The Staff was very friendly and helpfull, they even called before we got there to tell us that the site we reserved wouldn't fit our equipment, that they had one spot left and we could look at it! we looked at it and it all worked out perfectly.

If you have a large RV you will risk getting scratches when camping in the row (Spaces with bushes in between as they are overgrown. I had a very disappointing issue with the lady owner. At 7:48am and said I might need to book 1 more night. She said my space was open that night and she would wait for me to confirm. I called at 12:17pm and was told she had rented it and there were no sites av

Facility was perfect especially the pool and jacuzzi. The concrete patio next to our motorhome door was outstanding.

Loves this cabin and awesome. It is my first time to staying with cabin. Well, I am short person and I cant reach the glasses/plates higher. The cabinet was high raise for me and unable to used them. I would like to come back again next time.

Stayed at Kingman KOA in a fifth wheel. Site was level. Easy to turn into and pull out of. Notice some reviews had commented on Oleander shrubs between sites. We liked the Oleander. They provided privacy as the sites are very close to each other. This latter point is why we did not give the park a 5. Altho we could not see our neighbors we could hear them very well. Very friendly staff.

We booked a large spot and were put in a section for large campers they brag about how they are separated by oleanders but the spots are so narrow we could barely push the stroller through. Was NEVER given our points for staying here for a whole week. They advertise their train style ride for the kids, they never even ran it once. Was extremely disappointed with this establishment

After RVing for 15 years, I am insulted that this campground refuses to hold mail. Even though your staff created an "exception" for me,the UPS man assumed that no one would take the package. He circled the building while everyone inside was waiting to tell him that Larry Johnston needed the part very much. I showed up 5 minutes later. He disappeared. I still don't have the part.

The customer service was excellent polite very helpful quiet and clean took my dog for a walk at 8 pm so quiet it was like we were the only one there. Would recommend without hesitation, thank you for the perfect weekend.

The campground isn't for big rigs. We told them what we had but when we got there they only had 2 sites to choose from and neither really fit. One definitely didn't. Our slides were in the bushes. I have a handicap lift and I had to take my scooter off before we pulled onto site. It's definitely not for wheelchair dependent person. Then they wanted to charge us. Nope!

Always a nice stay! Staff is very friendly. Several things to do there. Game room with pool table etc. The only thing I didn't care much to experience was the laundry room. It is clean and plenty of washers and dryers, but the neighbood surrounding it all comes in to do their laundry (like bringing rolling carts full) and dominates the facility. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

We did not even end up staying. We lost our money and went to stay at a hotel instead. The facility was not KOA worthy. It was such a small site on a square patch of dirt looking out to a RV graveyard. The square patch you got was fenced in and your car was just to be parked as close to the fence as possible, because it was in the dirt road. We were so dissatisfied. There was no buffer between. F
