Clean KOA. Location close to main roads, so a little noisy.

The positive: friendly staff. If you arrive during their regular business hours, they take you to your site - you follow the golf cart. Negative: My stay was during the pandemic (April 2021) and the staff did not wear masks or follow their own social distancing guidelines consistently. Additionally, did no enforce the mask requirement for customers entering their store. Pictures on website not wh

The sites were level and the bathrooms were clean. Staff at check-in were friendly.Would recommend for overnight or short stay.

The campground was clean but it is very close to a highway. The dog run area was nice and clean. Even though we had a reservation, we were not given the codes to the bathrooms because we arrived after the office closed. We spent over an hour trying to track them down at 9:00pm. The rate was also higher than I was quoted.

The day we traveled it was VERY windy and were happy to find this campground! There is a dyke that rose above the park where we parked next to and that helped protect the RV and slide awnings from the high winds overnight!!! The propane and diesel available at the park entrance was great to have before heading north thru the cascades. The diesel and propane price was very reasonably priced.

This KOA is clean. The showers have nice temp and water pressure. There is always a long line for buying propane, because it seems that they have a good price on it, but cars waiting in line don't block the entrance. The front desk staff was super friendly! I appreciate that.

The best all around stay of our 8 day trip! Check in staff were super friendly. Site was very clean and entire campground was well kept! Store was nice with lots available to purchase if you so desired! Showers and bathrooms were so very clean and nicely updated, a welcome change from some of the other KOAs we stayed in. New countertops and tile in shower. hot water!!

I see a lot of potential with the cabin offerings at the KOA! The space seemed well built, could fit a family of 4, and had a good number of place settings. We didn't utilize the fire pit or grill outside due to the weather, but with the convenience store right on site with all the other amenities I definitely enjoyed my stay!

Most magnificant staff. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Being somewhat urban there is some traffic in the area, but every type of SUV is nearby.

the staff was friendly and helpful...the grounds were clean...the bathroom was very clean...the campers were quiet...there was a bit of noise from the nearby roads...i would definitely stay again.

stayed 2-21 no problem with reservations, people were very helpful, the bathrooms were warm and clean. It was quiet. All the things that mattered to me.

Our cabin was clean and cute! Ashley checked us in and was sooo very kind! Everyone was following Covid guidelines and we couldn’t have felt safer! The bathrooms were very clean! I can’t recommend this place enough! The next time we are in town we will definitely be staying here! Thanks y’all!

Very clean bathrooms and laundry and parking areas. Noise from vehicles buying propane that circle through to line up. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by but the location of KOA not in a very scenic place.

This was the best KOA for customer service we have ever experienced. The young lady that greeted and checked us in went above and beyond. She should be used in corporate for training. I wish I had a name on our receipt to pass on her name. The best propane prices we've seen as well.

Very horrible experience. Not only will I not recommend but I’ll be sure to recommend everyone AVOID this place. Paid for 3 days, on day 2 was kicked out and refunded because we had dogs. The night shift told us the dogs were fine. The heater sucked so bad we had to go buy a new one. They had no spare and switched cabins, SUCKS IN BOTH DONT COME HERE DURING WINTER get a hotel room instead!!

We are sorry to hear there was a miscommunication in regards to your pets. We have a strict no-pet policy in our Kabins that clearly was not properly communicated. We did however make an exception and allow you to stay one more night while you made arrangements. Apologies for the mixup.

Lovely campground, but sites are very snug when at capacity. Mystery sludge in the creek. There was emergency activity through the night nearby, so shadier neighborhood than expected. The staff was nice, but not engaging. We arrived at 5:02pm, but I didn't expect to be completely ignored by staff closing up. A smile and a wave would have been nice.

We have stayed here several times. It is a no frills place that is great for an overnight stop! Friendly staff, level sites, close to shopping.

Stop to get gas here or propane when needed. Everyone of the employees are friendly and always ready to help. This campground is kept extremely clean. Great atmosphere from great employees!!!
