Just an overnight stay, but a very nice KOA. The campground was wooded and in rolling hills. Lots of shade (when the trees leaf out), fairly quiet, and well maintained. As an FYI, because of the rolling terrain, more leveling than normal might be required when setting up. All in all a great stay - we will be back if we are in the area!

We came in at night so it made it difficult to find our spot . The camp hosts were wonderful. Very encouraging, friendly and informative. Everything was neat and clean.

This was a good park. They were nice. The internet was awesome. The only problem we had was that the laundry was not open 24/7, we were not told, and got there early enough we could have done it before they closed.

We sold our house and are back in the area because of a family emergency. We have a small business and now are working from the KOA.

We will definitely be returning! Very friendly staff! Cabin was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. The property was beautiful and well kept. Very affordable!

We just stayed one night. We arrived just after the store closed, but our site assignment and documents were on the door waiting for us when we got there. The cable TV was great. The wifi was good. Everything was cleaned and well maintained - no complaints at all! This kampground is great for a stop over on a long trip or for pretty easy access to KY Lake. We'll definitely be back.

NotI level sites, no trash receptacles anywhere, too many permanent sites with construction going on. Poorly lit and marked, too much traffic noise.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Stayed on site A4, very level site with trash can with in 30 feet of site. Trash can sits under a street light.

Older facilities, some showers not working well. However, many showers were working fine. Nice Hosts!!!

It was an emergency stop due to camper damage sustained on HWY. 24, it was comforting to be welcomed and assisted by staff. Very pleased with campground and facilities, had to stay two nights because of camper situation. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very informative in seeking advice on my camper and where to eat.

Stopped there for a 1 night stay on way home from Gulf shores. Office personal were nice and helpful showing us our site. Full hook ups made stay very comfortable.

Just a quick overnite stay while heading back north. Everything was clean, no noise from other campers or the roads. Would gladly revisit this campground.

Arrived late to a super warm and cozy sleeper cabin. Perfect while moving cross country and after a long day on the road. Enjoyed a clean and warm shower to start the next day. Thank you!

We needed a safe place to spend the night with electric hookups and clean warm bathrooms, and we were as pleased as was possible given the weather. An ice storm coated everything with a thick layer of ice and temperatures approached zero (F). The access to our site was level, which was good because driving up any incline would have been impossible. We will be back in better weather.

We stayed one night on our way home. The staff was exceptionally nice & helpful. I was very pleased to see everyone in the office doing their part & wearing a mask. We would stay here again!

The cabin was heated prior to my arrival. Friendly staff would stay here again. Clean facility.

Was worried about getting around a tree when parked, did have to back up to pump waste , with a total length of 54 ft but it was all just fine and worked out great

We stayed in a 40’ 5th wheel and the access into the campground and our site was easily done. The hosts were very accommodating. We would highly recommend this KOA.

Love this location! The managers, Good Betty and Jerry, are helpful and personable. The location is clean, well configured even for big rigs, and child and pet friendly. Great experience! Will keep coming back!

Twice we stayed here on our trip from Wisconsin to Gulf Shores and back. It was easy to make reservations, the sites were pull-through, level, clean and attractive. Very friendly place.

Sewer pipe was clogged with tree ruts and ended up causing major problems that no one likes to deal with when pulling in for an overnight. This is the primary reason for my low rating. Staff was helpful and very responsive otherwise.

Only stayed overnight, but no complaints. A little bit of traffic noise. Wonderful first impression with Christmas lights on the office. Very clean grounds. Saw maintenance driving around picking up trash and cleaning dog poo receptacles.

Recently stayed overnight on two separate occasions. Bruce was very helpful at getting me a spot easily while I was driving down the road hands-free. He looked up my KOA number and reserved a spot for me and said could pay when I got there. Easy access off the interstate but nice and quiet. Everything I needed for an overnight stay. Will definitely stay here again on the trips down and back.

This was a great launching point for the area. I extended my stay by a day.The kampground was very clean, picked up. I appreciated the extras like a TV, portable heater and excellent WIFI. Food, gas, hardware in abundance just minutes away.

We had a great stay!! We had our 3 kids and two dogs. It was easy to book and pull into. The owners were so great! The bathrooms smelled great and were really clean. We will stay again.

Super easy Reservations and the owner was awesome.. they had a wind storm just before we got there, so they were all out cleaning up the sticks that fell down... amazingly clean place. We had to extend our stay a few nights and the owner was very accommodating. Close to a few places to eat and the Mexican restaurant down the street delivers. Nice grocery store just a couple miles away.

The location was quiet and clean. We arrived late in the evening and our paperwork was available and easy to find for our check in. The best part of this KOA is the management, we ran out of propane in the middle of the night. I called the number on the main door and Bruce answered. He was kind, understanding, and helpful. He met me at the fill up sight and got us all set back up. We will most definitely be returning!
