The cabin area was nice but we didn’t have water or WiFi for our entire stay. We were told the water situation would be fixed on day 1 but it never was. Our cabin was also directly in front of the propane filling station so random cars were constantly parked in front of our site. The only reason I didn’t give a zero rating is because the staff was very nice.

It was a wonderful cabin but for the price we paid they didn’t even give us soap!! The reason we chose a cabin and not campsite was for small amenities like these. Wonder why they provided almost everything but a basic essential - soap?! But it was a lovely cabin.

I see a lot of potential with the cabin offerings at the KOA! The space seemed well built, could fit a family of 4, and had a good number of place settings. We didn't utilize the fire pit or grill outside due to the weather, but with the convenience store right on site with all the other amenities I definitely enjoyed my stay!

Our cabin was clean and cute! Ashley checked us in and was sooo very kind! Everyone was following Covid guidelines and we couldn’t have felt safer! The bathrooms were very clean! I can’t recommend this place enough! The next time we are in town we will definitely be staying here! Thanks y’all!

Very horrible experience. Not only will I not recommend but I’ll be sure to recommend everyone AVOID this place. Paid for 3 days, on day 2 was kicked out and refunded because we had dogs. The night shift told us the dogs were fine. The heater sucked so bad we had to go buy a new one. They had no spare and switched cabins, SUCKS IN BOTH DONT COME HERE DURING WINTER get a hotel room instead!!

We are sorry to hear there was a miscommunication in regards to your pets. We have a strict no-pet policy in our Kabins that clearly was not properly communicated. We did however make an exception and allow you to stay one more night while you made arrangements. Apologies for the mixup.

Wifi bandwith is infusificent from 6pm-10pm, couldn't even load a text-based webpage during that time. Can't stay here again while working because of it. However, the cabin was very nice, well designed, and clean.

Kind of a basic KOA. In the middle of town with a lot of traffic noise. Staff was friendly and things were clean, but too many lights on the property on all night, community noise (we heard gun shots one night) and the traffic made this a KOA we’ll pass on next time we’re in town.

Kampground is in a very convenient location near the main business area of Klamath Falls, which is a plus. Office is clean and staff were friendly. However, I’m disappointed that the soap was not refilled in the men’s room and it didn’t seem as clean as it should. Sites and cabins not very private, but okay for one night. Facilities were fairly clean and staff was friendly.

Super friendly. We'll organized. Our deluxe cabin was surprisingly updated and new! All the essentials were provided. Patio was not used as there were fires in the area and very smoky. We will definitely stay next year.

We have stayed at many KOAs across America and found this one to be exceptional ! Although it is not a large campground, it was beautifully maintained and had a lot of large trees. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Stayed in the deluxe cabin. Well worth the extra money. Didn't have to use the community bathroom/showers. Cabin with a/c was nice with this heat. Nice table with chairs & umbrella, BBQ grill and a fire ring. Pool to cool off, that was actually open, was really nice. Near restaurants & stores. Nice walk on trail next to river behind the property was convenient. Will be planning another trip soon!

I loved everything about the site, amenities & staff. The bugs were such a distraction & forced us to leave the cabin we rented VERY early in the am.

Appreciate how clean & nice it looked. But it seemed over zealous to mow grass next to the cabins before check out. I planned to enjoy the pool the morning of check-out but they were mowing grass by the pool & using an electric saw behind the pool fence. The bugs were atrocious. Would be nice if they had bug zappers. I would not recommend in summer due to the bugs. Otherwise it was great.

Stop to get gas here or propane when needed. Everyone of the employees are friendly and always ready to help. This campground is kept extremely clean. Great atmosphere from great employees!!!
