I enjoyed staying at the Klamath Falls KOA customer service was outstanding and the restrooms and showers were always very clean. The grounds were very well-maintained and the pet area was perfect for my dogs to utilize at any time. I have suggested on my Facebook page to all of my friends and people who view my page To visit the Klamath Falls KOA because it’s beautiful!!

Helpful staff, adequate facilities. A little awkward getting in and the sites are mite small. We have a 33 foot MH plus Tow vehicle and it uses all of the space and a wee big more. It’s a nice park and would stay again.

Wifi bandwith is infusificent from 6pm-10pm, couldn't even load a text-based webpage during that time. Can't stay here again while working because of it. However, the cabin was very nice, well designed, and clean.

Nice, clean, everything we have come to expect at a KOA. Only spent 1 nite so not much to say. Conveniently close to the city center.

Staff was very kind but unresponsive when our power went out. The campground is noisy and in need of freshening. We will not return as this location is not pretty. We did appreciate the loaner extension cord.

Great stay convenient location Close to town. Nice drive to crater lake. My only complaint would be the street noise but nothing they could do about that however if you want to be near town you generally will have street noise. Laundry room was clean dryers were super efficient. Never used bathrooms or showers so I can’t comment on either of those. Staff was friendly and propane was super cheap

Checked in early! 2pm check in time for us is very inconvenient! Area is very convenient for shopping. The only negative part would be WiFi...it was on the weak side.

Arrived just after office closing. We have no restroom in our small camper. Bathrooms were locked and closed. Where the heck do they think people are going go? Even a portable toilet on premise would be good. We paid the most I have ever paid for a campsite and of course even the WiFi was not available to us. Also very noisy due to nearby vehicle traffic. Will never stay at another KOA.

We are sorry for any confusion our after hours, no reservation check process caused. We leave a notice on our night registration board indicating we do not leave bathroom codes or wifi if you don't have a reservation, along w/ our pricing so you are able to decide before you park. Safe travels.

The staff were so friendly even with the pandemic. Loved the text messages for updates. Great place to stay. Bathrooms very clean.

We liked the grounds and the service was good. However, the men's room door would not open after entering the code on the keypad. Very frustrating. And the wifi is very week. Some noise from the adjacent streets.

Kind of a basic KOA. In the middle of town with a lot of traffic noise. Staff was friendly and things were clean, but too many lights on the property on all night, community noise (we heard gun shots one night) and the traffic made this a KOA we’ll pass on next time we’re in town.

Kampground is in a very convenient location near the main business area of Klamath Falls, which is a plus. Office is clean and staff were friendly. However, I’m disappointed that the soap was not refilled in the men’s room and it didn’t seem as clean as it should. Kabin was OK - beds were very hard and need replaced, TV should be moved over the door. We’d stay here again, but in the de

Really, my only complaint is that I told them I was a late check-in. They had my space number for me taped to the store window, but both bathroom codes were not included! Since I was a tent camper, I really needed the bathroom codes!

Great place to stay! Nice staff were able to extend our stay 2 nights and upgrade our location when we arrived. The facilities were clean and well kept. Best price on Diesel fuel and Propane!

Very nice improvements since we were here last year. The site delineation and picnic table decks were very nice additions. It looks really good.

Stop to get gas here or propane when needed. Everyone of the employees are friendly and always ready to help. This campground is kept extremely clean. Great atmosphere from great employees!!!
