Rec room lighting needs to be upgraded. Hard to see the ping pong ball.

Very quiet KOA, away from highway, but laundry room TOTALLY INADEQUATE for large park with both permanent and transient campers. 2 dryers broken, I was told by permanent resident, for over 2 years. 2 dryers sealed off for house keeping, leaving only 4 working dryers. Was also told the laundry room was open to the public apts across the street!!!! People were fighting for washers/dryers all day

Nice sites, a tad bit narrow, but overall it is a good Park. Bathrooms recently redone and are awesome/

Quick overnight. Amenities are non existent other than the store. Playground could be in your backyard, putting course no equipment. Interesting place.

We have a self contained R-Pod trailer and do not necessarily need hookups. What we look forward to in a full service RV park is nice clean shower, bathroom, and laundry. We were glad to have advanced warning that you were remodeling your bathrooms/ showers. What doesn’t make sense is why we would pay full price for diminished services. Leaves bad feelings as far as customer relationships.

I really liked how our spot was separated by trees and bushes on each side. Although in a residential area, it was very quiet.

The campground was nice the spots were narrow couldn't put the awning out all the way. Probably made before slides. Didn't use the washrooms

very friendly and competent staff. The easily helped me change reservations to accommodate my plans to stay longer to avid traveling in bad weather.

It was okay for an overnight stop but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay. I went into the women’s shower and the first one the light was out and then a man walked out of the second one. He said he thought it was unisex (the codes for men’s and women’s are the same). There was no heat in the building either so it was too cold to use anyway. Wi-Fi was useless.

We required a site for an overnight stay while in transit. Booked here and were thrilled with the quality of our patio site and the overall campground. We will return on future trips. Thanks.

The staff was super helpful, and the facility was nice. Our spot was a great stop over on our return trip, and they made the visit great. Definitely would recommend this facility.

Dianne at the front desk checked us in on the 22nd and we were meeting up with my sister who arrived a day before us. We wanted to be next to each other and the office staff did just that. We were escorted to our site by Mark who was very friendly and funny. While we were in our campsite on the 24th we saw Mark again and he asked if we needed anything, we said a fire pit and he brought it ASAP.

We had a great time staying at the Kingman KOA. Our site had oleanders on both sides providing a measure of privacy. The grounds had lots of trees and bushes and appears well kept. The K9 area was a little small but still gave our two Huskies a place to roam leash free. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thanks.

Great campsite in a quiet area of Kingman. Clean bathrooms and very nice showers. Only thing is that internet is poor. We're from Europe so buying our own internet in the States is expensive. Maybe we're spoilt because in Europe almost every campsite has good internet.

We stayed 3 nights. Our limited contact with staff was good, except for our water being shut off briefly without us bring given a heads-up. We had a patio site with a sewage hook-up that had bricks to hold the hose down, and when draining sewage, the hose popped off (KOA employee witnessed it) not pleasant at all. The patio chair cushions also were not clean. If you want a 10 do better maintenance

Enjoyed the campground. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. Beautiful sunsets and lovely birds singing in the mornings. The staff was friendly and helpful. We plan on returning for another stay.

Staff was very accommodating, the camping spaces are very roomy, but dusty ( it was very windy and it is Arizona). The mini golf was fun, but need a bit of maintenance . Laundry rm was very clean, a few machines where out of order, but enough for us to use.
