Bugs everywhere. Next to freeway. Noise!

We arrived and I did not get the spot I was guaranteed and paid for. And the staff will downplay their problem with the bugs that they have a infestation of. It’s a headless mosquito and they are everywhere. We couldn’t sit out at night and BBQ or anything. This KOA is ok if you are stopping to stay the night and you don’t plan on getting out of your rig. The grounds are clean and well kep

The property is spotless. The bathrooms were so clean, the grounds lovely, they obviously work very hard to keep it looking so nice. The midges were a problem for me, but I enjoyed my stay otherwise.

We were on the way to Bend, Oregon and were planning to stay in Klamath Falls for two days, but the Bend campground sent us an email stating that the smoke was so thick they suggested we not come. We had to cancel the second night at the KOA and our return night a week later. We were given a partial refund. I think it should have been a full refund as the circumstances were out of our hands.

Jammed in like sardines. Had to ask staff to please put a mask on. Really expensive. Could not access the pool. Totally taken & then when no crowd, we were told it was being closed for the night

We were evacuated from our home because of the wildfire and the people at Klamath Falls KOA were very accomadating. Thank you.

Such a clean park, i love the texts to confirm, welcome, and thank us for our stay. There was even a text to inform us of a road closure due to fires in oregon. A real joy to stay.

We used this KOA as a place to sleep over night to hit the road again in the morning but I would highly recommend it here for any type of vacation. Table area can feel cramped but has plenty of space. Very clean, not a confusing layout like some campgrounds, very friendly staff! Ethan helped us check in and showed us to our campsite and helped answer any questions we had! No complaints here!

Other than the ridiculous and enforced mask requirement for the store, was a fine stay.

Check-in was a pleasure. We had a lovely young lady who took time and explained everything you needed to know. Loved the close walk/bike path right near the campground. Look forward to returning again.

We requested a spot with grass and shade but were told that would not be possible. Our impression was that the counter people didn’t want to be bothered to make the paper change, having divvied up the spaces on paper already. The place overall is nice. The pool is especially good with hundred degree weather, good covid attention there.

This KOA is the best I've stayed in. It was clean and well maintained. Staff was VERY helpful and friendly when needed. This KOA had the "extra touches", i.e. an ironing board in the laundry room, a large outdoor slop sink for use when needed. The grounds were beautiful with flowers everywhere and the common areas had ample seating and shaded covered areas. I would recommend this KOA anyday!

This KOA was one of the worst we've stayed at! We had no shade, NO WIFI, and the cell service was too weak to use Hot Spot! The BUGS made it impossible to enjoy outdoor areas! Opening the door caused the Motorhome to be filled with them!! The ROAD NOISE was also a huge problem. I only leave reviews when I either love or really dislike a place. Not a good experience.

The employees fantastic the campground dint feel safe with the loud tenants over the chain link fence. shade trees and vegetation would be nice , I have never camped in a gravel parking lot by mobile homes. But I needed a place to live for 2 months until my house was Ready it was a great option.

Although we were surrounded by those little midges (or whatever those bugs are called), We enjoyed our stay! The facilities were clean, showers had great water pressure, the staff was friendly and helpful, and my daughter really enjoyed the park and pool!

The check in person was very nice and efficient and did a great job of explaining the details. It was nice to have a diesel station on premise and we were helped very quickly. Our RV site was covered with grass which was very nice. My husband and I are on an extended trip and I need to do laundry on a regular basis, this KOA laundry room was the cleanest and most efficient I have found! Thank you!

Nice improvements in the office and front pull-throughs. Staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to seeing a better fence around the perimeter to discourage thefts.

The staff is very nice but the mosquitoes like insects called midges are really ruining the whole experience

We stayed two nites one on way north and one on our way home to Nv. We found the park very nice and the hosts and people who run the park are the tops We really enjoyed our stay

Clean place. Staff friendly. The turn in is a little hairy. They have a diesel and gas pump on site and propane. Dog park is small and rocks. Did not use other facilities. Pool looked nice but did not use. Nice grassy area for tents.

Its never good when the first thing you hear is that there have been thefts at the koa. Our campsite was right up against the bike trail and the fence for the campground needs some repairs to keep out people on the bike path

Very difficult getting in. Desk person said we would be getting to our spot by one direction. Guide took us a totally different way saying that was the easiest way. He had to ask 2 other campers to move their vehicles so we could make the turns. Had a bike stolen. Wasn't told of storage area to lock them up. Obviously a continuing problem here. No security.

While service was good at your office, the KOA was not pleasant with the known fly's that look like mosquitos. They are everywhere and made it impossible to enjoy the outside.

Stop to get gas here or propane when needed. Everyone of the employees are friendly and always ready to help. This campground is kept extremely clean. Great atmosphere from great employees!!!
