We were assigned a site near the office. The constant propane service meant we smelled propane pretty much all day. Service from staff was great.

We ha e stayed before, will be back. Had issues with coach beside us running their engine late at night. Also they let their dogs poop wherever. No cleanup. Dog run was nice, except big pile of poop that sat whole time we were there along with smaller poop. People! Clean up after your dogs!! KOA just left it. Never saw anyone check the dog run in 3 days of staying.

Nice older park. Clean facilities and grounds. Men's shower/restroom heater was not working and just blowing cold air in sub freezing conditions. My wife said women's side was working fine.

Staff was great Kia was very clean just not much to do and the camping space we were in was small. Truly no space out side for our things

Nice helpful folks at the KOA in Klamath Falls. Convenient location to all of the attractions we visited. Loved the grocery store and access to propane and gasoline, if needed. Good dog play area. Only negative was the spotty wi-fi. Would stay there again.

This campground is in a good location! It has a gas station and propane on the property!! Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet and very clean!! A very nice vacation spot!!!!!

Was very disappointed to arrive and learn no wi-fi was available. I'm on the road for work and that was the primary reason I selected your location to stay. A notification about the lack of availability would have been appreciated and afforded me the chance to make alternate plans.

We are new to RV camping and only stayed one night, but we felt Klamath Falls KOA fully lived up to its reputation. Friendly, green, clean, with facilities for kids, dogs, a pool in the summer, etc. Will definitely recommend to others and also choose for ourselves in & when we pass this way again!

We were put in site 53 and site 52 was very close to our slides. Had to back out of a pull through site because couldn't pull out with a 36ft. Fifth wheel the way # 52 was parked in his spot.

Everything went great but wish they had a waste dolly for people that dont have a sewer site then if a tank gets close to full you could empty it when nobody's filling propane

The cabin area was nice but we didn’t have water or WiFi for our entire stay. We were told the water situation would be fixed on day 1 but it never was. Our cabin was also directly in front of the propane filling station so random cars were constantly parked in front of our site. The only reason I didn’t give a zero rating is because the staff was very nice.

It was a clean park with friendly staff. The area is a little sad and felt a bit unsafe the first day with what appeared to be a long time park resident attempting to scam some money from our friends. We didn’t have any problems, but that first encounter sent up a red flag.

It's always a good place to stay overnight. Or problem is that the motorhome is 40' / towing. That puts us in sites like #27 and the trees negate the use of our built-in satellite dish.

It was a wonderful cabin but for the price we paid they didn’t even give us soap!! The reason we chose a cabin and not campsite was for small amenities like these. Wonder why they provided almost everything but a basic essential - soap?! But it was a lovely cabin.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Park is very clean and well maintained. Dog area is great, the solar lighting is fabulous! Big Rig (42ft) is a bit tough and hook ups a bit difficult

Our stay at Klamath Falls KOA was very relaxing. Close to Oregon Tech and downtown. The facility was very clean and well kept. Sites had a good layout with ease of access.

This is a very clean park with all the ammenities...however, through no fault of their own, it was super noisy with neighborhood sounds of cars revving their engines til late into the night. I has booked 3 nights, got a refund and only stayed 1. They were very gratious!

I was really disappointed that there was no internet. When you say you have it and it is not available, that is not good.

Stop to get gas here or propane when needed. Everyone of the employees are friendly and always ready to help. This campground is kept extremely clean. Great atmosphere from great employees!!!
