The lodge was clean, spacious, and well supplied. (Loved the Christmas lights!) The staff was personable and attentive. We hope to be back!

We had a cute little log cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. It needed outlets for charging phones but we managed . We arrived late and didn't know our key was in an envelope outside. The guys on the golf cart leading a huge class A in was a big grumpy but it was late. We would stay again.

Good stop for travel N<S<E<W. Have to navigate a bit of town to arrive, but easy route access. Good facilities

Nice place to stay and visit Grand Canyon West. Fairly even RV site, great personnel. Water spout is short, we usually connect filter first and had to use hose first here. Sycamores are great in providing shade.

The sewer was backed up and the electric panel was falling apart. Not what I expect from KAO. I was in site 93.

We’ve stayed there many times for the last 10 years. The staff has always been helpful in every way. We’ve also stored our unit in their storage yard without a problem.

We stopped for one night on our way home, we love this KOA for the convenience and bathroom cleanliness. We appreciate the hospitality the staff shows upon arrival also.

Great place to stay and would have given 5 stars. Loss of 1 star due to the fact that I booked two sites, was told we would be together but since that was not in the notes when we arrived we were not together. To the teams credit they did try to put us together on our return trip but were unable to do so. Remember if travelling together and want to be together make sure it is in the notes.

The Host is very nice and helpful. The place is very nice and quiet. The bathrooms need some maintenance work but are clean.

Poor wi-fi and cable systems. Low water pressure exasperated by the fact the cg runs the soaker for their oleander bushes every morning. Not some place we will be returning.

Needed a place to stay with my Trailer. Called you guys and was able to book a reservation. We enjoyed our stay and the campus is very clean. I will be using this KOA again for sure.

The Deluxe Cabin served my needs far better than the Cabin without the toilet and shower, and it was not that much more money.

The campground is clean and quiet. No issues with connections or check-in process. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

The trees and bushes give some separation from your neighbors, refreshing for a Journey. The park is in the middle of a quiet residential area, but the access to the park is fairly convenient for a big rig.

The office was very helpful when I called to notify them of arriving late. Walk me thru the process and when we arrived, everything was just as they had stated. Placed us in a wonderful overnight spot. Easy in and out for our Thanksgiving in Sedona. We definitely will stay again, and hopefully longer next time. Thank you The Hearn’s

The property is very nice. I’m trying to write this review there is not enough space so suffice it to say we tried to stay an extra night and because your office personnel would it work with us it cost this KOA a night of rent as well as any future business from us.

Friendly staff greater us after main office was closed when we arrived after 6 pm. Bathrooms clean, as was the entire area. Parking stalls are unpaved, but mostly level.

I appreciated being able to check in late. That said, it would be very helpful to have each lane identified with a sign and each space clearly marked with a number. It was difficult to read the signs in the dark.

Very much appreciated having the after hours attendant lead us to our campsite and move picnic tables out of our way. Great customer service! Disappointed that I couldn't get the Wifi password to work. Bathrooms very clean.

It was my Maiden Voyage and the entire staff was more than willing to assist me in set-up and take-down. It certainly eased my anxiety and I will definitely return to Kingman. God Bless You. Karen Miller
