owners Michelle and Harry are awesome. They have done many improvements with more in the works. Great location and very quiet. Be sure you stop by for a night or longer!
