Convenient and easy stay. We were only there overnight but had a chance to use the pool, which was very refreshing. Sites are clean.

when we got to Jackson KOA the paperwork was in order, the park restrooms office were all clean. Workers polite. Quiet, peaceful no problems. Thank you

Location good for an overnight, as were the long PT sites. However, really did not appreciate the seasonals cutting through our site heading back and forth to the pool or pavilion, even doing so while I was standing right there. Nor did we appreciate the loud laughter and conversations going on until midnight. Basic camper etiquette was lacking and for that reason we would not choose to return.

We were promised to be able to move to another site after the 4th of July weekend. We had a fridge problem which ended up being the electrical at the KOA. When scheduled a week stay after the first night and the fridge issue. We asked about moving. When we asked the staff said they were full up and unaware of the promise and had to wait for the owner who forgot his cell phone. More......

Great, clean place in peaceful setting. Staff/host/owner very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice owners and staff, such clean campground and bathrooms. Great pool and even had an ice cream truck and entertainment on Saturday evening . Decent prices for camping only con that I hD was the WiFi service could be better. Enjoyed our stay at the Jackson KOA

First spot had a very small grass area, but second was nicer and had a wooden patio, small sites but pool, park was well kept. Check in was easy and their store was cute. We couldn't get our water hose hooked up properly and the maintenance guy was very helpful, stopped and got it working without leaking. Location was good off 90 and I would recommend it for an overnight stop.

The showers were so clean. The campground was quiet and everyone was so friendly. It was a great atmosphere. The pool and mini golf were fun. They had karaoke on Saturday night and it was fun to watch. Our pull through site had a little patio with tables and chairs which was a nice surprise.

This is a tough time to rate a place. Nicest staff, gorgeous scenery, peaceful, couldn’t be lovelier. But during a global pandemic, campers packed in like sardines and not a single mask worn by anyone (some staff but only at front desk). If you are nervous about Covid-19, stay away. We rented a cabin up the hill away from others so we had a great time! And we’d come back! Just not now. Sorry:/

We've stayed at Jackson KOA at least once per year for the past 20 years. Great hosts and staff. well maintained grounds and facilities. Easy on/off of I 90. Highly recommend.

Arrived late so I didn't get to see much of the campground but the check in process was smooth. Site location was easy to find and it had been blocked off for us. I would stay here again

We met our daughter and grand kids there. They got us side by side sites� I mentioned to the owner that the bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen. Not only at camp grounds but anywhere. Keep up the great job Frank and staff!!!

We stayed overnight traveling westward and then again on our return to Illinois. The site is conveniently located right off of the highway and the bathrooms were REALLY clean. I highly recommend!

We stay here almost every year, this time we stayed for about a week because we have family in Okoboji. This KOA is easy to get in and out of, the owners and staff are always friendly and helpful! The bathrooms are spotless and it’s a quiet campground even on the weekends! Perfect Koa to enjoy and some relaxation!!

This is a great midpoint between Chicago and the Badlands. Standard campground fare, and easy to maneuver through. Stopped here several times to take a break. Staff is great and very friendly.

Ideally located between Mt. Rushmore and the Wisconsin Dells. Nicely maintained, particularly very clean bathrooms & showers. Lots to do, including minigolf & a pool. Laundry facilities were clean & well-maintained, too; special detergent was provided free-of-charge. We felt that the spaces were a little closer than we'd like, but that's our preference. The hook-ups were also in very good shape.

Very cute campground..Very well maintained,and the owners Harry & Michelle are absolutely amazing. Lots of activities for kids and the adults.. All around a great place to enjoy while on your camping trip.

We just got back home after staying two nights there and what a great experience it was! The new owners Michelle and Harry are awesome. They have done many improvements with more in the works. Great location and very quiet. Be sure you stop by for a night or longer!
