We have stayed at many KOAs across America and found this one to be exceptional ! Although it is not a large campground, it was beautifully maintained and had a lot of large trees. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

The staff was nice and helpful but we ended up leaving 4 days earlier than planned due mainly to all the midge bugs. It was unbearable. I can handle a few bugs but thousands covering my trailer and car every day was too much. The KOA also just wasn't that exciting, standard city site and was looking for a more remote location.

Wonderful service. Really nice park. Entrance is only negative - with folks entering, exiting, getting fuel, and getting propane. Very busy entrance.

Old and run down, dog areas were just fenced dirt, one was barely the size of a kennel. Our pull through site was not long enough and difficult to exit. Roads are narrow and tight. People here were really nice and diesel on the property is certainly a plus

Excellent. This was a very nice location and KOA. The pool was very nice and clean and most importantly the bathrooms were excellent. They cleaned the bathrooms hourly and even replaced the shower curtains daily. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed in the deluxe cabin. Well worth the extra money. Didn't have to use the community bathroom/showers. Cabin with a/c was nice with this heat. Nice table with chairs & umbrella, BBQ grill and a fire ring. Pool to cool off, that was actually open, was really nice. Near restaurants & stores. Nice walk on trail next to river behind the property was convenient. Will be planning another trip soon!

The crew is super friendly and very helpful. I had an incident with another camper that had his dog not in a leash and attack my dog. The camper apologized to me and mentioned that the dog got out of the leash. I didn't want to make a big deal. Please make sure to add big signs not to allow dogs without a leash.

I loved everything about the site, amenities & staff. The bugs were such a distraction & forced us to leave the cabin we rented VERY early in the am.

We had requested a full hookup. When we got there it did't have sewer. And couldn't give its one. The first young man, Asian decent. Was not well trained. Everyone was polite but we were very disappointed. Had reservations since June. Then those bugs were horrible.

Stayed here during animal fair, staff was helpful and accommodating, easy check-in. Thought I left my door mat there so I called and a staff member went to site to check and called right back. Great customer service.

This is the most terrible KOA I have every been to. There was no late night packet made up for me so I was unable to use the internet or bathroom facilities, which was the reason for reservation . I asked the owner Tammy about this, who was extremely rude and abrasive. She said, “ you stayed here right”. Please never stay here. I would have rather slept in my car at the Walmart.

Intimidating our employees will always elicit a terse response. You indicated the RV you were traveling in had a restroom you could've used overnite (you arrived around 11:30 pm, disrupting the park). If this wasn't ok, we would've liked a call to our after hours contact number to remedy this.

Quiet campground, good facilities (except lack of sites with sewer hook-ups which negates long-term stays).friendly professional staff.

Huge population of flying bugs (not their fault but it is what it is). Small swimming pool was very cold. Site and access was fine

The stay was great! The staff was wonderful, the bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen at a campground. The lower stars are because of the road and traffic noise. It was so loud at night with the highway traffic. Maybe in a camper it is better, but it was noisy for a tent.

We stayed in a tent site. Staffs and restroom/shower were great but the location is horrible. If you desperately need a place to stay, it’s fine. The location is noisy. The tent area has a walking/biking path on one side and a Main Street on one side. People walk and talk very loud even middle of night. There is midges issues where your tent is covered with them in morning and during mealtim

Great back in sites along Creek in trees on green grass! Back row have fire pits. Campground is adjacent to bike trail. Staff was great! Store was well stocked, and gas was the best price in town.

Really can’t knock the koa itself there were just way to many bugs to be comfortable, cant do anything outside at night.

Spaces were on top of each other. Mine had no septic. The midges were awful, could not open a door without them flying inside. Midges were all over my slides when trying to bring them in. Tent sites could have a fire but not RV sites. Sorry won’t stay again.

I love KOA but this location was filled with bugs! We came in at 8pm and wanted to cook dinner outside but was literally attacked by bugs. So much that we ate inside our van. Cracked the window only slightly since it was so hot. Felt a little let down since the other KOA sites were great coming in from Moab and Bryce Canyons.

The campground is beautiful, and the staff is friendly, but the bug problem is out of control. It is SHOCKING that there is no mention of it prior to booking. Sure, they do not bite, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep them from getting into your things. If it is such a big issue that you give out a pamphlet, you should mention it prior to booking. There are still live midges in my car.

Appreciate how clean & nice it looked. But it seemed over zealous to mow grass next to the cabins before check out. I planned to enjoy the pool the morning of check-out but they were mowing grass by the pool & using an electric saw behind the pool fence. The bugs were atrocious. Would be nice if they had bug zappers. I would not recommend in summer due to the bugs. Otherwise it was great.

Very friendly staff, easy to find. very well organized. Really good “pit stop” overnight. we didn’t look around Klamath Falls very much. only down side is if you want to eat out, a lot of nearby restaurants were closed due to covid, so plan to eat in your RV OR expect to do fast food take out.

Site much too close together. Reserved a 30/50 amp site and was given a 20/30 amp site. When I complained they pretty much just shrugged their shoulders. I am getting very discouraged with KOAs and an reluctant to continue staying at KOAs.

Pool was cold and the midges were an unexpected nuisance. Couldn’t even enjoy a campfire. Staff was welcoming though, and site was well maintained.

the KOA was well kept up. We had an issue with wasps in our area. They brought out wasp spray, then a person came out and basically told us we were overreacting and it would be fine when it got dark. The pool & playground had time restrictions to allow for COVID-19 & to keep public distancing. The general store was the largest I've seen and very useful.

Stop to get gas here or propane when needed. Everyone of the employees are friendly and always ready to help. This campground is kept extremely clean. Great atmosphere from great employees!!!
