Was told we could pay cash for stay and that we mostlikely wouldn't get charge for first night because of when we finished setting up it was after 1am. Then we were quoted one price after being told we can't pay with cash. Had to drive across town to put money on a card just to drive all the way back and be told it was a different more expensive price because she forgot to charge for first night.

Nice staff, decent grassy tent site, nice bathrooms and showers. Before staying at other KOAs, which we’ve come to find out are usually right on top of a highway AND traintracks, I would’ve given it a 3 but this is way nicer than the usual KOA.and there’s a great restaurant, Thai Orchid, a couple of miles away.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The bathrooms were the best I have seen on my whole trip. The grass tent pad was also the nicest I have seen. The walking path behind the tent area can be quite loud at 4am but other than that we had a great stay. My kids loved the playground and my dog loved the enclosed dog are.

The grounds and facilities are wonderful as well as the staff, but the location is extremely loud because of traffic. Does not quiet down tell about midnight then starts in early as the community is heading to work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The site was clean and nice enough, but the traffic noise was very annoying. I was hoping that this campground would set more out of town in nature, near a lake or river.

We were enjoying our stay we thought it was a very nice camp ground however, at 10:00 pm there was a fight right outside the camp ground in which we saw someone pull out a gun so we left and did not end up staying the night and we will not recommend for anyone to stay at the Klamath Falls KOA.

Missing some cleaning and finishes to live up to the Koa standard. Basketball hoop was there but no asfalt under. Bathrooms tabletops were wiped every hour, but toilets were very dirty. I think a little extra training of summer staff will make a big difference.

The Tent sites all had firepits which everyone used all night long. There was a lot of burning and drinking going on till late both nights. I would not stay in the tent area again. :( The RV sections seemed like a better deal.

It is a very nice KOA, with the cleanest and most modern restrooms I've ever seen at a KOA. The staff was great, and the campground was very well maintained. I only gave 3 stars due to its location. My campsite was right next to a busy city intersection. No fault of the KOA, but if you're looking for a quiet, nature-y experience, I don't think this is the KOA for you.

Campground was clean As were the bathrooms and the pool was absolutely delightful after a hot drive to get here. We've got a lovely tent site which unfortunately was a bit close to the road. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful with all of our questions and concerns.

I paid for an RV site some time ago. My RV malfunctioned. I had also paid Klamath Kinetic race a fee. You told me there was no sites available. I told you I was racing i the morning. You said too bad. I received a call later, that a spot was found. I'm very confused, but I finished the race in terrible heat.

The campsite was nice and well kept. The staff was a bit disinterested, but was helpful enough. The main problem is that the site abuts the highway. This meant the sight was brightly lit and loud throughout the night with several people peeling out of the stoplight to thunderous exhaust. Overall it was not a restful night.

Some people in the RVs played music until late at night. Quiet hours could be better enforced to let people enjoy their time in the outdoors, but also be respectful of others' space.

Stay was great. Site was clean, bathrooms were clean. Staff friendly. My only complaint is due to the location you hear a lot of cars and people walking by; on Memorial Day weekend lots of sirens and speeding. It’s more noisy than other KOAS I have stayed at where the tent sites are. I feel like the tent sites should be located on the other side of the park; and switch the camper site to that ar

First, it’s RIGHT OFF one of the main roads. There were sirens and street racers all night. Second, I asked for a different campsite and they said it was booked, well no one ever showed up to camp at it. Third, the second night we were there the campers across the way were playing music VERY loudly until after 2am. If they are going to have a quiet time they should enforce it.

Our tent site was very close to others & there was NO privacy. 5 motorcycles & their riders were camped next to us. Voices carried very well - their laughter around the campfire in the evening; then they got up at 6:15 am. Unfortunately the campground is located next to noisy, busy roads. Bathrooms were clean; staff was nice. Overall, tent site was worth about $20. A very noisy location!

Really, my only complaint is that I told them I was a late check-in. They had my space number for me taped to the store window, but both bathroom codes were not included! Since I was a tent camper, I really needed the bathroom codes!

There was trash in the firepit when we arrived, so we were unable to use it to make a fire. Also, the people directly next to us came in very late at night and were extremely loud waking us up several times throughout the night. Otherwise, it was an easy stay.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Location had a lot of light - too much for tent camping and was really noisy. Too much traffic noise.

I haven’t stayed at a KOA for more than 20 years. I was so pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and courteous staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, the text size which had trees throughout, hanging flower baskets, the landscape is just beautiful. I went into make my own coffee, and was pleasantly surprised that the staff had prepared coffee for guests. I highly suggest klamath Falls KOA.

Staff and facility were great but the only problem for us tent campers is The noise from the busy highway.

Stop to get gas here or propane when needed. Everyone of the employees are friendly and always ready to help. This campground is kept extremely clean. Great atmosphere from great employees!!!
