Beautiful RV park. Spacious sites. Convenient location off the interstate. We have stayed here twice and will stay again when traveling through the area.

We were given a premium site and while we had a lot of room with a table, chairs, swing, & grill they(& RV) are in full sun expect for the early AM. Park needs lots of TLC, but they are working on it. We saw work activity everyday of our 4 days there. Flat, gravel sites. Easy access off and on I-44. We would stay again.

This is a nice KOA. Not as many trees for shade. The check out time is 10 am which I did not like. Not impressed when they escorted us to the site. I could have guided my husband in better than they did. Other than that we did like the short walk to the fireworks store.

The bugs were absolutely horrible! We couldn't do anything without being swarmed by gnats and mosquitoes! The grass was uncut and when asked to mow our site (while they were already mowing) they did not. The kitchen was shut down as well as the pool. There was nothing for our teenaged children to do while staying there.

The manager was very rude when checking in like we interrupted his day. While hooking up our surge protector was flashing lights, we told him about this and he said "so". When he checked it he had to replace the panel. The campground looked very neglected, the light posts had mold growing on them, the pool was very dirty looking. When asked about a fire ring he said we had to buy his firewood to 1

We needed a place to stop overnight and trust that KOA facilities meet reasonably consistent standards. The Joplin KOA did not disappoint. The campground is clean and well-maintained, and the park hosts were friendly and accommodating. We won’t hesitate to stop here again if traveling this way in the future.

KOA's are overpriced. For what wepaidsjould have gotten Cable and shade. KOAs are not my first choice when looking for camping

Fourth of July weekend. No Fireworks allowed in the RV Park. We had a peaceful and quiet weekend. This is a great place to spend a night or a few days. We will be back.

Was disappointed that pool was closed but not a big concern for this trip. Hope it is fixed in future as a trip is planned that includes using the pool!

Lovely park, beautiful setting. The staff was fries didn’t accommodating. My only comment is the bathrooms need to be updated

Can't believe this place won an award this year. Pool had floating green algae and was told it hadn't worked for a long time and wasn't going to be fixed. Bathhouse had only a single 10" stool for toiletries, clothes etc. Dog park had foot high grass. Poor representative for KoA.

KOAs are a known quality RV place. Sometimes the wifi is wanting and the dog parks are small. Joplin was very good. My wife and I are road zombies and we like it simple.

Just overnight but easy access and nice sites. Some activities for kids, like feeding fish at one of the ponds.

I stayed at two koa camp grounds on vacation and was impressed with them the third one was in Joplin I asked for a deluxe cabin. We got a trailer. It did not look clean the refrigerator looked bad stain and spots on the outside kitchen sink was all stained up. The toilet did not work well. The lady that too us to the trailer was nice. The trailer needs an update.

We were getting some laundry out of our car & some man shouted that we were in the middle of the road. I said we'd be done on a minute & no one was on the same road. The next day I saw him again and politely asked him if he was the one who shouted. He said yes because our car was in the middle of the road. I told him he shouldn't shout at paying customers. He replied with "whatever".

lots of rain and roads had large potholes. spaces were narrow getting out you were on wet grass and or water.

Run down, unkept and oh yeah, let’s say we have a swimming pool even though it hasn’t been open and cleaned for a few years!!!

Stayed one night so I am glad we had a spot. We were parked next to an abandoned camper that should be in a dump. Didn’t appreciate that. The camping sites had two areas. Our area not so great. Gooo on d for a night stop.

Seems like no pride is taken in this place. Dirty, weeds, closed pool, playground in a sorry condition. The entire row of camping RVs in our section lost power. This place needs some work! At least bathrooms were decent and right off the interstate.

Nice shaded area, has had lots a rain, area does not drain well, level spaces with gravel that drain ok. bathroom shower heads need cleaning to remove mildew. staff was excellent and very helpful. very quite and peaceful.

Super well organized staff.. the park is convenient and well appointed. Nice large dog play area.. The playground for children is good sized and safe..

Nice park with large pull thru sites. Has alot of wooded park area. There is a lake and a pond where you can feed the fish with food supplied by the park. Nice laundry and large restrooms. They will also deliver a pizza to your site for a fee. Close to everything. Would have given 5 stars but check out time is 10am. Haven't seen an RV park with such an early check out.
