Our location just off I-95 puts you a short drive from historic St. Marys, the Cumberland Island ferry, Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach, the Okefenokee Swamp, and downtown Jacksonville about half an hour to the south. Many of our monthly guests are here for work, from Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base staff and contractors to traveling nurses, construction and electrical crews, remote workers, and snowbirds settling in for the season.
Water/Electric and Sewer Site: $850 a month A full-service site, about $28 a day, and the option most long-term guests choose. Water/Electric Only Site: $650 a month Around $22 a day if you do not need a sewer hookup at your site and prefer to use the dump station. Settling in for a month does not mean sitting still. Right here in the park you have an outdoor pool with a water slide for the warm days, mini-golf, disc golf, sand volleyball, and a clubhouse game room with billiards for the downtime. There is a dog park and a KampK9 area so the dog gets to stretch out too, plus a tiki bar and regular community events when you feel like being social. Laundry is on site so you are not hunting for a laundromat.
When you want to get out, the location is hard to beat. St. Marys and its waterfront are minutes away, and the town is where you catch the ferry to Cumberland Island for a day among the wild horses and quiet beaches. Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach are a short drive south. The Okefenokee Swamp is to the west when you feel like getting out on the water. And when you need a real city, Jacksonville is a straight shot down the interstate.
