Campground and staff were nice enough. Didn't care for vehicles within the park driving really fast and people making noise during the posted quiet times.

Neat, clean, and very friendly! I was here a week while volunteering on tornado recovery efforts down in Mayfield. The weather was sub freezing several nights and I had issues with my wet bay so used the campground showers most of the week. They were clean, warm, and well maintained. The staff were all great to work with.

Next to the highway. Very noisy for us who live in the northwoods where quite is normal

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I would suggest you stay in the northwoods rather then giving and unfair and not ture review of our campground.

This is our second time rolling in and we love it! The people here are so kind and helpful, the park is clean and quiet and perfectly located. Thank you for being a friend! We’ll be back!

We pulled in after hours and the hosts were so accommodating. Very friendly. We were traveling they so only spent one night, but would definitely go back if we’re in the area!

We have stayed here a few times now on our trip from Wisconsin to Alabama Coast and it has been predictably nice, safe, and easy to navigate even late at night.

The camp area is beautiful and set in a very nice location. You will feel very comfortable and safe. We were a little disappointed that the store was closed when we arrived at 3PM due to inclement weather? That caused us to go into town for supplies which meant we were setting up after dark. We are from Illinois and.by our standards it was just a little chilly and no snow at all, Go figure.

The office staff was very nice. They checked us in quickly and took us to our site. However, the site was very uneven and sloped. Many other sites were quite sloped as well. There are flat sites in the campground. If you need a flat site, make sure to tell them when you make a reservation.

Everything was fine. I appreciated the heater being turned on before my arrival. For the optics, you may want to fix the broken planks on the Kabin porch.

Had a great overnight stay. A picnic table would have been helpful at my tent camping site, but I got by okay. Plan to return. Very friendly management.

It was after the tornado hit LBL no power & water. Even though the camp ground was filling up with reservations they found us a spot for several nights. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. We will definitely return to the KOA Kentucky , Calvert City

We pulled in at night, but found our campsite easily. It’s a very hilly campground, which adds to the natural beauty, but our site was easy to level up on. The couple in the Kampstore were so upbeat and fun. The bathrooms and showers were VERY clean and well maintained. I think the sign at the entrance could use some better lighting. The driveway is narrow and we almost missed it.

Stayed 2 nights, visited the Kentucky dam and Marina, also Land between the Lakes (LBL). LBL reports many bald eagles we did have one fly over the campground

We pulled in after dark and it was nice to have clear directions to our spot. The spots are hilly and tight. Our water at our site was not working. As a first time RV’r I would love to have had more guidance about the sewer and water hook-ups. We didn’t see the we sewer hook-up until the next day. It was covered in leaves.

Super easy Reservations and the owner was awesome.. they had a wind storm just before we got there, so they were all out cleaning up the sticks that fell down... amazingly clean place. We had to extend our stay a few nights and the owner was very accommodating. Close to a few places to eat and the Mexican restaurant down the street delivers. Nice grocery store just a couple miles away.

The location was quiet and clean. We arrived late in the evening and our paperwork was available and easy to find for our check in. The best part of this KOA is the management, we ran out of propane in the middle of the night. I called the number on the main door and Bruce answered. He was kind, understanding, and helpful. He met me at the fill up sight and got us all set back up. We will most definitely be returning!
