had 2 consecutive reservations, tried 4 times to connect the 2 - got “you were to check out this AM…”. Ok arrival saw office BR/showers closed. went to our space/completely set up, 50amp service not working, told to move to different spot. Asked for spot closer to pool RR, told sold out you can leave if you no like it. Asked to have 50amp checked prior to setting up & he just drive away

It's true... Nice Basecamp for getting into the whole area. Best is that it's quiet if you find yourself exhausted from activity. Some driving to be done & R&R.

Thank you for your excellent service. I arrived much later than I expected and was delighted to find an envelope with my name on it and clear instructions. It was the FIRST NIGHT in my ‘new-to-me’ RV as I headed back to Las Vegas from Phoenix, and you helped make it seamless. Thanks again, Bernie.

This is our second stay. What an awesome park. The gentleman that checked us in is so nice. He even offered to help me hook up. My husband is in a wheelchair. He made us feel like we were coming home to family. Please thank him for going above and beyond during both stays.

Well kept, clean, good service and nice personnel, had all the essentials one needs for a stay. We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful stay.

Well kept RV park with an exceptional staff. Site was a level pull thru with privacy screening on both sides. We will return whenever we are in Kingman.

The laundry room had 3 washers that leaked on the floor. Large puddles formed that got my shoes wet and made the floor slippery. I almost fell twice. When I told one of the housekeeping women she said yeah we know and just kept walking.

Good KOA the amenities were nice but the spa was dirty and the rec room could use some help. Overall I have seen worst KOAs and better. Staff is super nice and mini golf was cool.

Very nice campground. Sites are separated by tall bushes for privacy and site 55 was level. Dog park, putt putt golf, and laundry were all clean and maintained. Although, there are permanent and seasonal residents, you will see that all yards are clean and some are fenced. The only problem I had was that the water spigot threads are short and I couldn't get a water-tight seal. Will return here.

It was very nice. Love the tall greenery between sites. Only issue was the spray nozzle in the womens bathroom kept falling out of cradle. Was going to mention that before I left but ran out of time. Great place to stay!

Grounds were well kept and maintained. Staff was helpful when needed. Over-all we enjoyed our 6 month stay. Wi-Fi was the only drawback.

We stayed in Lodge #3. Very nice, comfortable newer unit. Great outdoor patio. Could use a small dresser in the bedroom, hooks in the bathroom and a toaster oven since it doesn't have a range/oven, only hot plate burner plates. Otherwise a great place.

We enjoyed Kingman KOA so well that we ended up staying an extra day. There was a playground for the younger children and a wreck room and free put put golf course for older children. My kids were able to keep busy in a safe environment while my husband and I set up camp. The facilities were clean and well kept and the staff was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in a deluxe cabin. It was clean and the employees are helpful and professional. We plan to return to this location annually because it has been such a good, memorable experience!

Bathroom issues two single hole / rooms with showers one had light switch taped off so you had to turn on timer for heat lamp that had a regular bulb in it. Laundry room closed 5pm as office. Only seen one maintenance person he was helpful and polite. Looks like for number of costumers this is more of retirement park . �� Traverse City MI KOA

I stayed in a camp cabin. The heater worked great for the cold night. Unfortunately the bathrooms closest to the cabins were closed due to a water pipe breakage, so it was a chilly walk to the far bathrooms. Otherwise it was a regular stay that I’m used to having at KOA.
