Missing some cleaning and finishes to live up to the Koa standard. Basketball hoop was there but no asfalt under. Bathrooms tabletops were wiped every hour, but toilets were very dirty. I think a little extra training of summer staff will make a big difference.

The Tent sites all had firepits which everyone used all night long. There was a lot of burning and drinking going on till late both nights. I would not stay in the tent area again. :( The RV sections seemed like a better deal.

It is a very nice KOA, with the cleanest and most modern restrooms I've ever seen at a KOA. The staff was great, and the campground was very well maintained. I only gave 3 stars due to its location. My campsite was right next to a busy city intersection. No fault of the KOA, but if you're looking for a quiet, nature-y experience, I don't think this is the KOA for you.

These proprietors and their staff are excellent. We will stay again on our return trip. Lots of shade trees, peaceful, and very COVID-19 conscious in all they do between visitors, wiping down tables, water spigots, pens, and such. Just want to thank them for such a safe harbor at the end of a very hot travel day.

Excellent for kids and dogs. Pool area is clean. Playground for kids. Laundry for all the pool towels the kids create. And a extra large dog run to play fetch. Absolutely recommend �

It’s a great KOA with lots of amenities. It’s about an hours drive to the crater so not the idea location for a base of operations. Great staff who are very helpful. Verizon cell is horrible and the local WiFi is not great.

Campground was clean As were the bathrooms and the pool was absolutely delightful after a hot drive to get here. We've got a lovely tent site which unfortunately was a bit close to the road. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful with all of our questions and concerns.

By far my favorite KOA of my trip! Staff was incredibly friendly, the entire campground was immaculate and thoughtfully planned out, K9 campground was full of green grass with planets of space for the pups to run…I will definitely be back! ���

Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Buidngs and bathrooms were spotless and the grounds were kept neat too. Wish I could have stayed a few more days but I'll be back hopefully!

I paid for an RV site some time ago. My RV malfunctioned. I had also paid Klamath Kinetic race a fee. You told me there was no sites available. I told you I was racing i the morning. You said too bad. I received a call later, that a spot was found. I'm very confused, but I finished the race in terrible heat.

The staff seemed young but they did an excellent job running the show, we were very impressed. We did not use any amenities but nice quick overnight stay.

I arrived late in the afternoon without notice on a Sunday, the kids running the office were fantastic - Super helpful! The park features super easy access for large rigs, it's clean and has lots of trees which is much appreciated when temps are hovering North of 100F.

Super hot weekend, from noon to about 8pm, no shade in the spot I was assigned. Staff very friendly and polite. Bathrooms super clean.

We loved the cabin we stayed in at the Klamath Falls KOA! They had everything we needed and we felt right at home after a long day of traveling. Loved it!

The campsite was nice and well kept. The staff was a bit disinterested, but was helpful enough. The main problem is that the site abuts the highway. This meant the sight was brightly lit and loud throughout the night with several people peeling out of the stoplight to thunderous exhaust. Overall it was not a restful night.

Very clean and cozy. Pool open, huge plus. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Best gas prices. Easy to navigate. Great dog area.It even had a sensor light!

Stop to get gas here or propane when needed. Everyone of the employees are friendly and always ready to help. This campground is kept extremely clean. Great atmosphere from great employees!!!
